Chris and his team were phenomenal!! I was traveling all the way from GA and the threads broke on my tire! Super rare size tire that no one else in town has in stock. I was in and out in under an hour.

I was stranded in Cleveland, MS several hours from home with a minor issue but one that had to be fixed. I was concerned that it was going to be an all day event waiting like I have experienced many places. Lorenzo Robinson & crew got me back on the road quickly. Could not have had a better experience!

We were traveling from the frozen north just before the holiday weekend, when my sisters vans break light started to flash. We made calls looking for help and you were the only one that would take us in to check it out. We were met with kindness, concern and helping hands. The store manager and my customer service advisor Dynitha Franklin were super helpful! They really went above and beyond to make the experience of getting a new tire put on my car quick and easy. They made sure I got the tire that was best suited for my needs at the best price possible.

I enjoy coming here because they take such good care of me! They topped my car off in a very dyer situation when it was running hot and immediately took a look at it. They were definitely my heroes today in what could of been a scary situation! I admire the team effort here at this establishment. Lorenzo is a very friendly guy also! He treats every individual with the utmost respect. I truly appreciate you guys and can t thank you enough! Cheers!

We had an emergency situation with my trailer. They did not have the tire and rim in stock but the manager, Chris Hull, recomended the tractor supply store next door. Not only did he change the tire for us, near closing time, but he checked the other tires for proper air pressure and charged us nothing!! Excellent customer service!!!!!

The service at Goodyear tire and rubber company in Cleveland, Mississippi, was fantastic. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and the staff was very professional, kind, and attentive. Thanks for such a fast and smooth experience. I will be back again! Thumbs up, Dynitha & Lorenzo

Staff was very friendly, all were keeping themselves busy and they were very fast and helpful. I don't know much about cars but they were very patient with me. The store was clean and the workers were SO friendly.

We were traveling through Cleveland, MS heading to Texas and blew a brake line. The manager, Chris Hull took us right in and diagnosed the brake line and referred us to a local dealership in short order (larger repair). I was very impressed...courteous and helpful...two thumbs up!

I had a screw in my tire and I took my vehicle in to Goodyear right at closing time and they got my vehicle in and fixed my tire. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice and helped me right away get my tire fixed. I am so thankful to them.

Mr. Anthony and Mr. Lorenzo provide first class customer service and technical support. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of customers and their needs. I would definitely visit this location again without giving it a second thought and would highly recommend this Goodyear to anyone looking for top notch service.

Friendly and professional staff. I needed an oil change and couldn't cone in until an hour before closing. They told me to come on in and they would get it done! This is what put them above and beyond any other service center in Cleveland or anywhere else! Keep up the good work guys!
