I took my car for a front end alignment and left with a rough sounding car. I went back to talk to the office manager( Bradley) and he put the car back on the rack but stated it wasn't anything the technician (Derrick) had done. When you drive your vehicle you know exactly how it drive and sound. The technician kept mumbling under his breath( bad customer service) and the office manager wasn't listening to what we was saying, he actually lied about the technician not test driving the car. We took the car to have it checked and the technician had bent the support bar/brace and had the motor vibrating against the motor. Even though I paid for a lifetime warranty I will not be going back to that Firestone.

Called the store told them of the issues I was having, they were able to provide me with an appointment for the next day.The work was completed in the time frame they gave and no issues when I picked up my vehicle.

Firestone failed to fix my issue. I had repeated problems with my battery, and they had no issue charging me for their pro-rated battery prices rather than fixing the issue. The alternator that was put in was the incorrect one for my vehicle. Despite voicing concerns that additional work was needed besides a simple battery change, the technician ignored me, treating me rudely. If you want continued business, treat everyone with respect. I will not be returning here again, having spent over 400$ for shoddy work. Beware-cheap work doesn't mean good work. If I can see the battery light is on, and you're telling me nothing is wrong despite repeated visits to fix the same issue, you are at fault. And worse, happy to exploit customers who trusted the work you do. Never again.Services: Electrical, Battery

DO NOT GO HERE!!Tech was working on my vehicle and was careless. I have a vinyl wrap on my car and he dinged my door causing the wrap to rip and scratch a few spots. Now I ve gotta get the door rewrapped. Multiple grease spots on my door and bumper due to dirty hands. Steering wheel had oil and grease on it. Absolutely ridiculous Along with a few small requests I had given to the team member at the front. Like can you torque my lugs down & on the passenger side my skid plate is falling off, can you please zip tie it back up neither of these things were done. The excuse for the lug nuts was the technician did not have a torque wrench . And when I asked about the skid plate the front desk team member apologized and said he forgot to tell the technician. He handed me zip ties and I went down the road to grease monkey where I was kindly greeted and they zip tied my skid plate for me and didn t charge. I will be pursuing a claim with you guys and will recommend to all my family and friends to never give service to Firestone. Absolutely lividP.S I am a 6 year ASE certified technician. I worked very hard for my certifications and worked in multiple shops and have worked in the customer service side of these shops and the way I was treated at this location is unacceptable.UPDATE: This incident happened Monday July 10th. I immediately went back to the shop and had the manager write down my information and was told the district manager would reach out to me for a refund & to file a claim. I also same day submitted a claim over the phone. It is now Thursday July 13th and have heard absolutely nothing. Great to see that a big company like this is taking huge steps to get this resolved

On July 8, I entrusted Firestone of Cleveland, Mississippi to an oil change. To my dismay and total disappointment in the failed services, I must write to you in an effort to rectify this situation and have my 2013 Mercedes Benz repaired. On July 11, my car stopped while I attempted to leave. When my vehicle stopped, I immediately called a local mechanic in town. Upon his arrival, he immediately discovered that my vehicle did not have any oil and that the oil had not been changed. I then called Firestone to report this issue. The manager immediately became defensive and went on to tell me that he personally watched the serviceman change my oil. I find that hard to believe being that he supposedly manages and therefore; wouldn t have a need to just inspect an oil change for a 2013 Mercedes. After several exchanges, he finally agreed to send a service man to inspect the issue at hand. Two hours later, a serviceman arrived and still had no viable insight as to why my vehicle had no oil. He then handed me a pair of keys as a rental ; then after speaking with Walter Jones, he took the keys back. I was told that they would tow my car to the store only have I proceeded to tell them I would be seeking legal assistance. After my vehicle was towed, I had to call to check the status after a 3 hour waiting period. I was told by a serviceman over the phone that I needed a starter. When I questioned the oil issue, still no viable explanation was given. I then asked to speak back to Mr. Jones to express my concerns as to why I felt they were responsible. After going back and forth, I finally asked if he would tow my vehicle back to my home. He said that he would before closing. Later that evening around 5:15, he called to inform me that he would not tow my car home being that he had spent $75 out of his own pocket and would not do it again; even after assuring me that he would. He then informed me that it was a gasket issue. When I asked about the starter issue and why my vehicle did not have oil to begin with, he still had no explanation. The next day someone else pulled my car home and it still sits her inoperable due to Firestone of Cleveland, MS. After further investigation, it has come to my attention that many residents of Cleveland have suffered at their hands as well. I need my vehicle. It is my livelihood. This inconvenience has called major dismay in my life. I have also reached out to several repair shops, up to $7,000 it could cost me to get repaired. I am not responsible for their inability to do their jobs. They are liable for all repairs. I am emotionally distressed. I simply want my car repaired so that I can get back to living. Over $90 for a simple oil change? Are you friggin kidding me?? Thank goodness for the coupon we had! You get 2 stars because the oil was in fact changed and the vehicle was returned in the condition in which it arrived. A five quart oil change on a Ford Focus shouldn't be nearly $100. It calls for 5w-20 and you used 0w-20. You can buy good brand-name oil just up the street from you for $32/jug. It'll leave you a half quart over what you need. I know you buy bulk, so let's say $30 for the oil and another $5 for the filter....and that's being generous. So you charge that poor college girl $55 for a 15 minute oil change and throw away the old filter? Lovely. I hope I never need your services.

Great service... Mr. Walter Jones was very helpful and friendly. He got me in and out and my car is running like new. I recommend Firestone in Cleveland Ms. to anyone that has car trouble. Walter will take great care of you..

Great place for tire rotation. Was least expensive in town. But I was quoted over 400 dollars for new brakes. I didn't need new brakes, but I understand the method to the madness.

Great customer service. They waited on me to come from another town to fix my tire. I had my family in the truck and a nail was in the side wall of the tire. Can't be plugged. Its 96 degrees and I dont want a blow out or anything. Greatest customer service that could have been rendered to me and my family. Mississippi is known for Hospitality

Came in with a flat. Great service, fast, super friendly and helpful employees. Couldn't be happier. They even give you some warranty when you buy tires and so I got a greatly reduced price.

Great selection of tires to choose from and the staff members are wonderful with superb professionalism and work ethics. However, the parking area could use some major expansion because it comes congested and over crowded really quickly when business picks up leaving no parking spaces.

Towed my son's truck in to get the fuel pump replaced a couple of years ago, they did a great job, it was fast and done right. That same truck is in their shop right now waiting to find out why it will not get up to speed, these guys will find out why( catalytic converter maybe) and get it fixed.

Please do not buy any tires from here. They patch some run flat tires that should not have been patch. Even the tire company said they should not have patch those tires. But the Manager said they patch them all the time. Smdh

No Tech who could align older vehicles. I had to drive and additional 32 miles to find a Firestone which has a Tech who could Align an older vehicle which I have a lifetime alignment on, with Firestone.
