This is the third vehicle I purchased from Cannon (in 5 years) by way of JayMall Moore. I m in South Carolina. This Sierra Denali (diesel) was a surprise for my wife and I needed it customized before presenting it to her. JayMall FaceTimed me and showed me every aspect of this truck. He was able to intelligently answer all my questions concerning the amenities of the vehicle as well as the performance of the Powertrain. Upon pulling the trigger to purchase, I signed all paperwork via email and the deal was sealed in less than 24 hours without me ever traveling to Mississippi. JayMall facilitated getting the truck to accessory shop in town for the lift kit, aftermarket wheels and tires, bed cover (Bolivar Tire), and window tint (by Pro Audio and Tint in Renova). JayMall personally drove the truck to me for it delivery to my wife on her birthday. She was ecstatic the moment she laid eyes on it and even more impressed that the customization was already complete. I ll definitely continue reaching out to JayMall and Cannon for my vehicles.

I bought A used F-250 from cannon chrysler in March 2023. I had asked for the door code and extra key for the truck. I took my truck to Cannon Ford service in Cleveland. i had a few things I wanted done. Ford service there is awful. After three weeks I got my truck back and was charged for the door code. I they never got me an extra key. I got someone else to get me a key.. I would never recommend Cannon Ford service and make sure it s in writing If you want things done.
