Staff is very friendly and kind. I had to bring them my Toyota Highlander after someone wrecked my front bumper and grill area. They worked with my Insurance company and made it like new. Would definitely recommend them

I bought my 2020 Camry brand new with 5 miles on it. Therefore, I had absolutely no issues with my vehicle. I hit a deer on the passenger side of my vehicle. I was recommended to let Southern Collision fix my vehicle. Worse mistake. They had paint running, my parts weren t aligned, claimed to have replaced parts but tried to just suction out dents, my windows on my passenger side wouldn t let down, && now when it rains my truck gets wet. I had to keep calling after a month of them having my vehicle just to continue to get date that my car would be ready ( it kept changing). I paid them $10,000 && my vehicle still isn t right! My car was supposed to be done within 3 days...it was done the next morning at 11am. That was the second time I had used them and both times the work was excellent

I have done business with them for over 20 years a day they do A-1 work and they stand by their guarantee of quality service.
