The technicians were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home and not stupid like other auto repair shops have in the past. All employees were friendly and my problems were rectified within 36 hours. The repairs are holding beautifully and would absolutely return for future auto work.

John, the new service manager, is great. In the past I've had mixed feelings about the staff, but John is great. He made me feel like I mattered as a customer. It really seemed like he wanted to help me and solve my car issues. I'll come back as long as he's there.

I went to the store in Clarksdale to get the to repair my 2008 GMC Chevy. The problem I was and am still experiencing is a ticking noise indicating that the oil fuel pressure level is low. The noise is very loud and constant. I tried to use a diagnostic I had gotten from our local auto zone to have them repair the vehicle, But was told if they use it to fix the problem, they would not be responsible for the repairs. I was told the only way they would guarantee the repairs would be for me to pay for their diagnostic which cost $130. As I wanted a guarantee of service I paid for the diagnostic. Their diagnostic was the same as the auto zone one. I was told by Ms Johnson, the young female manager, that she would guarantee the sound would stop and they knew exactly what the problem was. When I picked my vehicle up the pressure gauge did not rise and the noise came back pretty quick forcing me to complete a trip to Memphis with this noise. I returned the truck and was told the part may have been loose. And that I had too much oil in the truck. And they would fix it. When I picked my truck up it took less than 6 min for the noise to resume and the pressure gauze never reach where it was suppose to beI called and took the truck back. This time I was told they had fixed what they said they were going to fix and said the problem was something different that they could not see on their diagnostic. And what they believe it to be did not show up on their diagnostic. And they don t do those kind of repairs. They have also reduced to refund my money of over $600. I have since called. Corporate and have been told to expect a call back in a few business days. I am on my third request to have someone contact me from corporate and I have not as of yet gotten a call back. This has been happing since 2/8 and I m still waiting, the third return call should have happened by yesterday.

I have been a customer at the Clarksdale location for over 5 years. I continually receive outstanding customer service as well as accurate auto servicing. The people there make the experience great. I am sure the entire team is this way, yet I only interface with Stuart and Stanley. These guys are top-notch: knowledgeable about Firestone s offerings/policies, always go above and beyond in every way imaginable, and this is all done with warm, friendly, easy banter and plenty of smiles. Highly recommended.

I brought my 2007 Ford F-150 and was charged $1000 to change out the fuel pump and fuel filter. They was never the problem, my fuel trims are off and they don t have to experience to know that so they just fixed whatever. Not to mention my truck was there for a week and they never called me and gave me a update not once but smiled in my face and said they will every step. The managers blamed the workers but what are you blaming them for?

Broke down with 2 flat tires in my rental car. Stewart is an absolute legend and fought with the rental company for hours to help me. Customer service is amazing, 120% would recommend to anyone who needs car maintenance.

The worst. I went in to get my brakes done. They tried to force me to buy rotors which drove the price up to around $400. All I needed was brake pads and nothing more. I went to another place of business who told me I was being duped. If it was a man who brought my vehicle in would I have needed rotors then? I think not!
