My experience there is always great.. Elizabeth is wonderful at what she does and her personality is always a reason to stop by She is humble and very professional. She is beautiful inside and out and I truly appreciate working with her on making sure my cars are covered.. She is a lovely lady and I wouldn t trade her for nothing in the world

I have been with Direct for some years now and I have must say what I have enjoyed the most is the great customer service. I have always felt like a valued customer. I have a rep that always takes care of me when I m in Clarksdale. Ms Harris is exceptional and personal in her care. She is always professional and pleasantly polite. She makes sure I have all the necessary tools to help me stay informed and save the most money. I recommend Direct to all of my friends and family.

I really felt comfortable with agent Altrevia Jackson at Direct Auto Insurance. She was very kind, explained everything so that I was able to understand exactly what it was I was getting and not to mention the great customer service she provided with a smile and I can tell she is a peoples person on the outside of work. Rachel(manager), Oliver and trevia acts as one big family and knows how to treat customers.

One of direct customer hit my truck on march 29th cant get nothing out of claims yet keep getting run around no return call no nothing as usual Typical Insurance company want collect premium dont want pay a claim maybe i need get lawyer file lawsuit against this company thats avoiding us pay for my truck nobody told her hit my truck probably on damn cell phone
