Collision Pro did an excellent, and amazing job on repairing my vehicle ...and they did it fast and efficiently I was so worried I would have to leave the state without my car but they came through .. Thanks to James you are such a professional and also funny guy and thanks to all who worked on my car

We brought my husband's truck to Collision Pro for repairs. The owners are so courteous and helpful. They explained every part of the process. The work was well done. Honest and dependable. Would highly recommend them!

Last week my GMC Envoy was hit at work. Thankfully I was able to locate the person who hit my SUV and was ask by State Farm the person insurance company, where I would like to have the damaged fixed. On a good friends advise I brought it to Collision PRO. My experience with this great group of people was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of the damage and did it with fast and friendly service. They kept me informed every step of the way and even finished the work two days faster than quoted.If you have the misfortune of need an auto body repair these guys will make it like new and keep it as quick and painless as possible.I would like to say THANK YOU! to all the great people at Collision PRO. The hood of my car got damaged by a tree limb falling on top of it. I took my car to Collison Pro and they were very professional, easy to work with, and replaced my hood in a timely manner. They also spent extra time to clean the inside and outside of my car! I was not expecting that and was so excited to see my car look pretty again! The owners of this company went over and beyond. They were very professional. My brand new car is new again. I would highly recommend this company. The work they did to my car was blending the color together from the new paint they had applied on the scratches and it came out perfectly.

I hit a deer coming home from work. My insurance agent asked me to use them. I got two other quotes - all about the same - then agreed to use Collision Pro. They did good work. Although, they missed or ignored some of the damage that another body shop pointed out to me on the undercarriage. They also missed the opportunity to upsell me. I would have paid extra, outside of the insurance claim to have a few other dings and scratches repaired. They said they would look at the car and assess all the damage. I assumed that meant the mechanical work, too. Nope. I had to get an alignment done elsewhere. So I give them a 5-star on body work, and a 3-star on customer service/communication. My recommendation to Collision Pro would be to actually assess the whole car, inform the customer what is damage from the insurance claim, and what is other damage. Then let the customer decide if they can afford the add-ons. I also recommend the owner use a less patronizing tone when speaking to customers. Ironically, he reads as dishonest and false, because he's trying too hard NOT to be. He's actually a really nice guy once he gets out of "sell mode."

They are the best Autobody repair people I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile for the customer. Excellent workmanship and fair prices. Great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My wifes beloved Jeep was T-Boned and I was afraid it would be totaled. Collision Pro took exceptional care of us and the Jeep. Very personalable, very professional, extreme high quality work. First let me say thank you to Mr James and Mrs Sharon Serpas for their kindness and professionalism. I had some tedious damage to my 2007 z06 corvette and everything was repaired and looks better than before i damaged it. Nothing had to be replaced and they saved me alot of money. I will be back to see them and i highly recommend them. They are also located by Rooms To Go in Pearl River Louisiana, off of I-59, exit 3. Thanks so much you guys!

Repaired my 8 year old vehicle. Paint was pretty close. Replaced pin stripe with new pin stripe on ONE SIDE, so the other side looked dingy with an older worm stripe, took ALL of my belonging and carelessly threw them in a bag and threw it in my trunk DESTROYING 2 Rose's that I had from my MOTHERS FUNERAL. When I frantically searched for and found them, he had nothing to say about it and did not seem to even care.
