We were stuck on the side of I-55 with shorn lugs and a tire that literally fell off the car when we jacked it up. We called for a tow and were told we'd get a call back. The call never came. We were in rain, sleet and snow, and we were rescued by strangers who stopped to help. I would give zero stars if I could.

Buried my truck late at night at my job site, I called and they had someone headed out to pull me out quickly. I was able to finally rock my truck enough to get out myself and when I called to let them know, they didn t charge me a dime for their time. Nice group of folks
