So I went and got a transmission ful replacement done I didn t ask for it all I asked was to get ful in my transmission when I tell y all before I went and got that done my car was fine my car just stopped working on me after they did that I spent 188 and now I have to spend more to see what they did wrong.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Great service, friendly personnel. My only comment would be that I think the corporation needs to rethink its policy regarding cooling fans in the bay. It's ridiculous that it is so hot in there for to the extreme high temperatures and they are working in uniforms. Maybe an OSHA visit?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do not go there! I repeat no not go there! They will mess your car up and claim you had problems before you came there and will not pay for the mistakes that they did . I went for an oil change and a couple days later my car shuts off on me and was smoking because there was no oil in my car .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The gentleman on staff this morning must HATE their job because I definitely hated their service and ALL that I came to do is get top off for half job done when the oil chg was done less than 2 months ago! I wont be back i pay for service!!!!

July3 2023 my son took his car in for an oil change. There was no leaks or anything. Get up July 4th it s an oil leak. I called to tell them . They were closed. July 5 I called several times . Someone finally answer the manager was nice.She told me to check later with the other manager . Joshlyn was a rude disrecptful person. Told me and my son it was something mechanical. There wasn t an oil leak at my home until . I visited them . They weren t cooperative at all. Took my car to my mechanic it was a script oil plug. Things happens . But own up to your mistake. I had to pay twice for something that was paid for on Monday. I won t use this company and will advise my family and friends not too. Owning up to a mistake is easy . Joshyln being a lady and working on cars assumed wrong . She was adamant about my car needed valve cover gaskets and oil pan fix. It was a quick fix with the mechanic. Again I won t be using you all again . Please watch who you have running your business. With an attitude and not smiling will run anyone away.Service: Oil change

Would have been 5 stars until lately!!!Well, I travel a lot about 1000 miles a week. I get an oil change every month at $50 a pop. Always get great service, fast, no hassle. I have been using them for about 8 months.HOWEVER, the last 2 1/2 - 3 months I haven't been able to get my oil changed here because they are out of all but the most expensive oil every time I go. Whent every few days for 2 weeks trying to catch the oil supply when it can in. But was not able to also told me they had some yesterday but are out again today. I was at 5000 miles by this time so I have a family member change it at home. The when time to do it again, same thing, their out of oil. Next day same. 2 days later, I ended up getting the expensive oil. Went last week to get oil change... Yep you guessed it out of oil except the high dollar oil! $80 plus. Went again Monday, out again. I can't catch them when the oil comes in it seems. I'm at 4998 miles and looking for a new oil change company.

Overall excellent customer service. Emmanuel and Bob did an exceptional job. Tire rotation, oil and filter change, air filter change, and windshield wiper replacement all in less that 30 minutes and at an excellent price. I live in Byram but will definitely start coming here just for servicing. Extremely professional and very impressed!!

This particular Valvoline location in Canton Mississippi does a great job. The workers are very respectful and kind. They get you in and get you out. Service is always fast, proper and friendly.

These guys are friendly and knowledgeable about your vehicles. They check out alot when they take a peek under the hood, even found that a vehicle I took there had an important factory recall that could cause engine damaged and checked to make sure I had taken it in to the dealer to get it done.

Everyone here was super helpful, and very friendly. I have a weird car which isn't made anymore and they had everything needed to do a full service on my car! Highly recommend visiting this Valvoline if you need an oil change!!!

I use to work here, it was the worst experience in my life. If they don t feel like working on a car they will lie and say they don t have your oil or filter
