We have had multiple vehicles serviced and had different issues fixed at Parkway. We usually tend to drop our vehicles off and go back to pick them up rather than sit and wait on them.The only complaint we ve ever had is the lack of communication when it comes to them completing the work. The vehicle may have been finished for 2 hours and they had not let us know it was finished.Other than that, we ve always had great service and the work they do is great, as well.

They always do a great job! They have mounted several sets of wheels for me on factory painted wheels and always take great care not to scratch them! I can not recommend them enough!

I called to let them know what to do with our company trucks, the guy who answered the phone was rude and acted like he couldn t care less. First time to go here. Nail in a tire. Fixed for $25. Drove for 10 minutes so tire monitor system would work. Checked pressure. All FOUR tires overinflated by 10-12 pounds. (I had checked all 4 2 days ago, all were on precise pressure but 1 was 1 LB. under except nail tire was off ) So, not only did tech not bother to do my nail tire back up right, they shot 10+ Lbs. into my other 3. I just moved to Madison and was looking for new tire/ oil change store. So, after this, my search continues.Service: Tires

Took tire in to have a leak fixed. Small hole that I had marked myself for them. Had to take it back two more times and they charged my wife again when she took it up there the second day. While they did credit the second charge and get it fixed on third time had to complain and hours spent wasted on what should have been simple fix was unacceptable.

Excellent busines!!Picked up some type of interstate jewelry and my tire was going down fast. Luckily parkway was right there, excellent customer service, took care of me right away. Could tell all the employees quite professional and everything ran smoothly with each dept weather oil change or new tires. I travel that area of 55 a couple times a year and they are worth stopping to give them my business.I was quite satisfied with my experience

Have had oil changed here, and most recently a screw in my tire fixed. Although they do not honor coupons for Firestone, (oil change coupon) even paying full price here, I highly recommend using their services, with my oil change I was in and out total time 20 minutes. My tire took about 30 minutes total, and they were extremely busy. I had gone to a local competitor where my new tires are under warranty, twice that day and was told it would be a two hour wait. It was 20.00 to fix my tire in 30 minutes compared to free under warranty and waiting 2 hrs. For me my time was more important!! And lastly, I wish I remembered the man's name at the counter, all three occasions I have been its been the same gentleman, SUPER POLITE AND FRIENDLY, helpful and courteous, I will definitely continue to use this business!!! Absolutely recommend!

Had read good reviews on Nextdoor, and they did not disappoint. I came in for an oil change, they immediately took my truck and were done in about 10 minutes. Extremely impressed. I will be going here from now on for other car-related jobs.

Amazing staff and family has trusted their quality of care on our vehicles from me all the way up to my grandmother. While your car is being serviced you can run across the lot to grab a biscuit and be back to a congenitally priced and quality service job.

My tire sensor was alarming. I stopped to get it checked and was told I had a nail in the tire but it could be patched. I agreed with having the tire patch and drove home 5 minutes away and did not move until the next day at 10:15 only to noticed my tire that was repaired was now flat. I called and was asked if I have a machine to inflate the tire to be brought back in, I replied no. I was then told that the repair was in a bad placed and I needed to get a new tire. This should have been communicated yesterday not after I had a flat. Then I was asked if I wanted to order a new tire. Sounds like I was swindled, I replied no, I rather go back to my dealership.Service: Tires

I have been to this establishment several times for different issues on multiple vehicles. They have consistently been professional, affordable and very fast with their service. They can also do engine repair & maintenance, not just tires & oil changes. I highly recommend them.

Always great service, but unfortunately none of the staff were wearing masks and I was the only customer that was wearing one. I understand some may not agree with masks but I expect businesses to put customers first! It's important that I not be exposed to COVID-19 for work purposes so I was not happy about this.

Contacted prior to coming by to inquire if this place can balance trailer tires. A gentleman said they would be happy to do it. Drove by (albeit on the way home, so not out of the way) and came to the desk to request it done. The associate said they never balance trailer tires and will not waste time or their weights in trying to balance them. Said trailer tires do not balance properly (which there may be truth to that). I didn't expect much of perfect balancing, it is a trailer after all, but wanted as much stability as possible to achieve even with imperfect balance since I haul with a small vehicle that can feel every trailer vibration. Associate promised to educate their staff on this, as I hope this saves someone else's time in the future. Ended up taking to Big 10 Tire on Dees Dr. and had them balanced within 30 minutes. Gave that business good feedback here. Giving this place 3 stars due to misinformation, but a credit for being willing to get all staff on same page. Thank you.

I've used this store for about 3 years now and I've never had an issue. They get me in and out quickly and the prices are reasonable. They've never tried to up-sale me on the dirty air filter or windshield wipers, they just do what I ask. I trust these guys.

Good service ! Gordon is a good manager! Owner is not very good ! He needs to learn to smile and I do a lot of business there along with friends and family , he is not good for Buisness! Rides around in golf cart look like he lost his best friend !

Hello fellow customers! Curious if this place is open on MLK Day? DO NOT call up there and ask; you will get a very sarcastic response from the store s owner. It turns out that they are open but a simple, Yes sir, we are open would have worked just fine. Ladies and gentlemen, make sure you are valued wherever you may spend your money.

DONT GO HERE. Took my car to get a nail patched. A week later I did my own brake job and when trying to take off the tire they took off and on it was over tightened. Im guessing my tires lugs was tightened to over 250 foot lbs because it took a 4 foot long pipe and a 240 pound man to break loose my lug nuts. My car requires 80 foot lbs. This shop will make it impossible to change a flat tire and will do damage to your car by over tightening your lugs.

Parkway installed fuel filter, air filter, changed the oil, installed 2 tires and loaded 2 reactor tires in less than 1.5 hrs! That service manager, Gordon, kept everyone entertained in the waiting area.

Gordon Foil the Manager of this Store is to busy to actually know what goes on in the shop.They do try to get their customers Vehicle out as fast as possible and rThey dont try to sell the customer something they don't need unlike other automotive repair shops

Was turned away from their car wash for having a dirty truck. If dirty vehicles aren t allowed at a car wash then what is? Will never return to their business. My line of work requires frequent car washes. Taking my business elsewhere.
