absolutely love. i called right before closed frantically needed space to store my 2 bedroom apartment. the manager, Vincint, worked with me and allowed me 24 hour access for 2 days without having to fully commit to it for the whole time renting. the 10 x 10 unit i rented was clean and he left the lock there for me because i wouldn t be able to get there until much after close. he was super cool and helped me every step of the way in renting my unit. the units are clean and well lit and super easy to access. 10/10 recommend.

Vincent is the absolute best. He went out of his way to sit down with me and go over all the different options that were available and he took very good care of me... I highly recommend this place!

I found Extra Space Storage through a Google search. I was able to call and make a reservation for an outdoor boat trailer space easily and quickly. Upon arriving at the store, Jasmine, greeted me, showed me the space, and got me set up very efficiently. She was friendly and the entire experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Vincent was very friendly and professional, toured me of several units, completed the sale in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and assured of my decision to use your business for my storage solution.

It s not every day that you run across someone as personable as Vincent. He s amazing! You can tell he loves and enjoys his job through his customer service. I m a very difficult person and not once did Vincent become irritated or annoyed by any of my request. He listened and did everything in his power to ensure I was satisfied. I will recommend this storage facility to everyone!

Extra Space worked with me these past 2 plus years while I was trying to find a new home. The staff was very friendly, and always answered my questions when the occasional issue or concern would arise. Valerie and the staff are so professional and I knew my three units was safe. For example I forgot to lock one unit, however because they walked the grounds daily and checked each unit I was notified quickly. Thanks for going the extra mile and I have recommended this facility to several. Great Staff!

The online rental of our climate controlled storage was easy. A few steps online and I was ready to go. Did it at night and the next morning I started moving items into the storage. Clean, well kept storage area. Also, the ease of moving my truck and trailer around the property to where my storage was easy. Definitely will recommend Extra Space Storage in Gluckstadt, MS.

Customer service is at a all time low in this day and time. It was fantastic to walk into a place where I was greeted, offered water after looking at the space and was called Sir respectfully. Vincent, my new big homie, I appreciate your drive and professionalism.

I was looking into storage units as I will be need to store some items soon. I spoke with Vincent. He encouraged me to come see the units. He provided a great customer experience. He was knowledgeable of the storage units and company. He was patient as this is my first time looking into a storage unit. He answered my questions and concerns and even made sure I took the time i needed to consider the units. I am definitely going to use th8s facility as i feel that me and my belongings will be well taken care of.
