Today, I was working out of town in Canton, MS, when my truck s axle started leaking. Being 250 miles from home left me in an interesting predicament. I hopped on Google and found Delta Auto nearby, read some reviews, and decided to give them a call. The owner, Chris, and his son, Devin, were able to work on my truck the same day. They helped educate me on the extent of the damage and quickly obtained replacement parts to start repairs. A few hours later, I was back on the road and safely home with my family.Typically, I don t leave reviews, but in this situation, I couldn t resist. I m sure most folks reading this are like me and loathe the thought of unexpected auto repairs, especially when traveling out of town. However, in this situation, I don t feel that way. I left feeling grateful for their hard work, kindness, and thorough education on my repair. I took a stack of business cards and plan on handing them out to my fellow out-of-town construction workers currently working in Canton!Thanks again to Chris, Devin, Pat, and the Delta team. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!

This shop has the most professional, reliable and courteous staff that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.Their work ethic and knowledge of automobiles is exemplary.Managers, Walter and Chris are very involved with keeping their customers satisfied and the Customer service representatives, Pat and Eric always keep the customers informed on the progress and completion of the job being done.The customer service and towing organizer, Brooks has a multitude of hats she wears and is able to help with any kind of concern that can't be handled by the rest of the staff.I was so impressed by their professional work ethic and graciousness that I won't be looking for any other mechanics in the future.I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs

Just got work on my 15 ford lariat there, I knew what was wrong before taking it in and y it wasn t running. But man wasn t expecting such great service and honesty done to my truck. Any automobile problems always gonna be bringing all my vehicles here. Great staff and even better technicians. Truly grateful

My wife is on a long trip alone and our truck broke down last night in Canton. Due to the many local recommendations she received, she limped our truck to Delta. She is traveling due to a family emergency. She said Delta worked her in and treated her extremely well. She felt safe and welcomed in the waiting room. Several employees offered to help her as much as they could. Delta fixed the vehicle and my wife says it is running better than before the break down. Thanks Delta for taking care of my wife and the truck. It took her 15 minutes to say all the good thoughts she had about her experience there today!!!!From the wife: I can t say enough to express how wonderful Delta treated me at such a horrible time to have a breakdown in the middle of the trip. They worked me in their super busy schedule, though they never told me about it. I only discovered it through observation of the traffic and speaking with other customers who came through. (They all loved Delta as well! In fact, almost all of them said they (Delta) will treat your right and guarantee their work.) As true with great businesses: They treated each other well with the utmost respect. They laughed, they joked, and they worked hard together. After speaking to the ladies there, I discovered how they also help and look after each other in times of need. And they pass it down to the customers as abundantly and as best as they can. I experienced it myself and witnessed it to other customers. At such a difficult time for me, they were such a blessing. My truck is still running well. They diligently worked to track down the problem, track down parts, tested to make sure it was right, looked into whatever still needed to be addressed, corrected and retested to be absolutely certain my truck drove well before handing back the keys. The cost was also very fair. Thanks again to all who helped me that day! (The inspirational calendar was sitting at the window. It was yet another blessing that really helped me get through such a hard day.)Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are top notch!! They went above and beyond, were very friendly, and can t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend. I rarely take the time to leave reviews as I am insanely busy but these guys deserve it. I build a lot of high end cars and don t trust many people to work on them other than myself but plan on bringing two cars by in the next week or two to have some exhaust work done after my first experience with them. So I stopped by late in the day and Chris the owner went out of his way to stay late and get my truck back on the road with the help of his awesome service TEAM! Will most definitely be going back for any other service I need.

Don't put your car on warranty because they are gonna take their precious time with your car. They have had my car for two weeks now. A couple of weeks ago they fixed my air and out of no where it stopped working again so I took it back since it was warranty and they are taking forever for it to get done.

I will definitely be recommending Eric at Delta Auto and Towing, he is a persistent person and I am thoroughly impressed with the service and his commitment to help, so by far my experience with them has been the best I ve had

I barely limped my 06 Mercedes C230 into Delta Auto recently, the engine had been running rough but now it had reached critical mass - no power, bucking, engine warning lights everywhere...and by the end of the day, I had a diagnosis and an estimate that I thought was really good for the repairs needed.Delta did a great job of keeping me informed and when it was ready, they stayed open late so I could arrange for a ride to come pick it up! And the job they did is remarkable - now I'm stuck with a car that I swore I would sell - but it runs so good now that there's NO WAY I'm selling it.Great place - great employees - fantastic mechanics and great priceI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

We were traveling from out of town in a 2003 Ford F-350 for work.The air compressor locked up and the made the vehicle not start. Chris was the first person we called and he was there with a tow truck to pick the vehicle up. We were hesitant at first, being from out of town. But Chris said don t worry I ll take care of you .He called the next day with a diagnosis and had it fixed and ready to go the next day.We were able to leave to head back home as scheduled and the total bill was way under what we expected.If your ever on the Canton or Jackson MS area this is who you should call.Delta Auto and Chris would get 10 stars if available.All around great experience. Very rude, hostile, and aggressive personnel. I will never use these people. I also believe many of their 5 star reviews are fake. I called this business and asked the man who answered the phone for a price to install my alternator on my car if I purchased the alternator. I have a Hyundai elantra. He immediately said it was a very difficult job and listed his labor charge as $400.00. My alternator sits near the top of my engine and is a 30 minute job. I had already watched several replacement videos of it and each mechanic commented how easy it was to install. I had also already called Firestone for their labor price on the job and they charged $112.00 to install. They wouldn't charge that on a difficult job. The only thing was firestone won't let you use your own part and they mark up the alternator by close to $500.00. I purchased a brand new Denso alternator off Rock Auto for a little over $240.00. The man did not like this and then he started screaming that only the dealer sold good parts and that I purchased my own part and that's it right there. He was mad that he couldnt mark up the part. I hung up with him and called NAPA and asked the associate if he had ever heard of Rock Auto and he said yes. He said they sell to many stores and shops. I asked was it legitimate and he said yes. So this guy was not truthful. He was aggressive. He started screaming and yelling and i just hung up. No sir. I will not pay you $400 in labor for a 30 minute job. I'll do it myself. I've seen alternators get changed out in parking lots. No way that job should cost that much.

Took my truck to have a flowmasters muffler installed. The service was great. But now only 4-5 months down the road the muffler has come apart inside of it and it makes a terrible rattling sound. I stopped by to see if they would replace it under warranty and they tried to tell me that my catalytic converters were clogged and it over heated the muffler so they can not warranty it. Had a mechanic take a look and my mechanic laughed and told me my cats were not clogged. The reason the muffler over heated is because delta muffler installed the wrong muffler to begin with. I have a 3 exhaust system and delta muffler installed a 2.25 muffler. When I tried to explain this to them they tried to make out like I don t know what I m talking about. My mechanic works at a Chevrolet dealership. I m pretty sure he knows what he is talking about. Delta muffler will not honor a warranty. I ll take my business elsewhere from now on.Service: Exhaust

Chris & Kim have excellent staff to provide excellent repair and client interactions to the public. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, the lobby to wait makes you feel like your home, Lindsey and other staff are friendly, professional, and prompt to serve the clients. Thank goodness Delta Auto has opened in Canton! Not only do they service us better than our dealership, but they Always have towing available! And they take calls and will tow 24 x 7. These people are so nice and professional but at an affordable price for towing and service. And they have great Wi-Fi for all customers that actually works!! I highly recommend this place.

Brought my car in, thought it was a small problem, turns out my timing is off. Guys explained everything. Only problem is how long to get parts, which isn't there fault.

We were on a road trip from Wisconsin making our way out west! Canton became a stop on our trip that wasn t planned when our van decided not to start! Delta Auto became our hero for the day! They had an amazing lounge area where we spent most of the day. We were so thankful for the team that kept reassuring us throughout the day. They even offered to get us lunch while we waited. We can t thank enough the owners and team of mechanics that helped keep this trip going. After it was all said and done they told us what else could use work and really helped us on the price . The staff was amazing and service even better!

Delta Auto is a family run business that treated me with respect and excellent professional courtesy! Cannot express enough how incrediblethese people are! Highly recommend them to ANYONE in Madison County who needs any vehicle maintenance or work done! Professional and Friendly!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Chris came out to me with a smile! I was in a crisis! He hugged me and got my car towed to my house fast! I am so lucky to have met him! He is like family and we just met! I thank God he showed up today! I will use him now on :)

Great little shop in the Canton, Mississippi. I have waiting a little bit to write this review because I needed sometime to do so because I have so much to say. My wife got stranded on the side of the road traveling back to Memphis. This family team setup a tv for my 2 year old, put up a kennel for my dog, and stayed late to get my wife and child on the road the very same day!!! What a great place!

This is probably the best place to do any kind of auto business in the surrounding area. Lindsey was top notch at being a professional and a go beyond her duties kind of person!!! Hat's off to Chris & his workers for going above & beyond to help "keep me moving"! After running over a railroad spike in the road, I called Delta Towing (yes, they even have a towing service) & told them my situation. They picked up my vehicle & brought me to their repair shop promptly. After realizing I not only needed a tire but the lugs were stripped as well, Chris & his mechanics drove all over town to find the parts needed & stayed after hours to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I'll definitely be stopping by next time I'm in town! Thanks again Delta!

Mr. Chris is so cool.. Cody does a great job explaining what you need and I feel like they are honest with their prices. Andre is very knowledgeable about breaking down and fixing the problem with your vehicle... I highly recommend this place

Friendly and reasonably priced auto care. Thought I was gonna have to replace the power steering pump on my 07 f-150. Until, this honest place told me that I could get by with a $3 gasket. Imagine my surprise that they didn t try to talk me into a new pump and extras.

These people are so unprofessional. They turned a three hour job into a two week hassle. They wanted us to lie to the insurance company, all the while lying to us. If you're smart you won't use them.
