My 2018 ram 2500 was shaking. I took my truck to other tires places and they said it was normal.Thornton tires balanced and rotated the tires and the truck drives so smooth.Also they actually put the sun shield in the window...this place is GREAT and is now the only place I will ever use.

I can't say enough about Thornton's, top notch service, friendly people, they do great thorough work, they work fast, and they don't overcharge. I highly recommend Thornton Tire & Auto. I find myself just being thankful, there is still good honest auto service avaliable, everytime I do business with them. Thank you Thornton's my little car goes down the road nice and smooth now.

If I could rate zero stars I would! I called everyday for 3 weeks and was lied to about it being pulled into the shop next. I was told it would cost $175 but at pick up I was charged $440, left there and the same problems started happening 30 minutes later. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!

Awesome shop! Thanks to the Jackson streets I had to replace a tire. Most shops couldn't handle a 24" rim but Thorntons could. The service was very fast and the customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

I've been using Thornton's tire for about 10 yes. They are very professional and reliable. And rates are a little pricey. But you get what you pay for. Thanks again Mel and the Thornton family.

Thornton's was nothing short of a blessing. My vehicle needed immediate attention and they were able to get to me in a timely manner. I did have to leave the vehicle overnight, but that was expected due to the nature of the repairs needed. Probably the best part, other than the timeliness, repair specialists' knowledge, and the price, was the family environment. I had the privilege of speaking with the different family members (not knowing they were family) and each of them was polite and willing to answer questions. I think I may have found my go to shop!

I went there this morning needing a valve stem replaced. I was greeted by the owner and told to bring the tire in and they immediately got to work on it and when they were done I said what do I owe you and they said don't worry about it, it's no problem. It may not mean much to some people but it told right off the bat that they are good people. I reccomend them to anyone. Great local family owned and run business. I really appreciate y'all!

On our way to a family vacation we had a blow out on Hwy 55. After road service arrived we realized it might be a good idea to replace them all. The next morning we call Thornton s to see if they could replace the tires. They could, but wouldn t be able to until the next day. We explained we were in route to Oklahoma and really couldn t spare another day. They arranged to pick up the tires and brought us in, having us back on the road within 2 hours. This is a family operation that certainly puts family first. I highly recommend them.

Very open and honest. Very reasonable pricing, in fact beat every other quote on replacing an A/C compressor by a couple hundred dollars. And they back up their work, no questions asked. Those are the good things.The bad, and the only thing that you might complain about, he is VERY busy! So make sure you get a realistic expected turn around time and expect to give him realistic time to get it fixed and out the door. This is not a 10 minute oil change. That being said, I will go back to him for any future auto repairs even though I have since moved away from Byram and now live in Brandon.Pros: Great workmanship, prices and transparencyCons: Turn around time

The mechanics at this shop are very nice but unless you want your car to stay there forever without being fixed this is not the repair shop for you. I dropped my car off for a major repair early on a Monday morning. I was told there should be no problem getting it repaired. I called to check on my car on Wednesday and Friday of the same week and my car had not been even looked at. Called back the following Thursday and I was told that they would not be able to repair my car due to under staffing. I do understand that things come up and people take on more than they can handle. But you should have the decency to let your customers know about their vehicles especially if you knew would not be able to repair their car a week before.

Thornton TIRE, is 1 FOR BEING THE BEST PLACE IN BYRAM TO GET A OIL CHANGE OR GET A SET OF NEW TIRES,AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THIER ARE ALWAY NICE AND FRIENDLY. .
