My family trusts the Tire Depot. They are honest. We take our vehicles, old and new, for routine and emergency maintenance. They are always courteous, prompt and turnkey. There have been times we thought we had an issue with a vehicle but the good people at Tire Depot, instead of doing the highest profit fix for themselves, only did what was necessary and saved us money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. Went in for an oil change, they claimed to have checked all fluids before giving me my vehicle. When I get home, I realize my coolant is leaking. When I confronted them about it, they told me in between the time I dropped my car off and got it back, that it just happen I have a hole in the radiator. If there was a hole in the radiator, I would have noticed already. My engine overheated shortly after leaving there shop. But they expect me to think this is a coincidence and now are trying to charge me $700 for a new radiator. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD OF A BUSINESS. This is the second time Tire Depot has found a way to screw up my vehicle with me being left with the bill. A few years ago I got four new tires for my truck. They test drove my vehicle and told me I was good to go. Got on the interstate and by the time I hit the next exit, i hit brakes going 65 and they did not work. I almost ran into the back of a stopped vehicle because they put a hole in my master cylinder and all my brake fluid leaked out. I went back furious and was basically told they wouldn t cover it and didn t have a technician they trusted to fix the problem they created. Cost me $600 for a new master cylinder. *DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. IF THEY MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE, THEY WILL SAY ITS JUST A COINCIDENCE AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT. Terrible business practice

This place is amazing! After a 4.5 hour road trip my truck unfortunately began making some crazy noises and luckily I made it to the Tire Depot. Mid busy Saturday morning and the manager, Chris stepped into action and got his mechanic on it right away. The mechanic diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes!!! I was back on the road in no time thanks to this great shop! Highly recommend using these guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I purchased a set RoadTour 655 MRE, Aug 2021. The warranty on Hercules website states this tire is good for 65,000 miles and if this tire becomes unserviceable due to a flaw in workmanship or materials, we will replace it at no charge during the first 50% of tread life. And this warranty is good for up to 36 months. The car began to drive poorly. The care was taken to The Tire Depot on July 29. On this visit I was told, the back tire was bad. And I had to buy another one. I would like to be financially reimbursed for this tire because it has the same workmanship damage that the others have. They would not replace it for free. The car was still driving badly so I took it to my mechanic and he told me the problem was the tires. I took it back to Tire Depot on Aug.11 and this time they told the front 2 tires were bad, excessive tread separation. Why didn't they identify this on the previous visit. It is impossible under normal wear and tear for the tires They told me they would not honor the warranty. Today, I took the car to another tire shop for an assessment. They stated the remaining 3 are in terrible shape, abnormal tread separation, unsafe to drive. It appears the Tire Depot sold me tires in August 2021 manufactured in 2019. This is highly unethical. I would like replacement tires for the same or better quality. I was taken advantage. The warranties were not honored. This is an unethical business. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Very nice staff. They were honest about my car's condition. Did not try to find something wrong in order to bill me for work I didn't need. Will return.

Thank you Chris and Donovan for all your honesty and good business practices. My new cooper grand touring tires are just the "BEST". So glad I went with this cooper tire. So glad to have found Tire Depot in Byram for honesty and integrity in their work!

My wife came to get one rear tire repaired/replaced due to a flat from a nail. They ended up replacing the tire. When she left the shop the opposite rear tire went flat from a slash that was not previously there. So she ended up having to get a second tire. Within a week, she had another flat, again due to a nail, on one of the recently replaced tires. After it was replaced, she again had a flat on the new opposite side tire due to a slash that wasn't previously there. So she ended up paying for four tires instead of two tires because of these incidents. When questioned about it, the shop manager told her he looked at the video and couldn't see anyone purposefully or accidentally cutting the tire. Once might be a coincidence, but happening twice at the same shop within a week or so of each other is a trend. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as they will create issues and not offer a resolution. She was scared to say anything, so I have posted this for her. I am a Soldier currently deployed and have told my wife to never use their service again. I don't know if they did this to her because she is a female or not.

They got us right in, did a good job, and it was fast. Add on this was done at a good price and I will be going back for sure. First time I ever went there, but was impressed.

Strike 1. Took my mustang in last weekend to have a patch replace the plug that was put in to get me home. Guy in shop took 20 minutes to only tell my husband he couldn't find a leak... when we stated specifically to remove plug and install patch. Of course you won't find a leak it's plugged.Strike 2... today husband took UTV tire in to have patch installed to replace plug. Guy came out and said I can't find a leak and he had it over pressure for 30 minutes... that is funny because the other half of a bead locker is at the house...This is the same tech that worked on both tires... the common denominator is clear.

They need to bring back the original Davis family because the people who are running it now are very prejudiced people they re disrespectful they raise the cost especially if they know that you went somewhere else and got something they are not fair people and they charge for things that they didn t even do Not to mention being very rude and disrespectful the service manager Chris he does not know how to talk to people or at least Black people I ask for the manager in which was just in the building 10 minutes ago that he refused to go and get so I can speak to him about a charge for an alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Purchase 3 tires.. caught a flat in less than a month. Was told no warranty on tire due to it being a performance tire., $150 +plus tax on a tire (each) , in less than a month and will have to buy a brand new tire, at same price. Have bought tires here in the past but never again.Service: TiresService: Tires
