Great atmosphere! Got here before 8 and was offered coffee and listened to food conversation while truck being checked to insure they work done was holding up good. Quality, trustworthy, good people working here!

Called & spoke w/Josh a few days before taking my car in & got a rough estimate ($60.) Took it in a few days later, dropped it off they had it for about 6 hrs & called to say repairs were done. Went to pick it up & the total for the repair had gone up to $147.57. No one (Josh) gave me a courstey call, to get my approval on the cost increase. They just surprised me with the new exuberant price @ checkout. Bad business practice!!!! They do not have my trust & nor will they ever have my business again!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Richard's shop messed up 3 of our cars the AC in my kia soul $1400 sonic $2000he does not do the work and charges an arm and leg my ac don't work right I'm my kia the sonic has to have a new engine cause he lied about the stuff he did so now $6000 for new engine oh and charges new tire price and puts used tires on he and his employees are crooks don't take your car to him

Had a donut tire and was able to drop my car off, get the old tire patched, and was back on the road in 30 minutes for a great price. Awesome experience, I can't suggest Richard's enough!

Talking about a GOD sent man. I have lived in the Byram area for 20 years and I never knew the BEST MECHANIC was down the street from me. Took it to him Tuesday and the next day he had me up and running again. He kept me informed and the price was great compared to the others. Mr. Richard you and your Team are the best. My boyfriend brought his 1992 Pickup truck there for front tire replacement. He was not made aware that the front tire rod ends were not installed correctly and worn completely out and bent, to the point it was hazardous to drive. 50 miles later, the front tires bent so badly, he had to have it towed home. Had he or sons, been on the instate doing, even the legal speed limit, he or his family, could ve been killed, as well as anyone else around him.Think twice, or get a second opinion, before you bring what carry your family around, here.Leslie Williams PearlServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires
