I wanted to tell Mr. Brent and his team Thank you!!! I had a door handle to break and I could not get in my vehicle from the outside. They replaced my door handle with a better quality handle than the manufacturer and charge 58% less than the dealership and I was in by 8 they had me on my way before lunch. Awesome Job let s give our Local business a chance to work well for us!!!

Will not be back. Total disrespect. The guy changing my oil right now is completely rude. Every thing he has said to me has been a command. He has not asked nicely for anything. Sat here for 15 minutes. Nobody greeted me. I watch them walk around casually, talking to each other casually, small talk, but nobody speaks to the customer waiting. I finally ask one of the men how long the wait is for an oil change. He says "typically 15 minutes." So I ask what is it today with what you got going on today. He says "15 minutes" as in an "I just told you that" attitude. Almost 10 minutes go by & a truck with a man in it pulls up. The man that talked to me goes up to him IMMEDIATELY with a completely different tone of voice, "Hey! How you doing today? What can we do for you today?" This is right beside me as if he's slapping me in the face because I'm a woman. That is the only time anyone has spoken to me in the 30 minutes I've been here & that is when I asked. Very poor customer service & much disrespect & rudeness to me here today 2/7/23 @ 9:00 AM, now 9:53 AM.

Quick, friendly & reasonably prriced- I Strongly recommend Cartust for an oil change!! The group has worked together for awhile, knew their roles well, and were very friendly to boot!!! I not3d that another customer had dropped off earlier, so- they'll accommodate you on your terms. A rare jem.

When I discovered a low tire on my SUV in Byram, I immediately began looking for a place to help me. Car Trust was less than an hour from closing, but they told me to come down and they would take a look. In less than half an hour, my tire was repaired for a reasonable price.

Great shop, honest folks and great prices. I've had everything from standard oil changes to a full brake job on my vehicles. Always been treated with respect and I highly recommend giving them a try for any vehicle repair you may need.

They must purge negative ratings because I know several people that have posted issues with this establishment and I don t see them here. I haven t been here in many years just because of the way that I was treated, I expected troubleshooting and I got parts changing. I rolled out a week later and $750 dollars poorer with the exact same issue I rolled in with. I even wrote a letter to management explaining my dissatisfaction, no attempt at all was made to reconcile my issue. I understand you need to be paid for your time but fix the issue!

It is owned and ran by a father and daughter who are always kind, friendly and ready to help. I go to them for the majority of my tire needs. I have never encountered an unfriendly staff member.

Great service! Fast but efficient work. Friendly atmosphere & the staff is very knowledgeable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Plus they have a system to save you money, 7th, oil change is free of charge! Wow...

I've been taking my car to CarTrust literally since high school. I will never go back. The owners daughter is extremely rude with her phone etiquette. She probably would not have that job if her father wasn't the owner because her people skills are non existent. And after having repairs done less than two weeks ago, the problem with my vehicle is back. Do not take your vehicle here!Update :7/12- This morning my mom took the vehicle back because I was told by the owner himself to take my car somewhere else because his daughter told him I was ugly to her which was a total lie. And the lady at the front called my mother a liar!! This place cares nothing about customer service they just want your money! Their work is sub par and they dont even stand by the repairs they make! Go somewhere else!

Very very very terrible service!!!!!!!!!!! I live in Byram so I decided to give this company a chance. Wrong decision!!!!! I should have drove the extra miles and continue to do my business with GOODYEAR!!!!!!!!! First I was over charger for getting two tires mounted. Second when I discovered a issue with my tires being mounted I was told We have a good balancer machine and it s probably your tires wrong answer!!!!! So I asked could you at least check the balance on the tires? Yes I could check them, but I will have to charge you again just to check the balance on your tires!!! Wrong again. First of all I m not asking for anything for free I paid for the service, and I would like to get the issue corrected. Not worry I will not do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car Trust is a great place to take your vehicle for an Oil Change. They are fast and reasonably priced. They also have tires and mechanic service.

They ve always taking care of all my rides with the up most respect, and the crew working there are all very kind, carrying, and very cool and fumny people. The crew cares more about your vehicle than you do. If they see something that could cause a major problem or a wreck, please let them do there job, they are trying to take care of you and your family. Getting new tires went smoothly. Getting the windshield wiper motor replaced, and the driver side window motor replaced was a headache. Both replaced once, and both stopped working around the 2 week mark, so we took it back in. Both replaced again at half the original cost. This second time, the window didn't align with the seal, and left a gap of 3/4 inch for air and rain to enter in. This second window motor also stopped working again within 2 weeks. I wondered how many times I'd have to return for another 'fix' for there to be no charge. Windshield wiper motor twice, and driver side window motor twice and still not fixed. Shoddy work and having the customer again & again pay to fix their error is unacceptable. Take your vehicle to an experienced auto repair place. I gave 1 star for what they did do, and for the smile he gave the second time after I noticed the gap between the window& seal.

This isn't your typical oil change store. These folks are from here and care about you and your vehicle health. Trustworthy and honest. Great visiting this place. I will be back.

Great place for oil change at a decent price. They also do mechanic work on cars and trucks, also at a reasonable price. All work is guaranteed. Friendly and professional.

Oil change and a new tire. I called ahead of time and requested the tire. I was out within 45 minutes. Great customer service.
