Dwayne gave me a great deal!! And waited after hours for me to get there! Amazing customer service here highly recommend ! If i ever need another vehicle definitely will be coming back here and definitely will tell friends and family! I and so happy with my new ride:) it's perfect for my family!!

My wife bought a Mazda 5 from here with her parents and she had the best customer service. They helped her with everything she needed. If you are looking for a nice ride and someone easy to talk to then this is the best place for you. Dwayne was awesome today. Thank you very much.

It is the worst experience I ve had. They took to long to give me the car title. I asked if there was an issue. Then, they sent the title but it was torn and the former owner signature was missing and I could not register that vehicle. They gave a really bad customer service and rejected a refund even when there was a legal issue from them.I do not recommend that dealer at all.They took three weeks to fix a simple paperwork problem that they already had with the car I bought from them. The worst customer service I ve ever seen.Thinking about buying a used car, that s not an option but if you want to buy a huge headache you are at the best place.THINK MORE THAN ONCE BEFORE GOING THERE.

i purchased my car 2-3 weeks ago and as i was driving off the lot my engine went out three times(in the middle of driving). i had a mechanic look at the car to see what was wrong and the new part that needed to be replaced was just sitting in the hood of the car. the 7 day registration has expired almost 2 weeks before i am receiving any updates on the title (it took them until now 2-3 weeks later to give me the title). this experience has been very unprofessional and disappointing . i would recommend being very cautious purchasing a car here. the car runs smooth now but i am very disappointed in the service here.

My husband and I just recently bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from this company. They have not held up their agreement as a company and they have been falsely advertising their products. We asked for a list of what was wrong with the car before we bought it and were told that there were cosmetic parts on the car that were already ordered that were missing when we looked at it that they would just give us since they had already ordered them and that they would replace the battery before we left. They replaced the battery and told us that we could come back and pick up the title and those extra parts 3 days later. We go back to the company expecting to pick up the title and parts and they tell us that they didn t know anything about the missing parts on the car and that the title had not gotten in yet. They told us that they were ordering the parts again and to come back the following week for the title. (Mind you, they have a 7 day drive out tag.) We go back the following week and they still do not have the title so they extend our drive out tag and at this point the car is having problems that were not on the list that we received. The check engine light comes on the next day and we go to get a diagnostic of the car. The car had an oil leak and after further inspection, the company had mixed good and bad oil together. My husband was able to replace the parts needed to fix the oil leak and things were fine for maybe 3 more days. While driving home, the car just completely quits and will not start up again. We had to get the car towed back to the house and now we just have a broken down car that we just bought less than 3 weeks ago, no title, and Mr. Smith will not return our calls. My husband went to their shop again today only to be told that Mr. Smith is out of town and will be back at a later date and that he has the title on the way. This is ridiculous! This is a terrible company and they have terrible service! I definitely would not recommend buying from this company or you will get the run around just like they have been doing with us!

Do not and I mean do not buy a car from this place. They sold me a car with a bad engine. I took ot back to them and they did something that made the check engine light go off and now 9 months later the same lights are coming on and the engine needs to be replace! I have a professional machine that pulls up the codes and again they are popping back up again from the report that was printed. They did not fix it they put a bandage on it... RIP OFF!!!!

Smiths Auto Sales is not the place to purchase a vehicle. Do not waste the time nor give yourself the headache.1. The title for your vehicle will take forever to obtain. They will only give as little information as to the status of your title as possible.2. The prices are low, yes, but they should honestly be lower. I checked the vehicle to see what repairs would need to be made, however, they fix the problems just enough for sale. I asked for a list of all the issues on my vehicle, however, it only listed minor issues such as missing panels and other minute details. 1,000 miles later, I have to replace multiple major parts of my engine that were not on this "list of issues"3. They're communication is horrendous. I've called and texted multiple times since October the 10th and have not received a single call back nor a single message to this day.There are many more issue I could complain on, however, I digress. Do not do it my sale is still not legally complete due to me still not receiving my title. This business is shady. Do not do it to yourself, I know, I shall not do it ever again.

Drove a total of 1,000 miles over 1.5 days to finalize a deal and pick up a 2 yr old Dodge Challenger based on what was thought to be an attractive price (dealer accepted my offer of 15% off asking price) the dealer's overall description and their claim of a 8.5 exterior and 10 interior rating (on a 1 - 10 scale). Prior to traveling, I requested (and was provided) photos/videos of the car that was supposed to detail any/all issues. Based on the info provided, I knew the car wasn't going to be perfect and I was prepared to do some minor adjustment/re-paint to get it into a nice condition.Upon arrival at the car, I quickly noticed that neither the video nor the pictures I was sent had captured anything close to the dramatic extent of the previous repairs, existing damages and numerous functional issues with the car. After seeing it in person, I would personally rate the interior as a 7 and the exterior as a 2 (and that's generous). In addition to the stained, scratched up interior, there was undisclosed, severe cosmetic damage all over the exterior and some of the worst body/paint repairs I've ever seen on a 2yr old car. In addition to the extensive cosmetic issues, a few items I quickly noticed were; an airbag light on (possibly missing), non-functioning parking sensors, butchered exhaust and a massive windshield air leak.I walked away feeling bad for the car (how it has been treated in its 2 yrs on the road), bad for anyone else that has already (or will) go look at this car based on the dealer's fraudulent description, and feeling mad at myself for not trusting my gut and/or the red flags telling me the dealership wasn't trustworthy and that I should stay away.This was just my experience with Smiths Auto Sales, I hope yours was, or will be better.Dealer responded to my review and claims he sold the car for full asking price the next day.I sure hope Stevie Wonder enjoys his new Challenger!!!

I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot after a month of run around and wanting to jack up the price for replacing the windshield that had a large honeycomb in the middle and a key fob held together with red tape along with screws missing from motor cover. In addition they were suppose to send title to tag office since I was paying taxes there. They did not and should have given me a title application which is standard protocol per the Tax Office. I had to go by the place of business to get appropriate paperwork and return for my tag. This made me late for work. THE ONE RATING IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR SMITH HIMSELF

This place is the worst car lot in the south that we have ever dealt with. First thing my husband was looking for a work truck and we thought we seen a nice one on their website however when we got there the truck looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Despite this, my husband pointed out all the things that were wrong with wrong with the truck and the guy promised that the would get the truck and issues fixed at there shop on Lamar. Well my husband has had the truck 2 weeks now and for the most part the guy on Lamar says he can t fix it. The truck had no headlights or tails lights, the wheels and whelk alignment are jacked up, the key switch we not turn off, the tires are flat, it s so much wrong with this lemon and now they not answering the phone. This lots has nothing but lemons and I would never recommend them to anyone. The junk yard got better cars! Now we have to figure out how to get rid of it.

Made an appointment to purchase a vehicle at 10:30 this morning. Drove an hour and a half to get there and the car wasn t even there. It was in the shop which I never even knew the car had any problems. Very very unprofessional. Was speaking to someone over text message which wasn t the same person at the dealership. A bunch of miscommunication and not a way to run a business. I don t not recommend

I made it there at 1:00pm and the owners wasn't there. A nice gentleman, I did not get his name, helped me while I waited. So, I looked at a car that I set up an appointed to buy, cash. I just wanted to test drive it. After calling the owners several times the gentleman finally received the OK to allow me to test drive it. The car had no struts and pulled to the left. For $8,895, I expected a lot more. So disappointed. The nice gentleman apologized for the hour and a half that I waited for the owners. When I was leaving, I ran into a guy that said he had purchased his car from here and he had to get extensive work done on it and he was having a problem receiving his registration and tags. I should have known after waiting an hour for the owners that this whole place was a mess. I'm glad I dodged that lemon.

The service was good once we got a person to show us the car. The lot is pretty crowded and no prices are listed on the windows. The info on the cars is minimal as many come straight from auctions. They do have fair prices compared to big dealers in Southaven and Memphis. You owe it to yourself to look before you buy elsewhere.

I was very interested in a specific vehicle that had been posted. I called as well as did my girlfriend. We were going to make a final purchase for that vehicle but kept getting the run around or no call backs at all. I feel very pushed to the side and then with no one never being available made my purchase that much more hard to finalize. I really am disturbed about this because I really wanted and still want that vehicle, we just had a couple of questions concerning that vehicle before I made my purchase. Thank you for your business anyway. UPDATE September 13, 2022.....So after leaving my last review someone reached out to me whose name I will not reveal. In that conversation it sounded as if finally there was going to be resolution to the problem occurred the last time. There was a date and time made for me to arrive arrive to purchase the vehicle that I had chosen. Now i was told everything to bring with me and even tho 1 thing wasn't any use, I went to other alternatives to get the proper information that was needed however the information never came through so sometimes you have to see that everything just isn't meant. Upon my arrival the vehicle that I had chosen was brought out front looking very nice, YES of course it caught my attention even more seeing it in person however the person that I spoke to on the phone was not available nor was he there at all was he there at all to handle business, so I was dealing with a whole different person who was really not aware of what was going on. Instead of the person that I had spoken with coming down to see or to finalize this purchase there were more text messages sent to the employee at the office. Instead of information being delivered to me I became very upset because this is business and you don't handle business like this through text messages especially when you're NOT the 1 receiving them! After several attempts of trying to make this deal final I became MORE aware of the red flags that were presented to me so I took it upon myself after I was declined of my trade in price I immediately walked out the door with nothing else to say. I will say this to whom it may concern that reads this review please do your homework before going to this place. It is unorganized and very unprofessional at times, please seek other options before trying this place. After the drive that I made and the time I wasted I felt as if my whole day had gone by coming up with nothing it will never ever happen again I have SERIOUSLY cut ties with this business!!!!!Sincerely1 Very Disappointed Customer UPDATE September 21,2022..........How is it even possible to talk with anyone when there was only one person in the entire building and the person that I was dealing with wasn't even present present so how-do-you-do business texting over the phone when you're trying to sell a car?? The answer you can't and on that same day another customer walked out with his $2500 as well. So that's 2 people walked out with $2500......$5000 total that your business lost that day!

This place was a blessing in every way that I needed! Both members of the staff stayed loyal all the way through the purchasing process! I highly recommend their business because they proved to me that they were willing to go the the distance with me due to good & honest communication. The process took time but was well worth the wait! Patience is a virtue & certainly paid off! I thank God for bringing me here & ask for great blessing & business for them in return in Jesus name!

Poor service. I rang door bell, someone came out. I asked to look at a car. He said it s open. Brings me the key. Goes back inside. Didn t ask if I had questions or anything car was in substantially worse condition that pictured online . Torn seats, radio didn t work, key fob was missing the whole back? I had to ring the bell again to return the key . Left

We got a great deal on a cute small car for our daughter! We were late getting to their car lot, but they waited for us to get there, causing the gentleman who waited for us to get off later than normal. You would have never known by his attitude that he was working over!! Very polite and courteous customer service!!

Mr. Smith had the car we wanted to look at, ready when we got there, from 2 hours away. It was just what we were looking for and a great deal. He even worked with us on a cash deal. In and out in under 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend and will use again!!

I took a friend from Nigeria who is here for school to get a car. The salesman lied about the price of the car to get us to drive 2 hours to get it, then refused to let us leave, despite us telling him my friend couldn't afford the car. He told us the car was worth $2000 more than the blue book value listed, and he repeatedly tried to trap us into buying the car, doing things like telling my friend to take out student loans so he could afford it, and saying to fraudulently put the insurance in my name. It is much more worth it to go to a reputable dealer. This is a greedy, shady businessman who cares about nothing but getting cars off his lot.
