We were traveling from Ohio. We broke down near Kim's. It was closing time. They took me in to town to get parts and stayed open until they had me back on the road. First class act. Treated us like family!!! Can't say enough good about these guys!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great and honest people! My wife took her van there, and they were polite and professional. Didn't give us the runaround and any BS. Mind you, they were backed up and a little behind,but only because they are GREAT! I will ONLY get my car worked on by them. I wish Kim's Auto Care much success and respect!!! We need more mechanics like them!

I took my car in for Repair. I was told that I would be contacted within 3 days with a diagnosis. Well 5days passed by. No call. So I called on the 6day and was told by The owner that he was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. No call. I called back 3 day later and got the same response. On the 9th day I called and left a message. After still no response I called again the following day and spoke to the owner who informed me that he did receive my previous message but just decided not to return my. He told me in a very rude manner to just come and get my car. So I did just that. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Only people I will use in MS I have had them help me out a couple of times they have gone above and beyond and at a pretty decent rate I would recommend them highly and had my work done immediately they are a very busy shop but still try to stay on top of everything I am a hard person to impress do to the fact I am a auto mechanic to but they definitely earned my respect and that is hard to do I am in the need since the cold rolled in to have some more work done to my truck much needed work and I will add that review to what they have already done
