Highly recommend Grant s. Tara is amazing to work with. After the deer ran into my car, Grant s was recommended to us by a friend who had 3 cars repaired by them in the last year. State Farm wouldn t authorize the parts that were needed for my car, wanting to substitute parts not made for a Genesis Tara went over and above what other shops would do (State Farm repair shops) to get the right parts and to make sure they worked. If you ever need car repairs, be sure to get in touch with Grant s Body Shop in Byhalia, MS. It was well worth the drive from Memphis to get it done right.

THE BEST SHOP PERIOD! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mrs. Tara at Grant's body shop has gone over and beyond to help ensure my car is fixed properly, which ended up being a total loss. My insurance company tried to get away with under paying me for my vehicle and they tried to stick me with over chargers. Mrs. Tara had to speak to them and send them documentation on multiple occasions and ultimately we had to do a three-way call after they continued to lie to me about the charges. They kept trying to over-charge me so that my settlement check was shorter. Mrs. Tara went far beyond the call of duty to make sure they weren't harming me and I appreciate her very much!

I have been to the shop twice and when I say she is the best place to get body repairs and great work . Omg when I say great she's her business with great works from heart . BEST THIS FAR..

Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing the damages to my vehicle, they also went above and beyond to take care of issues with the dealership and working through backorders for parts. I can not say enough great things about them. Truly the best and would recommend to anyone! Honest, reliable, trustworthy!

After being rear-ended on the highway and being told by the insurance company that I would have to find my own body shop, I decided to take my vehicle to Grant's Body Shop. Not only did the owner do her best to make time to review the damage to my car, but she made a point to show me the actual damage done to my car and explain what she was seeing. Absolutely recommend this shop for all of your vehicle body repair needs.

I had a wonderful experience working with Grant's Body Shop to get my car fixed. Mrs. Tara was a pleasure to work with. When there was going to be a delay because another part needed to be ordered (we didn't know about this until the bumper came off), she called me right away to let me know. She kept me updated on the progress and helped navigate the insurance part of it. I am very please with the work done. My car looks great and runs great! This family owned business is the best!! Great service and they know what they are doing. I was hit recently took my suburban for estimate. They walked me through working with the insurance and made what could have been a really nerve wracking time pretty painless!! They have also worked on my daughter s vehicle where someone back into her. The were quick, efficient and fixed it Right!!

Grant Body Shop repaired my vehicle after an accident. The work was completed in a timely fashion. It was very well done. The vehicle was returned cleaner than I had left it as well. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal business!!! I would definitely declare this place as a go to for major or minor repairs. I had to have extensive work done to my Dodge Challenger and they exceeded my expectations and then some. The owner Tierra is. God sent!!! My experience at Grant's Body Shop started well when I stopped by to get an estimate on my truck. And everything seemed fine until I got home. Once arriving home I found out my 80 year old grandfather with Parkinson accidentally made a mess in their bathroom, and the lady had went off on my grandmother about it. I understand that that mess couldn't have been pleasant, but when my grandfather called to apologize she said she wouldn't except his apologize and canceled my order. I think this is a very bad way to respect our elders with health problems, and a veteran to this country. He tried to make it right and she rejected him makes me fighting mad. And not even including that she canceled my order! So I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone!!

I contacted Grant s Body Shop after one of my work vans was involved in a wreck. They handled everything! I provided my insurance information to them and then they took it from there. I did not have to worry about a thing. They were very professional, kind, and helpful. And my van looked amazing when I got it back. I am very satisfied with the service we received from Grant's Body Shop. Tara (owner) went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was able to return to the road. We were treated with respect and she was very courteous. The vehicle looks better now than before it was wrecked. I recommend them.Update: 4-3-17. We had more work done by Grant's Body Shop. This time on our Lexus IS 350, and we now have two older model cars that look terrific. Tara and her entire staff are people of integrity and they truly care about their work and customers. They gave this car a total make over. The paint job is flawless.

I have now used grants auto body 3x for 3 different vehicles and will only use them for my auto body work. The work is done on time and with updates. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the estimate they gave was very accurate. When my car and truck where returned they came back to me looking like it did from the show room. You could not tell anything was ever wrong with it. I couldn t be happier with the work and treatment I received so thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. Tara quickky fixed a dent I had in my rear bumper-which had been there for about 2 years. When she was finished, I couldn't even tell there had been anything wrong with it!Customer service is great and they worked fast. I paid a very reasonable cash price for the work done.If you want exceptional work and fantastic customer care, use this body shop.

I hydroplaned off the road during a bad storm and Grants Body Shop did the best job with fixing my car! Tara (the owner) walked me through every little thing that was wrong with my car that she was going to fix. She saw things I never would have even seen! She returned my car better than it looked when I bought it (and I bought it new)!! She was extremely professional but also very friendly. She made sure I got everything fixed properly and did a quick job compared to the amount of damage my car sustained (which was a lot!). I would highly recommend Grants Body Shop! I couldn t have asked for a better job! :)

Amazing people and awesome work! Have taken 3 separate cars there and have all turned out wonderful! I would recommend this body shop to anyone. It is a company which bases success off of helping their customers get back on the road and will do whatever it takes. The best body shop I have ever had to deal with. Nobody wants to be in an accident, but if i were to ever get in one, Grants body shop would be the first and last people I would want to fix or do any type of body work of any sort on my vehicle. They are so polite and make sure your car is absolutely perfect before giving it back. I wish I could upload pictures, but my car looks just like when I first bought it off the lot, if I wouldn t tell you, you would have no idea I was hit at about 65-70 mph on my driver side front fender part of my car. If I could give these people 10 stars I would. The best in town when it comes to collision and repair

My 2016 Chevrolet truck was almost totaled. It was completely wiped out on the side. I took it to Grants Body Shop after looking at several places and Mrs.Tara which is the owner, was so helpful and helped me when I was stressing about my truck. She fully explained the whole process and did everything she could to help me. I just got my truck back on the road.

We took are truck for estimate for collision repair and when my insurance considered it total loss! I disagree and wanted wanted pick my truck up for second opinion at different shop she refused to let me pick up my truck and wanted to charge me 1086 when she say estimate was free ! So please be aware if your truck a total loss and you disagree they will charge you a fee ..why not tell me there a fee to keep it storage i could of pick it up long time ago . Also my husband ask simple questions she got historical and started cussing and screaming in front of a client as business owners myself that very un professional.

I had a small fender bender that creased the front passenger side pillar, quarter panel and door. Went to pick it up after they worked on it and I saw a very slight crease in the door still. Tara wasn't sure if she truly saw it or not, but had the guys pull it back into the shop and redid the door without hesitation! I'm in a service business myself, so I get that things don't always go as planned, but I believe that it always comes back to how you handle a hiccup as to how your company is going to be judged. Tara and the crew did a phenomenal job the second go around and were professional and courteous every step of the way! With having several work vehicles on the road, this wasn't the first time I have used Grant's Body Shop and most certainly won't be the last if the need arises again! Excellent service and warm hospitality. My car had major damage and the wonderful staff worked on the repair so that the damage was completely unnoticeable.I definitely recommend to anyone who needs professional service by people who treat you like family.

Tara and her team are amazing. My Pathfinder had a damaged hood due to road debris. She and her team had it fixed and returned to me within a week! Great job will bring my other vehicles here

Worst experience ever!Too long of a horrendous experience to list. This shop is very unprofessional and profoundly dishonest.The owner even allowed her husband to cuss out my husband in front of other customers.The parts listed as "replaced" on the invoice were not replaced at all but repaired instead. She even went so far as to replace the hood lever with a zip tie.There were noticeable spots where they tried to cover up with touch up paint to hide damage they caused themselves. It's sad to see a family business slowly deteriorate due to horrible management.Do not let her fictitious kindness fool you like it did me!!Service: Body & Trim

Grants did a great job fixing everything the 1st time. If i hadnt seen my Tahoe wrecked, I wouldn't have known what was repaired.Tara kept me informed and was friendly.I really dont have anything to complain about...
