If you're looking for a good quality used car, I would definitely recommend this place. I went up there just to look around and the staff was very helpful. Everyone up there is so friendly but not pushy like most car lots. I test drove a 2010 ford fusion and loved it. This trip was definitely a WIN WIN, I snagged a good deal and got the best customer service I could ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our experience with Crain Auto could not have been any better. They were very friendly and there was no hard selling. We showed up and drove the car, on the next day we drove the car again and signed the paperwork. Fair prices. Great service. We are from TN, and we had our title within a few business days. Would recommend.

I purchased a truck from them and everything was nice and friendly at first. By the time I made it home which was about 100 miles the truck start making a noise, losing power and missing. I call back to the office and they tell me to take it to a dealership shop and I do. Turns out the lifters and cams are bad. I call back to the office to let them know what's wrong like they instructed me to do in hopes to get some help. The truck had extended warranty all I was asking was for a rental until it's fixed and for them to pay the $100 deductible. After explaining all this to them she said ok I will call you back in a few minutes. That was two weeks ago. Everytime I call back I would get the same lie until I guess they started recognizing my number and stop answering the phone. SMH some customer service. That is how you stand behind your 30 day warranty I will never do business again with them. But not going to lie they had ne fooled cause when I left the lot I had already planned on coming back buying my wife this black Nissan Altima but not now. I understand things happen but if they who have tried to help in any kind of way I would have been find but all I got was a lie so good luck if you purchase from Crain Auto in Byhaila Ms.

This place has very quality cars. But the overall customer service experience wasn't good. I bought a 2014 nissan altima cash. I notice that there had been some work done on the bumper and it was missing the front inner splash guard but the carfax said no accidents. The owner said they painted the bumper. Before i purchased the car they told me the part was ordered on may 9th. I purchased the car on may 11th. The part has not made it til this day may 23rd nor did they show any concern after they got my money. I ordered the same part from body panels and it was delivered the next day. I am african american but i would pray and hope that had nothing to do with it as was stated by another costumer is an earlier review. The Wife and receptionist were very nice but Mr. Crain seem as though he didnt have to have my business and also lied to me.

Called about a car the night before, made an agreement to purchase he car the next day. Showed up the next morning after driving 120 miles and they sold the car to someone else. VERY unprofessional, not to mention rude. Typical bait and switch. Clearly had no intention to sell us the car, just wanted us to go there and buy something else more expensive.

Terrible customer service. They didn't bother to come out when customers arrived. They didn't speak when I went in the building and just looked at me as if they didn't want to sell me a car. The vibe I got was that they didn't like black people as if they were disgusted by me being there. They guy working in the office barely said a word to me and I'm the person looking to purchase a vehicle. I wouldn't advise anyone of color to shop there

was sold a5th wheel and i have copd and trailer was covered in mold not looking close enough. Let owner know and was avaded to take care of it. Bogus, bad business. Stick it to a disabled person. Never could use it, be like driving a car off the lot and quit when u hit the rd

I bought a truck from them and don t really have any complaints. The lady at the front desk was easy to deal with and I paid the price I planned on paying I feel like we both made a good deal!

Amazing experience...They took our family from the sale to financing.....Then we went back this year and did it all over again. If you are wanting a great vehicle, CRAIN AUTO, is the only choice in the MidSouth

Agreed on a cash price and after me and my wife took off work and drove 1.5 hrs the price was not what they told me, said someone made a mistake. Didnt try to make it right. Wasted our time and fuel getting there.
