I showed up at 7am for tire replacement, oil change, and battery replacement. One person was in the bay and he informed me that there would be someone there soon to assist me. I stood at counter for 45 min for that same man to come in and tell me that someone had called in sick and that the next person to arrive would be there at 9am. He had to refer me to someone across the street to get the work done.

I went in there for a new tire and they broke my windshield wiper blade. When I went to pick it up they handed it to me and said I would have to buy another blade which I was not going to do so I had to get a manager who did fix it.

I wish I would have read my receipt prior to leaving the city because they charged me for things that I shouldn't have been charged for. I needed a new tire and I opted in for the extended warranty. The tire was $80 and the extended warranty was $10. When the cashier told me that my total was $113.96, I assumed that it was due to labor and tax, but it wasn't. I was charged for a rotation and lifetime balance which I did not receive. (The notes even say I declined.) I was also charged $1.50 for tire disposal, but I kept the old tire because I needed it for warranty purposes upon returning to Houston. I'm only giving them two stars because the tire technician was nice and di a good job.Service: Tires

I like the lady that works the counter. She's VERY helpful and knows her stuff. They can never find the right tire - she has to go pint it out to them.

I used to take my car here religiously for oil changes and tires. One day they broke my tire stem which broke the sensor in the tire that let's you know the tire information such as low pressure and such. They gave me da biggest run around to fix it. They 1st denied it...then after I stayed on them they finally said bring them a receipt for the repair and they will pay. I dont know why I should've had to pay out of pocket for something they broke but I did and end up getting reimbursed eventually. I dont recommend anyone get any services done here. They are not trained mechanics. They're just people who were hired and "trained" in that department...
