I have to give my most sincere thank you to Miss Paige, that work at the Toyota service department. She made sure very quickly to answer my questions, and to assure me of the issues with my vehicle. This is the 3rd new Toyota we have purchased from Toyota of Brookhaven because they are a reputable business.We are never pressured in our decisions but rather treated with great hospitality and professionalism.Yesterday s experience with the young Gaven Thomas as the salesman only continued the friendliness and competence of this dealership.He and Miss Lisa who the final paper work were most informative in our very first hybrid vehicle.Great overall experience.

I have always appreciated the Toyota Brand. This Brookhaven location worked with me the whole time. I really do thank Roman for giving the test drive. And certainly Mr. James for being so patient with my constant back and forth.� I appreciate that. And Ms Lisa, thank you for getting me financed quickly, (I was Not late for work ).� Oh, and thank you Cory for taking care of my little JaMarion....Mr. Prentiss,� you have a good Team. I called them to fix a issue. I had in my steering column. They gave me a price over the phone only to call me back in a hour later to give me a different price. We started.At a $130 and went to 400 dolland he said he would honor that price.But when I got to the dealership, they wouldn't honor the price. And gave me. Another price of $630. They did fix the problem, but I do not trust them. If you say you're going to honor something you should honor it.I will not use them again.

Toyota of Brookhaven went over and beyond to make our buying experience great. We really felt like family and buying in our hometown area was easy and all the staff were great. They helped to get the car we asked for with all the specifications we wanted for our daughter. I highly recommend buying from Toyota of Brookhaven and will buy from them again in the future.

My vehicle purchased started off with the online service team, It was an awesome experience. They were able to get me linked up with a dealer at the Toyota of Brookhaven location. The salesman worked with me and help me coordinate the purchase. Overall very friendly staff over there in Brookhaven, MS.

Everybody we dealt with at this dealership was so personable, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. They all worked together as a team to assist each other and the customer! This place was fantastic! Smoother car buying experience I ve had. This was the most family friendly dealership environment I ve ever been in!Austin Martin was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. He was very respectful and not pushy, made the process fast and easy. The customer service department was very nice. The reason why I gave four stars was when I went to pick my vehicle us, they forgot to vacuum it out. I was told four times that it will be ready in 10 minutes. No problem with the first two (10 minutes), but after being told this two more times, I got aggravated and told the worker to bring my car, I m ready to go. I paid for my car service at 1:49 and did not leave until 2:33. The problem I have with this is they should have told me it would be about thirty minutes or an hour and then I could have decided whether I wanted them to vacuum or not, since they forgot too, instead of keep putting me off. Other than this issue, everything else was fine.

Paige and Trina, service writers at Toyota of Brookhaven, are always a pleasure to work with as I have all three of my vehicles serviced at this facility. They both ensure the quality control element of the services performed, are courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with. The quality of workmanship has always been outstanding and the charges very reasonable. I will remain a loyal customer at Toyota for these reasons.

The service on my Toyota Camry was great. The serviceman told me what they were going to repair and how long it would take along with the oil change. They were on schedule, which I definitely appreciated.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Glenn was wonderful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. You could tell he cared about his customers and wanted them to be happy with their purchase. Lisa in finance was great too. She took care of all my paperwork in a very timely manner. I highly recommend using Toyota of Brookhaven for all your Toyota needs. Go see Glenn he will fix you up.

Toyota of Brookhaven team really helped me find my new 2024 Toyota Sienna XLE white color in a two week window. Glenn and James are my sales people who answered all my questions without hesitation and got me great deal (compared to Houston prices, saved me lots of money). The day of my car pickup, Rickey picked me from the Jackson airport and Toyota paid for my taxi without me asking them anything. Lisa from Finance team did a fantastic job on my loan with the help of James and Glenn. Earlier. Brady, a tech guy, explained me each and every functional aspect of the car when I picked up my car. Front desk team and other staff also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had wonderful experience with Mississippi state people in my first trip. I bought 3 Honda cars in the last 12 years (New York and Texas) due to bad experiences from other Toyota dealers, but this time Toyota of Brookhaven did make me feel very happy about my purchase. Thank you so much Toyota of Brookhaven

I visited Toyota of Brookhaven and found a truck i was interested in. I had a pretty good salesman that wasn t pushy. I requested to speak to the Finance manager and we started talking about who had the cheapest rates with XXX credit scores. After several minutes I specified to only run my credit with one certain financial institution. He came back with numbers and it just wasn t what we wanted. After i got home i received several notifications that my credit had been hit 8 times after i requested it only be ran with the specific company. I called and i spoke to Prentiss, he assured me he only ran my credit once. (He made me feel very little and i didn t appreciate it) I assured him that was incorrect. He said I m only showing Toyota of Brookhaven pulled credit. I stopped him and said Toyota wasn t even supposed to be pulled I only authorized that specific company to pull my credit. I didn t get anywhere with him and not once did they call back or even apologize for putting 8 hard inquiries on my credit. I do NOT recommend purchasing from them or financing.

I was lmpressed with the attitude of the service department in Brookhaven I had a strong smell of gas inside my car when driving. I took it to the Toyota dealership in Hattiesburg and after 3 trips they told me they couldn t find anything and they gave up I took it to Brookhaven and Chip told me not to worry they would figure it out. a completely different attitude than Hattiesburg Within 3 days they ordered parts and had it fixed. Thanks to Payton and Chip for your help and support. I am still impressed with the service I received God bless you all!

Brought my Toyota in for oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Service was easy to schedule. Only improvement I would suggest is that the service department inform checkout when the vehicle is ready as I had to wait for an extra thirty minutes due to miscommunication. Still my favorite Toyota place though.
