Brought inmy 2019 F-150 for hard shifting transmission. This is a know problem by Ford and all dealerships. This truck has been doing this since day one, December 2019. Truck has 55,000 miles. It did not do it one time while at the dealership.The dealership personnel were friendly and communicated well with me. I know what the problem, they know what the problem is and Ford knows what the problem is. However, without a code or the Dealership experiencing the problem, I screwed with this lemon. The dealerships before this one produced the same results - no resolution.The personnel at Sullivan Ford are courteous, friendly and welcoming. They must follow Ford rules just like the airline airport personnel must so we know the story there.My spouse was extremely interested in the Ford explorer KR on their lot but now I sure she will purchase a Toyota.

This was my first visit to Sullivan as I recently moved to the area. Employees were prompt and courteous. They fixed my malfunctioning door lock under warranty and gave me a good price on all my fluids for the maintenence on my F250. I will definitely be giving them more business.

We won t be back. We were not informed of the 3.5% up charge to use a credit card for payment. They sited there was a sign on the door, as being informative enough. They also charged us $40 more than Woolwine Ford in Collins. Also, as we waited for the oil change, we walked the only 2 Super Duty trucks on the lot. No one greeted us to see if we had any questions. A salesman did come out to one of the trucks, looking for something, but he didn t offer to help us when he was available. Not a good experience.

The service team is friendly, efficient, and true to their word. They have the experience to tell you up front what to expect and what it may cost. I go past another Ford dealer to work with this shop.

Purchased 2019 F250 Limited 3 years ago along with an extended warranty. Took truck back to Sullivan for noise in front end 6/09/23 they replaced stabilizer shock and said nothing else was wrong with front end or ball joints all good. Took the truck back for camera recall 12/19/23 and asked for brakes to be replaced. Which I sat at the dealership from 9am until someone came and gave me a ride home at 2pm. As soon as we left the parking lot Service dept called said camera recall was done and informed me it needs TracBar and ball joints which are not covered under warranty. Discussed with my sales consultant which said should be under warranty. If they would have told me while I was sitting there all day I would have left and let someone else put brakes on the truck or done it myself. My sales rep further informed me I had to discuss with service dept she would not. Service dept said I should say something to Mr Sullivan. I went to pick the truck up told Mr Sullivan. Which non response. Very disappointed. I think if you purchase a vehicle from a dealership the sales rep and mangers should assist you when the service dept is trying to charge you for work that under warranty and the owner of the dealership Mr Sullivan should at least fact find the situation and assist. Someone is not being honest, either the sales rep that sold me the extended warranty, the warranty service manger or the quick claim service manger. Regardless Mr Sullivan should have at least gave me the time of day since I spent so much money at his dealership. I regret our circle of trust has been broken and I will not be back or recommend any more customers to him.

Great service friendly people. The only thing is hard to swallow when labor is 6 times higher than parts especially when you are a senior citizen on SS. My last two repair jobs were larger and parts and labor were close to the same. This time labor around $600 and parts $100.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Daryll in service went the extra mile to get my car repairs done. I have been a client at Sullivan Ford for over 10 years and the customer service has always been excellent.

Took my F150 in for a recall, the shop Forman was extremely nice the shop area was spotless and the atmosphere was pleasant. Will be going back for future needs.

We recently took our F250 to Sullivan Ford in Brookhaven for a factory recall on the backup camera. The staff was very courteous and prompt on the repair. I plan on using them again if the need arises. Note: was not offered coffee. Just sayin.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Arrived around 12:30 left 3:00 pm. If they were that busy or short handed I should have been told when I checked in. We went in to purchase the extended warranty and to get a few things changed on the car. We were also having to put air in one of the tires frequently. The car was purchased on Saturday and the service department was closed at that time. The tire was low when we left. It turned out to be a nail in the tire which they fixed. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Always very satisfied with their service. Would have given 5 stars; but it s listed online there are open at 7AM. I was there at 7 and everything was locked and another customer waiting, said he was told 7:30, not 7:00.
