My wife was traveling to New Orleans and her Mercedes key fob went dead. She pulled in they changed the battery on the spot. Had her on her way in 5 minutes. I own a Ford dealership in Dexter MO and I hope my service dept treats everyone like yours. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I called the dealership and Mr. Joe Coates answered; I called the dealership and he gave me all of the information I needed. I then had been in contact with him throughout the week with my many questions. A few days later, We purchased a new vehicle from him. He was such a pleasure to work with. When we got to the dealership everyone was super friendly as soon as you walked in the door. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new vehicle!

We were very pleased to purchase a car at Sullivan Ford. Everyone we met was very profession and friendly. Our salesman, Scott Hartley was very knowledgeable about the car and willing to work with us on financing. They even found a lower interest rate and redid the paperwork to give us the best price available. We highly recommend Sullivan Ford and their staff!

Quicklane is always reliable and accommodating for car maintenance! It is a very convenient business in a very convenient location to leave my car for maintenance issues. Whether I leave or wait in the waiting area, the customer service people are able to inform me when my car is available.Update: I took my car for regular oil change last week and everyone was very accommodating and efficient as usual. They are very accommodating whenever I have had questions about my automobile from the mechanical or business side of car maintenance.

I took my car to Sullivan Fords Hoping that they could help me get it back on the road instead they lied to me judged me by how they thought my car looked,not to mention my car had just been sitting there for bout 2 months the day I had the tow truck pick it up a shade tree mechanic had it fixed the same day I called them to get some kinda explanation to what happened and the 2 men I talked to which one being the owner was very blunt and rude I also had to go out and buy parts that were taken off my car and given away I had a young man walk up and tell me Sullivans gave him my brake cap off my car which was true I had to buy another when I got my car running I also had a jump box in my trunk that s missing my experience was terrible they are very judgemental and I won t be returning hope your experience is better

Claimed to not be able to scan a Ford super duty for check engine light. It is moments like this when you need to realize it's not worth your time to stand there any longer. I will stop by a different Ford shop. Thanks...

I bought my vehicle from these guys. I came from Atlanta and they didn't hassle me or offer me any extra that i didn't need or want. I asked the price and it was MSRP during a time when many dealers are marking $10k over just because they can. Smoothest transaction ever. I showed up with a check and within an hour I left with my new vehicle.
