I m 6 months months into a $30,000+ car I purchased from Stan king and in that 6 months I ve had exhaust work done (they covered) , battery went out ($350) , spark plugs bad($100) , and now I m pretty sure my transmission is going out. Before I bought the car I asked them to check the car over and they said they did. Within a week later my check engine light came on and when I brought it back and they said it was just the exhaust and they d fix it. So that s twice they could have checked over the car and still somehow missed 2 of the simplest things to check which had me out almost $500. Luckily I bought the extended warranty so when my transmission does go out soon it won t hurt me. All in all don t trust anything the salesman says because at the end of the day they don t care at this facility you are just a dollar sign or at least not the guy who worked with me.Update- now I have to replace the ignition coils and my back brake calipers are seized and need to be replaced. So total price is not at $700 repairs within six months .Update: I called the number they left 3 times and got sent to voicemail every time.Update: no one has reached out.

I do not feel they truly take the time to troubleshoot the actual problem with your vehicle. Stan king just seems to throw parts at it hoping it will solve the issue. Stan king also does not call to update you on your vehicle progress, instead they call you at 4:30 to tell you that it is ready for pickup or not. Which is very inconvenient especially if you have to get someone to took you there to pick it up.

2023: First, Stan King worked me into the schedule though I had no appointment. The wait was not even that lengthy. Part of the wait I chose to do at the nearby PJ s Coffee. Stan King s own facilities were comfortable though with free coffee and internet.After a few hours my vehicle was ready to go. The cost of my service was reasonable (less than I expected) and the work was done well.2024: Technician worked to address my concerns. He was professional, personable and thorough. He found no serious issues but eased my mind considerably. There was no bill.I will ONLY take my 2017 GMC Terrain to Stan King.

I have bought 2 trucks from Stan King and also my last one. Their service advisors or what ever he is, is the rudest, non-obliging person I have ever dealt with. I cant sit down in Brookhaven a couple of days waiting for them to complete warranty service on my truck but thats the only operation available through their service department, After purchasing a $80,000.00 vehicle from them you would think that they would at the least allow you to make a appointment with them to correct the problems with your vehicle. Only option I was giving was to arrive early and drop off my truck and I guess walk the 80 miles to work. I have enjoyed the sales staff but their service department sucks and I want a dealership that can handle everything from sales till the next sales and all things that come up in between.

Service manager took my car as soon as I arrived for my 3 p.m. appointment. I went to waiting area which i found clean and comfortable. After about 35 minutes my car was ready. Previously at the GM dealership where I was getting my car serviced for several years, I would have to wait more than an hour. The office staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with Stan King dealership.

Stan King Chevrolet is my go to in purchasing vehicles. Salesman Rich Huffstutler is the best. If he doesn t have what you need in stock, he will find it! I am thankful and blessed to have worked with him and will do so in the future!

I took my car here for service and they kept my car for 11 months and have done nothing to my car they calls me and say my car has been stolen. The owner here Paxton King didn't even want to speak to me at all. Look at what they said. They didn't say let me make it right and to contact them. They deleted their comment lol.

Fantastic service and very fair with their pricing on my used car. I drove up 4 hours from Pensacola for a used car I had been looking everywhere for. They only had it on the lot a day, so with that and me willing to drive all that way and they could have had their way with me. Instead they stayed open lated, gave me a number for my trade other dealers had offered, and came down significantly on their price. Financing also very fair and professional. Everyone we talked to was as nice as could be. To top it off they threw in some hats and a king cake (that deserves its own review). Small town courtesy and service with big city professionalism and products. Thanks, guys.

We had an awesome experience. After totaling my Tahoe in January, I was DREADING having to deal with the process of buying another one. Thankfully, these guys made it easy. Kline is the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with and he went out of his way to make us happy. My husband is hard to please and trying to say the least but, Kline went above and beyond to make us happy! From Paxton to Kline to the finance man Seth, it was an all around great experience.

Everyone seem to be honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. You know I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day when I left home but after driving the trucks I fell in love with them. I just wish we could have been able to agree on more off them MSRP like before COVID. Overall it was a great experience.

Had Tahoe brought by wrecker due to not cranking and a check engine light indicating a fuel filter problem and a recall on airbag. Service Manager Chad called after Tahoe was dropped off and informed of all problems He said they would get right on it. After a week of not hearing from them I called and Chad said they hadn't even looked at it yet. He called me back the next week (Monday) said the recall was fixed, it didn't have a fuel filter, and it needed a new battery, I told him ok and asked service manager Chad about changing oil and if they washed vehicles. He said they washed vehicles for $20 and they would change the oil. I called on Thursday (because Chad hadn't called me) Chad said my Tahoe had been ready since Tuesday. I get to dealership to get vehicle and no oil change or wash (makes me wonder even if the recall had been done). This was the second time I had work done on this vehicle at this dealership and both times I got horrible service and things were not done. I will never willingly let Stan King work on any vehicle of mine and I will not buy a vehicle from here. Because I can spend my money at dealerships that aren't as "busy" and takes care of customers and vehicles better than what they do.I really don't expect this to be published or anyone to get in touch with me.

Had a 8.00 am appointment. Pulled by the service bay and a guy walks up and ask me why I'm here. I said appointment for oil change and another service. He say pull into a parking spot and someone will get it. I look out the window and other cars pulling up behind me are told to go in the service bay.Never once was my car moved still after 2 hrs. Worst experience ever. Rude! Unprofessional. Will never be back!

I brought my 2017 Corvette in for a routine oil change at 19+ thousand miles on Friday July 7th. The service department did not do a good job of replacing the oil filter and I paid $94 for the oil change and left the dealership. When I got on I-55 south heading home my car had a big cloud of white smoke coming from behind it. I got off the interstate on the Hwy 84 exit and went back to the dealership and informed Caleb McDavid the advisor of what happened. He told me that I would have to leave the car to correct the problem. He assured me that the problem would be corrected and all of oil that was spilled would be replaced and the oil that blew out in the engine compartment and underneath the car would be cleaned up. The engine could have been severely damaged if I had not been paying close attention to what was going on. I received a call Monday July 10th and was told that my car was ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealership I opened the hood and there was oil still on the steering arm, engine block, fan belts, and other parts under the hood. I informed Caleb and he said that he would have to take the car to the department that washed the car and have them to clean it up, because it should have been cleaned already. I was not given a welcoming feeling about correcting the problem. After another 20 minutes or so the car was returned to me and I looked under the hood and I could still see oil on some of the parts. I assumed that the person I was talking to had done the clean up and he acted as if he didn't want to or have to clean it up good. At this point I did not have time to wait so that it could be taken again to the wash department. I left the dealership very dissatisfied with the service.

I have a brand new 23 Buick Avenair this was the second time getting my oil changed and the first time getting the tires rotated. Whoever change the tires scraped paint off the back, driver side wheel hub and scratched some of the paint above it. The service manager put some touchup paint on it. And sold me the rest of the touchup tube. They need to be more careful. Especially on $65,000 vehicle s!

Excellent service and my warranty covered everything. I couldn t have asked for a better place to handle my car! I won t trust my vehicles to anyone but Stan King, and I ll definitely buy my next one from there.

Salesman was very good and knew what he was talking about. Listened to what we had to say and was not pushy trying to sale a vehicle. I love the Acadia that we bought.We were late getting there and did not intend to trade our Pathfinder in right then. When we did decide after we talked to the salesman and the other guys, it was getting late. They did not seem to mind being late getting home, even after telling them we would come back the next day and finish. They all stayed. It was a team effort. I was very impressed.

I arrived at approximately 7:40 a.m. to have 4 tires mounted on my Tahoe. I informed the service man on arrival that I would be waiting in waiting room. I sat there with only 1 other customer until 11:30. I looked behind me and saw my vehicle in the parking lot outside. Not sure if it was ready or not, I proceeded to service area and asked if they had started on my vehicle yet. A different employee searched in the computer and said Yes, it s ready. You can go see Kristy to pay at window. Kristy was very nice and efficient. She told me that there would be a 3% charge (on $900 tires) for using my debit card, but I think she felt bad about my experience and waived that charge (thank you, Kristy!). After paying, the man that I saw when I pulled up initially apologized and said that it had just come back 30 minutes earlier. Not sure if that was really the case or not. They had sublet the job to Firestone nearby unknowingly to me. I would ve appreciated at least a few updates within the 4 hours, especially since he walked by me numerous times in and out without even looking at me. I understand there are certain situations that can t be avoided, but I really felt there was a total lack of communication.

Brody, Cody, and Seth really took care of me. Welcome to Stan King, Home of the two hours oil change. Then they tried to get me to pay for the service. I have a maintenance plan. Just another reason I will not buy another vehicle here.
