This is the third time this month that I ve had trouble trying to fill up at this location. The first time I had to change to a different pump because the attendant selected the wrong pump when another customer paid. Another day, the pump never authorized my purchase. When I tried to cancel and remove my card it was stuck. It took several minutes for me to get the attendant s attention because she was outside talking to someone. Today, my purchase was processed but the pump never engaged. I had to go to the attendant to get a receipt proving I didn t complete the purchase because the printer was out of order.

Always the cheapest gas option in Brookhaven but is very difficult to get in and out if there s much traffic. Often out of paper for receipts so you have to go to the clerk and get a receipt.

I was treated like a criminal when I complained that I tried to pump regular fuel and got super. I know how to pump gas, I was a manager for bp for many years. Something stinks here.
