Me and my husband relocated from Chicago. We looked at several mobile home companies ended up buying from this one. Ms Connie helped us. She is truly amazing. She was there with us every step of the way. It was a little harder for us do too us trying to do everything from out of state so she was a big help. She made sure we understood everything. The process went smooth. We closed in a timely manner, and everything worked out as planned with the help of Ms Connie and kevin I believe is the manager there. She told us everything we needed to do so the process would go smoothly. I really do recommend this company to anyone looking because they will indeed get the job done. And make sure that you have no questions left unanswered. I am really happy I got to meet them. They are truly amazing and knowledgeable about everything even afterwords I still have questions and she always tells me do not hesitate to call her. So if anyone out there is looking in this area, please don t hesitate to stop by Magnolia Estates in Brookhaven. They will definitely take care of you. And baby let me tell you if something is wrong Ms Connie do not play she will get to the bottom of it and get answers for you. She was truly a blessing to us since we could not be here to be hands on as we were going through the process , so I truly give a shout out to Ms Connie and the staff at Magnolia Estates . Keep up the good work. WE ARE TRULY HAPPY WITH CHOOSING THEM. Me and ms Connie have kept in touch she is a real sweetheart

Corey was absolutely wonderful to work with in purchasing our new home. We have been pleased with the entire process from finding the home, purchasing the home, the delivery and set up, etc Corey and his team at Magnolia Estates of Brookhaven have provided excellent customer service and we couldn t be more pleased with our beautiful home! I purchased my home more than six months ago. The buying process was easy. Getting the house finished is not. Most of the shingles need replacing. Still waiting for that to be done. The still have not completed my list. The outside doors do not close correct. Hardware is missing. Something is wrong with the plumbing on the inside. The smell is horrible. I need help getting this completed

I purchased a new home from Magnolia Estates from Ms. Connie Delaughter, she has been the BEST. She listened to what I wanted/needed and my price range and helped me find the perfect home that checked all of the boxes. She was able to show me multiple homes that I viewed and asked about and I came back to her initial suggestion every time. She was patient, never pushy and did everything she could to ensure that the process was as stress free for me as possible. I can t thank her enough for being so helpful, patient, and honest with me the entire time. My home was ready and delivered quickly, everything the exact way that I asked for. We ve had a few hiccups, but every one of them has been handled quickly and efficiently. Go see Ms. Connie!! She s the best. I will recommend her to everyone.

Magnolia Estates was an absolute dream to work with! Mrs. Connie (and Mr. Gerald - regional manager) did everything they could to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you re in the market for a mobile home (or a modular home, like we were!), I highly suggest reaching out to them and getting the process started!

Connie was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding and purchasing my new home. She went above and beyond to help me purchase the perfect home. The manager Heath was also very kind and worked with me in purchasing the home I truly loved. This was my second time to purchase from this dealer and I would highly recommend them to everyone. She will help you in anyway she can. I made many trips to look and she was so patient with me I could have not ask for a better experience

Connie was an absolute dream to work with! We looked all over and found our home right in our backyard. Connie walked us through the entire process and made things extremely easy. I honestly couldn t be happier about how transparent she was with us. I would definitely stop in and check them out and SEE CONNIE!!!

I appreciated the service at Magnolia Estates in Brookhaven, but their business practices is less than normal in my opinion. Maybe they need tocommunicate the policy and procedures in more detail so potential customers want be caught in a situation like I was. Fortunately I was able to correct my situation though my bank. Explain in details what your policy and procedures are. Who knows maybe I'll go back.

This place has the prettiest houses I ve ever seen! The salesman and manager were very nice and helpful. They have the best prices of any lot we visited. Lots of homes to look at! I will be buying here soon!
