I had called and spoke with Allen over the phone about my phone and I was told to come by and let them look at it. So I dropped by on my way to work and told them I thought my speaker was going out per AT&T and Apple after they done a diagnostic testing on my phone and said I needed a new phone or have this one sent off to be repaired n gave a high dollar quote with my insurance price, so I went another route on giving this company a try that a friend recommended to me so I went to the store and ask for Allen. Allen looked at my phone and said the speaker is just dirty, it needs cleaning, and ask permission to take my phone to the back to clean it. Allen had my phone for a total of 5 minutes and it was working.. very bright and intelligent and not to mention great customer service and Ihighly recommend this place for your cell phone repair. I will be back if I need any kind of repair or anything for my phone, they also change out batteriestoo for you those don t know this! Great job Allen, keep up the good work!Tracy Case

Excellent store, they are nice. I bought my iPhone 13 Pro Max from them, and it is in perfect condition. I highly recommend dealing with them. Their prices are attractive

I brought my galaxy s20+ in for a screen repair. They did a great job and had great costumer service. Unfortunately they broke my front camera while doing the repair. They told me and ordered a new one on them and repaired it for free. It was the right thing to do and you don't always see that now days. I'd recommend anyone to them.

Two months ago I brought my phone in for repair. They called me telling me a plate was missing and needed to be put back in. After that, the phone screen stopped working on the left edge. Today I was on a phone call and directly after the call, I put my phone in the seat next to me. I heard a pop and when I looked, my phone screen was shattered. Took back to this store hoping they would help and was told it wasn t an issue they would fix. It is a problem with their merchandise and their placement techniques. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Bought a ps4 controller, first one had bad joy stick hassled me exchanging it though I had my receipt only for the second one to absolutely quit less than a month later. You can get the same aftermarket controllers on Amazon for $20 rather than $50.

Thought we needed a new battery for our phone or a new phone. They cleaned it and sent us on our way. Very fast, courteous service, AND HONEST. Good people to do business with.

Took my iPhone in to get the charger port replaced. Two weeks later and I'm sitting here as I type this with my charger "dinging" because the charger port is malfunctioning. I'm not even sure they put a new charger port in. On top of that, since the "repair" I haven't been able to talk on my phone because the mic and speaker aren't working now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Ordered a new screen and called 3 more times. They promised it every time. Had to get my name and number every time. Promised to call every time. Just got a new phone. They have never called. Don't waste your time!

This place is a total rip off!! I bought some knock off airpods from here and they sold them to me damaged. When I went back to return them two days later they told me they couldn t give me a refund because they were damaged. I looked up the ear phones on amazon and they were 25 dollars on amazon! Don t buy nothing from this store cause they buy off amazon and charge triple the price. I m very disappointed! If I can help one person from getting ripped off my job is done. Poor customer service!!!

SPR saved me $$ by fixing my phone. I thought I had to get a new phone, but all my phone needed was a good cleaning.Before you go spend money on a phone, take your phone to Mazin and let him check it.

These guys do good work for a good price. They have repaired my outdated Samsung with a new screen and have quickly helped me with other minor issues after.

I came here with a cracked phone, a hour later after I received it the screen went black then went to green stripes. I waited another 30 mins for them to fix it only for there to be a light spot on the corner of my screen. Don t go here unless you are wanting to waste your money and time. I ll delete this review when I get a refund.

My dearly beloved Samsung Galaxy S7 met a horrible fate when it face planted stadium concrete after a ten foot drop; the LCD screen faded from purple to black. It was dead. I took my phone to SPR, and it was fixed within 24 hours, even though they had to order the part online. My phone was resurrected from what I perceived as irreversible damage for a great price. I couldn't be more pleased.

I went here to get my phone fixed I called them 2 months before hand to see if they can fix the day I went to the store I called before going they didn't answer when I went into the store they had the phone off the hook to where they didn't have to answer the phone let alone I spent my own money to get the part fixed they told me what part I need before I bought it I wasted my money my time and my gas going to the store when I got there they told me they didn't have the right machine to fix the part they will lie to you don't ever go here

This place is awful they did not do a good job at all my iPhone was missing the screws from the charging port didn't realize until i left and after a few months my phone stopped charging so now i had to get it fixed and ended up paying 80 dollars for it to work

They have had my wife's phone for a month we get it back after numerous lies an no communications from them an the new screen is cracked again now they say they gotta order another one this has been our worst experience with this type of situation

THEY CAUSE MORE ISSUES THAN WHAT YOU GO IN WITH AND REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL NOT BRING ANYTHING OR SEND ANYONE TO THEM.AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE SCREWED SOMETHING OF MINE UP.

Purchased a screen on 2/5/19 and it went black. Stated the screen was broken on the inside on 2/10 and couldn t replace it. I will never do business with this place again.
