I bought a 4 wheeler there 5 months ago and had after market wheels put on it there. It came with special locking lug nuts. They failed to send it with me. I've contacted them at least 5 times to have it mailed to me. Every time same story we will mail it to you. Nothing ever arrives. I still can't get the wheels off my bike. My opinion is they will do everything to sell you a bike. But any after the sell needs you are on your own.

Currently the market for Defenders mean they sell themselves. No effort is required to get someone to call and make a deposit.Did that stop Nick and Justin?No!I was complaining on Facebook to no one in particular that no one had Defeders in stock near me in Dothan, AL.Nick messaged me after hours and said he had one and gave me a fair price. He made all of the paperwork easy and kept us informed even if it meant communicating after hours.We drove 6 hours one way and received excellent and fast service when we picked the machine up.They didn t have to do any of this. They could ve simply waited a few hours by the phone and had it sold.I will consider them again even if it means another long drive.

Bought a 2021 grizzly and had issues after 5 months! Called twice and said they would call me back! Been 2 weeks! Still no response!! Friendly sales no service after sale...

I purchased a 2019 CFMoto UFORCE 1000 from them. June of 2020 took to them for a new engine was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get fixed here it is almost 6 months later a still don t have my bike. Was finally told motor came in but would have to wait till they finished other bikes to get to mine. I doubt they have any that have been there longer than mine. I won t use this dealer ship again and don t recommend the service department to anyone.

I have been looking for a side by side for about 3 weeks now. I always support local businesses around my area but I had to drive 1 hour to get a good deal and the best customer service so far In my search for a UTV. I highly Recommend Brookhaven Powersports. Don t hesitate to make the drive and deal with Nick and the entire staff.

I just stopped by because I'm looking to by a new atv. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the don't have a really big selection but besides that enjoyed the visit.

Only place around that had the atv we where looking for. They took a deposit over the phone and they held it for 3 days till we could get there to get. Salesman met us on his off day to take care of us.
