I needed to get my windshield replaced while in town and I called one of their competitors. That place couldn t get my windshield in stock for less than 10 days and I had to repeat my VIN number three times to the lady on the phone by contrast, Brookhaven Glass was easy to work with and got my windshield in stock within 3 days! They were also less expensive than the competition. I don t see why anyone would want to go anywhere else.

This company is courteous, reliable, and efficient. I was from out of town and they treated me like I had been a customer for years. Work completed fast. Great business to deal with. Thank yall!!Use them for your windshield needs

Brookhaven Glass sent two men to my remodel. They gave a price. The same two men started the job two weeks later after an apology from the manager for forgetting about my job. The two men called the manager to my job where I was told that they were unable to perform the job. Never again.

Came in to get my boyfriend window fixed and Scott was very polite when i walked in . He assisted and was conversing with me the whole time . Everything was fast and inexpensive. Very satisfied with the customer service !

The customer service was horrible. My mom and I gave business to Brookhaven Glass in rescreening window screens for houses. It took them over two weeks to finish the job after we called them multiple times to see when we could pick them up. They still did not have them ready when they said it would be when we went to pick them up and had to sit in the lobby for over 30 minutes to wait for them to finish the screens. The owner didn't even offer us a discount for our troubles. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all I call after 2 weeks. Some guy got smart with me . Told me he had been there 2 weeks but HIS DADDY OWNED COMPANY HE BEEN IN BUSINESS 17 YEARS.VERY RUDE VERY SMART MOUTH. SAID HE HAVE SOME CALL ME NEVER ONCE DID SOMEONE CALL. FINALLY AFTER GETTING DOOR 3 WEEKS .. WHAT YOU GUESS . NOT SQUARED UP. GOT BIG GAP AT TOP .DOOR SCRATCH UP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE BUT HIS HELP (SON) NEEDS NEW ONE. SO NOW WE GOT A BIG GAP WITH RAIN COMING IN.

To his place is horrible. The owners r disrespectful and racist. Instantly stereotyped. I can't help the way I look. As far as service....also equally as bad. Crack n new windshield which they denied and wouldn't reimburse me or at the least give discount. Crack started from very end of the windshield instead from the middle where a rock would typically hit. Crack came from the installation process not from the road. Had them replace double pane windows which also took way....way too long. And to top it off. One had scratches n the glass itself and another had small crack at the end of glass where the tried to hide it instead of doimg the right thing and notifying me. I'm very disappointed. This company should b out of business....and disgusted that its still here. Do away with Brookhaven Glass!!! Service from 1 year ago.

Brookhaven glass Great Christian company drive all the way from Pike County metal give them business. This is where my mother and father got their window. It's not that it's tradition it just being around great people and they are stop.
