Spoke to John about a car leaking coolant - my wife and I were stranded there overnight and needed a repair ASAP to make the long drive home. John offered to look at it first thing that morning and was able to determine it was the coolant pump. He charged a more than fair rate, got the part, and had us on the road in only a few hours. He was insanely reasonable and kind and I'd recommend him any day of the week for his work and generosity.
