I've been buying tires from Tire Depot since it opened. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Prices and service are top notch. I recently took my 4WD in to get a lift, tires, and wheels. I couldn't be happier with the results!! It looks great and drives great!! Big thanks to the Tire Depot crew!!

Great Service and quick! I initially took my vehicle to Gateway several times to resolve a roaring sound. They were not able to fix it after multiple attempts. I decided to go to Tire Depot and they had me ready to go with problem fixed within a few hours. I was amazed. The car is still riding smooth. I will now go to Tire Depot for all auto needs. Great job, Tire Depot!

Fast, friendly and competent service. We were visiting from Texas and realized we better get new tires before heading back. They were able to get the tires we wanted the evening before and we came next morning had them put on and alignment done. Very pleased!

Excellent service!! Excellent quality work and fast! Kelly is ALWAYS so helpful and easy to work with. I trust this place and have been very happy with their work for many years! Definitely will always be a customer and highly recommend!

I love this team and I would never go anywhere else!!! Kelly and her team goes above and beyond to help and take care of every need my family has. Service is excellence. Kelly sent someone to my home to help when my car wouldn t start as well on another occasions sent someone to my work to get my car to start. I have never had a business go so far out of their way to take care of someone.

Not the place it used to be years ago.They used to do a good job with alignments years ago, but that time has passed. If you need an alignment, this shop will not do it for a good price and it won t be right either.I brought two SUVs to them for alignments. They barely fixed the first one I brought in. I brought it back and they accepted the responsibility to fix for free, however there was no noticeable change after that second fix. I assumed it was because maybe it s a little older car, so I decided to bring my second car for the third alignment. They decided to charge me an extra $20 for using my own struts . I ve never in all my years heard of this bogus charge. I obliged this time, and lo and behold. My alignment was not proper, same as my first suv, and the steering wheels is also still off. Went over to Firestone to get a real alignment after realizing my tire wear was uneven. Firestone fixed my cars up right, including the steering wheels and didn t charge me extra for having another shop put on parts. I highly recommend Firestone over this place. It s sad that quality of work has depleted from this place.

I m been to tire depot from 2005 until today been 18 years. I am happy clients every time I bring my car to tire depot for every little thing happened to my car I bring to tire depot.I m always drop off my car in morning and pickup before closed good service and take care ur car good. I truly trust tire depot for any job to my car.

After another shop said they couldn't patch/repair my tire, Tire Depot was able to complete the repair. They were also able to balance/rotate my tires and eliminated a vibration in my tires. Two other shops "balanced" my tires several years ago, so I assumed they were as good as they could be. I WISH I had come to Tire Depot earlier. My truck drives SO MUCH better now. They were quick, professional, and priced reasonably for the work performed. They will be first on my list going forward.

Been using Kelly and the guys for over 7 years and they always go above and beyond. They have done everything from tires, oil changes, brakes, and just yesterday installed a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck. Good people!

Highly recommend! Nice clean place, fast,friendly, organized and honest. Came in fromout of town to take care of my daughters car.Only drove the car for a few miles to get itthere told them we needed an alignment andbrakes. They did the alignment and insteadof just doing the brakes and charging us theychecked them out and said they were fine.Got the car back drove it around town for awhile and it drives perfect.

After having 3 other major auto shops telling me 3 different very costly repairs needed to fix my truck, Tire Depo found the problem, low oil, and after I had Freon added, my bill was so reasonable I thought I heard the total cost wrong! I can t recommend them higher than a five star, but if I could I would! So thankful for their honest and reasonable service!

We needed a replacenent Carlisle Tire22 x 9.50-12 -NHS for Z510A John DeereZero Turn Lawn Mower.TIRE DEPOT on Old Fannin: $135 for same tire quoted by AGUP. Tire Depot mounted tire on rim. Tire was in stock in their warehouse. Job was done in less than 3 hours! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!AGUP John Deere dealership (Canton) quote: $210 for the tire, not mounted on rim & told us we would need to take tire elsewhere to have it mounted. Plus they would need to order the tire. Not so great service.Highly recommend Tire Depot!0

Took my car to one shop to get the tires balanced and still shook at 70. Took it to this place for a balance and it was fixed. Can t complain. Money well spent for better quality and assurance!

My wife and I have been buying our tires here for years - love the service, advice, knowledge of product, attention to detail, and quality of tires offered. They go above and beyond doing the best job and making things right by the customer. If the tires are not up to their quality standards/factory spec's they will do everything to make it right.

About 17 years ago, I was visiting from the Gulf Coast and was having trouble with a tire. I pulled over to the first place I saw and the only people there were the owners on a Sunday. They fixed my tire and didn t charge me. I had a toddler with me and had to get back to Pass Christian. I don t know what I d done if it were not for them. I moved back here in 2006. There was no other place I d want to do business with than the ones who took care of me because they just wanted to help me, not making a dime. I was absolutely impressed that there was a new owner, a lady that knew as much about vehicles as anyone I d ever spoke too. Kelly knows how to explain things to a mechanic naive female like myself. Several repairs and tires later, I trust Kelly, Jeff and their crew 100%. They have always given me the best price and gone above and beyond to repair my vehicles. I never question their honesty, integrity or work. Furthermore, many don t realize how much Kelly and Jeff give back to others. Kelly is constantly helping others and Jeff flies missions to help rescued animals. We are so lucky to have this establishment in our community. I wouldn t recommend anyone other than Tire Depot!

I needed new spark plugs for my Tacoma; a friend recommended Tire Depot. Herrin Gear wanted $250 to change them. Tire Depot was more than a $100 cheaper to change them and I got the headlight restoration while I was there.They are all nice friendly folks. When I need tires next time I will go to them.

I have been coming here for several years, ever since they opened up on a Sunday afternoon to help two stranded, clueless old ladies with a flat tire. I always receive quick, courteous, and reasonably priced service. God bless the Tire Depot!

I'm not sure I can fully express in this short space how pleased I have been with Tire Depot over the years. There are so many others in their business that are more than willing to take advantage customers in order to make a quick buck. This is not the case with Kelly, Jeff and their crew. My kids, wife and I have 6 vehicles and I wouldn't think about taking those cars anywhere else. You won't find a more knowledgeable mechanic than Chris ANYWHERE. There have been many occasions that I've taken a car in for repair thinking it was something major only to have them tell me it was something simple and the charge was minimal. The bottom line is they will fix your vehicle and won't try to sell you something you don't need. It's called honesty and integrity. If that's what you're looking for, look no further.

Excellent service, great work and honest. I come here because I know they won't rip me off. They tell it to you straight forward and will work with you and give options to help you fix whatever is wrong. GREAT BUSINESS!!!

Absolutely wonderful! My front tire was about to blow out, literally, they had to order a new one & Shannon took us home because I have dialysis at 5:00am. Now that's service with a SMILE! :-)

Had a flat tire this morning. Tire Depot gave me fast service, and were able to fix the tire. The honest and friendly staff didn't try to sell a new tire. Will get to work only about 30 minutes late. Five stars! *****

VERY POLITE!! They knew exactly what they were talking about!! and they also clean HEADLIGHTS. but do call and make an appointment. I will give this place an all around 110% and 5 Gold stars! keep up the good work and customer service!!

I have been using Tire Depot for over 3 years now and will not be using anyone else. If you want knowledgeable, reputable, competent, hard working, sincere people, then this is where you should go. Kelly and Jeff go above and beyond to help each and every customer that comes through their door as well as they have one of the best and most experienced shop foreman s, Chris, around with some great guys that work in the shop. They make sure you have a safe vehicle on the road (outside of your common mishaps that happen any time you take a vehicle on any road). They will not cheat you and stand by exactly what they say. I ve read the negative comments and unfortunately, you will never be able to please everyone as with any business anywhere. Never have I ever left that shop without my vehicle being in top notch condition (and I ve been there a LOT).

Have been having some issues with tires and the new rims. "Chris at byram store" and Kelly at this store have honestly gone the extra mile to make things good. I'm sure they see me as a pain in the arse customer. But yall have done unbelievable. For a person that has not had many brand new things. Yall are definitely making a huge difference. Yall will not be disappointed with their service and care for the customer.
