The one in pearl is great. If you go to the one on county line in jackson you will probably get a gun in your back in the parking lot. Happened to us.

I got there at 840pm before they close. I walked out with my purchases at 856pm. The door was already locked. They had to let us out even. I wondered so I asked, do y'all close at 9pm. The answer was yes. I was told they are trying to get out of there. The sign should be changed to 845pm closing so they could get up out of there at 9pm. I just don't understand why the closing time is never the closing.

Ollie's is one of my favorite places to go. I've been known to go there just to look around and before I know it I've been there for two hours. They've got good stuff, cheap!

Love going to Ollie's. I always come away with way too much but my dogs love the toys that I bring home. With 5 dogs I can afford a few toys at once.

Crazy amount of random products. Great selection by the way. Very clean and well-kept storefront. Management and staff are always friendly and helpful (not forced but a reflection of a great business model)

I love the dog toys they have and the price for these toys would cost a lot more anywhere else. I have a 8yr old lab who loves her toys and she has a lot of them so finding a place that has great prices and great dog toys is great!!

I don't have any real bothersome complaints, really. The only reason I didn't give 5 was because I've never seen more than 1 register open, even if there's a line, and sometimes that's an issue because they're very, very slow. It's not the employees fault, though -- some people just have a bunch of stuff and not all of it will scan properly... and their system is kind of slow; so it's definitely more of the computer's fault than the cashiers. Just please open more registers, update your systems. They always have *great* deals on books. Plenty of ridiculous books and kids books (and cookbooks..) but I always find at least ONE book that's appealing to me and it's always at a great price (and I'm a really cheap person lol). I also really like their bath products. Soaps, skincare, shampoo, face wash etc., great deals and selection on kitchen items and cookware as well. Lastly, I really like their electronic section. I've found some AWESOME deals on various gadgets like car phone holders, speakers... little things like that. The location they're in has been the home of many failures, though, so that scares me. Every business that's been in that building ends up doing terrible and closing, so I hope this doesn't happen to Ollie's, but they've been there for a while and I always see other shoppers, even if it's just a couple. So... good store!!!

I was not happy with the store today. I got a table cloth from the Christmas section where they had 50 present off. They had a good many of the table clothes there in that section. I was charged full price for it and told they were not fifty present off. They finally got a manager up there and he gave me my money back. This is not the first time this has happened. I had my Granddaughter with me she had never been in any of your stores. I really like shopping at your store. This made me very upset . It makes me think your employee are told to do this. I sure hope not.

Not for old people. Who has trouble walking and use a cane. Who is in a lot of pain when having to stand for long periods. Who needs a motorized cart to shop. This place doesn't have one. Is not for handicap people.

I always have a good experience here. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. I love to get my "fancy" chocolate here and kitchen gadgets!

Not too many bargains to be had. Staff for the most part are ok. Not outgoing. Saw three employees talking with earbuds in ears. It's just rude in my opinion. We shop there often, cause every now and then, we will find a bargain.

Great prices. Selection is adequate considering square footage of the building & the various items the merchant carries. Looked with a friend during a 15 % off holiday sale. There were two cashiers checking out customers; one employee was on the floor stocking. She was friendly when answering a question about a store item. Merchandise changes often. Pretty nifty place...it is an outlet.

We went there for 1st time. On a Sunday. We did buy a few things.Thing we got was missing a part. No didn't go back to return it. A hour drive.When there the employee had pallets out Stock off them. Was blocking place with trash on floor. Has watch were you walking.

The store us not clean organized. You can't find help. There were 2 cashier's & the manager shut the 2nd one down putting everyone in 1 line. That is a joke. You are supposed to get your customers 1st. They make your paycheck without them they wouldn't have one. However manager changed 1st cashier to break 2nd to 1st register w a backed up line.

I can't vouch for the entire store, but I really enjoy their book section. Great prices on them. My only complaint is that as a record collector, all those turntables they sell (others sell em too) give people starting out on records a false hope. They are junk, and should be removed from the shelves.

This is your old style "Rail Road Salvage Store". You never know what they're going to have but it's cheap. Off brands and major ones both. Just a little bit of everything in the store. They do change some items with the seasons or holidays. It kinda scruffy & messy But if they have what you want it'll be at a great price. You have to look and dig around some.

Would had given it a 5 but they had items marked differently than price stated on shelf. It's not the customer's fault if the store had to honor those mess ups they would make sure they are in the right place. I can understand a few items but when you have shelf after shelf it's not ok. Other than that it's a very clean store.
