The Guy Chris went above and beyond. Beat my first tow quote from a different towing company by $200 . Came right away and even helped fix my vehicle. Tried 2 test drives and had to be retowed and he totally showed tons of professionalism. I recommend this company to anyone in the surrounding areas. You won t be disappointed

Chris came and got my truck and took it to the shop for me after a manufacturer defect made it immobile and was so nice and courteous the whole time.And just tonight got me out of a ditch with no damage to my vehicle after I lost control due to the weather.

HUGE THANK YOU to Hegwood Towing for the rescue. We were stranded for 3 hours on the small shoulder of the busy interstate with not one but two flat tires on our travel trailer & were unable to get help from our road service company. We were referred to Hegwood Towing from a local tire company & spoke with Chris Hegwood. He & his team arrived within 25 minutes of our call along with a police patrol car to divert traffic away from our vehicle. They removed the tires, got us to & from the tire store for new tires, which he & his team member mounted. They had us back on the road in record time without incident. 5 stars is not enough praise for Hegwood Towing! Thank you & God Bless!

A big thanks to Chris at Hegwood towing, he did an awesome job delivering our kids new 8x12 playhouse. He brought it from Forrest to Brandon and not only did he have to cut a few limbs to get up the driveway (sorry about that Chris) but he spent time making sure it was in just the perfect spot! You could not ask for a nicer guy. If you need a wrecker or something like this moved give him a call.Service: Local hauling

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We were stranded on I-20 with our 44' toyhauler that had a broken axel shackle. Chris and his team came out got our rig in shape to limp to a repair place. Plus excorted us! They were super nice and the only ones that answered and would come out after hours!! Amazing customer service! On Tuesday, Skylar came to my home. He was professional. Explained to me everything he was going to do to my car to get it out of the garage. He was very helpful. Chris came a moved two storage buildings for me. He is very affordable and patient. It started raining, but he didn't let that stop him. For your towing needs, please call Hedgwood Towing LLC. I recorded him moving the sheds, but for some reason my phone wouldn't let me upload them.

I can't say enough good things about Chris with Hegwood's Towing. Extremely profession from the time he answered the phone call until the vehicle was delivered to its destination. Every move was contacted, time of pick up and drop off. I'm from out of state and had no idea who to call, but after reading all the amazing reviews on Hegwood's Towing, I'm SO HAPPY I made the right choice. I called Hegwoods towing yesterday after I accidentally drove into a ditch. That was the best decision of the day. They were friendly, professional, quick, and very affordable. The tow truck was to me in less than 30 minutes. The driver was so friendly and professional. He had me out in a matter of minutes and took great care not to damage my car in the process. Chris was a God send! I called several businesses and no one could get to me until hours later or the next day. Chris came within an hour, to tow my vehicle and also told me what he thought was wrong. I feel that he went above and beyond to actually correct my issue. I was back operational within 2.5 hours. My sons ball joint broke while driving on the interstate and barely managed to get it pulled over enough out of traffic. His entire front driver wheel was sitting completely sideways and I thought.. OH NO will they even be able to load the truck without tearing the whole front end out!? Chris was definitely the man for the job! I got an rv stuck and called Chris and he showed up exactly when he said he would and figured out a way to get in some tight spots and get me out of bind. His knowledge and professionalism go a long way. I highly recommend this company for anything tow related because this man has some experience and great rates. He even took the time to show my very excited little boy his truck which just makes this company even better in my opinion.
