When it's time for my cars regular maintenance I take it to Gray Daniel's Brandon, because my purchase was unfortunately made from here, I instantly have a wave of disgust and a feeling of complete dread. I already know that I will be met with an attitude that is disconcering as well as making me feel as if have interrupted something of absolute importance and totally unforgivable. And by all means I should not need to ask a question or ask for information concerning a problem with my vehicle, now that is unacceptable. It's a horrible feeling to have to feel this way but as long as my warranty pays for my maintenance I must continue this routine trip through hell as I patiently wait for my much anticipated departure. The employees miserable attitude is not something I usually allow to affect me but the severity of such a distasteful way to live is too much for me to brush off. Thank twice before you purchase from this den of cobras. Just saying!

Big E...super great! He walked us through the whole process. He even explained all the bells and whistles of the Platinum Armada. Please come visit. He will definitely take all your needs in consideration. I am so thankful for all He did! Please come see him for great customer care!

Mrs D is such an amazing person! She helped me with my first big girl purchase and was there to answer any and all questions that I asked thru the process. She was patient, very kind, and was quick to jump to the next selection When one car just didn t suit me. After about 6 months and even to a year of having my car she still keeps in touch with questions or problems! Definitely will call Mrs D for any future cars and will for sure recommend her to any who is looking!!

This experience was excellent!!! Andrea at Gray Daniels Brandon was our sales associate. She went way above and beyond to help us and educate us. She takes pride in knowing a lot about the cars that she showed us! When we took the car back to have it detailed, we weren t satisfied with how it looked. I m not sure if the person that detailed it was new or not, but Andrea took it back there a second time and did it again herself. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy! Also, while we were waiting to go into the finance office we noticed Andrea helping an older couple that had a baby with them transfer their belongings from their old car to their new car. She was overall helpful and kind to each customer and she should definitely be recognized for her compassion and professionalism.

We just purchased our used 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum from Fish! Fish was great at helping us find the right truck for us & was so wonderful to work with! Casey Pasqua was phenomenal with working to find us the monthly note we were shopping for & then made sure we didn t spend much time in financing!! Amazing team & would recommend anyone to either one of these guys!!

Great experience working with everyone from the manager (Mark), F&I (Jacques) and our salesperson Iron Holmes. Not only were they friendly and courteous but Iron was also familiar with the features of the various new Nissan Rogues.

Zel and Casey went out there way to get me what I needed by far the best dealer ship I have ever been to. When I tell you there people are the sweetest and most understanding they are. They went above and beyond I can write a paragraph about this dealership I love them will most definitely come back to get another car after this one. I will never go to another dealership along as these two associates are working there they are the best I promise you they are. One thing for sure you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the best place to get service done when looking for a car! Mrs. Dee is THE BEST & always cater to my needs when I need anything. Her & the finance guy gave me the best experience ever! I have referred a lot of ppl there just from how amazing she handled my transaction. The whole staff is friendly but she is AMAZING. However, if I ever need a ride she will be getting a call from me!

Andrea was so nice and very helpful, We drove from out of state and she was patient and has continued to follow up to make sure i still loved the car as much as i did on the lot!!! She also went out of her way to get me a coffee since we had be up since 5am driving!!!

Took my Z over to ask some technical questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from the staff up front and service department. I also work with Thier Toyota dealership on any service needs. The same goes with them. Super good folks to deal with

DO NOT COME HERE For any kinda work done to your car !!!!!! I came here and told the clerk brittany the services that i want to have and she SCAMMED me and charged me double and the Manager With his racist remarks stuck beside her. and i had to pay the price to get my car all because she added services on there i told her not and now my bill was double then what it was suppose to be. So if you go make sure you know the actually price i will be going somewhere else for now !!! because the experience there was rude and the only person who was a sweet heart was kristen with the rental services she was very helpful and nice.

This is our second purchase from Gray Daniels Nissan in Brandon and I must say that Ms. Debra is the best car salesperson I have met. We saw a used car that my son liked online but she shared that a new car was also available in his price point. She was also very knowledgeable about the specifications of the car as well as the warranty. If you re looking to purchase a vehicle , please visit her. She is the epitome of excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at Gray Daniels Nissan in Brandon. It was all because of Debra. I was a bit indecisive on what I wanted but she was patient with me and even offered some excellent choices. She has a great personality. Me and my mom are well pleased with her customer service and the 2021 Nissan Altima we purchased. Thank you Debra. This dealership will be my top recommendation for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I bought a brand new Nissan a few yrs ago and I am surprised that Google wants a review. But since it does, I will give my opinion and experience. As far as selection there was a wide variety to choose from. I am currently in the market to purchase another new vehicle, possibly two, and have decided on but one thing;and that one thing is whatever I choose to buy will not be from Gray Daniels. The manager was absolutely horrible to us and treated us with disdain. Had it not been so late and we had not spent the entirety of our day there, I would have left before finally signing the sales contract. However, having an autistic son who was overstimmed and out of patience, I just wanted to see the purpose of our trip through.SignedA customer who,if treated right, would have been a repeat customer and brought others with me , as potential customers as well.

When I first contacted the dealership about a vehicle, Ms. Debra was very attentive to me. She answered my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she went got an answer. What really impressed me was she never got pushy and she was honest. She also provided various ways to contact her with any questions and her co-worker Sam stepped right in to help when she couldn't be present. They attended to us as if we were family all while giving us their full attention. I would definitely drive 2 and a half ours to do business with them again!

The manager Mark Murphee was so professional and friendly. Really cared about my wants and concerns. He also recommended Ms. Dee, and she provided the best experience I ve had buying a vehicle! She was personable and made us feel like family. And I can t forget Joe in finances who definitely provided laughter along with helping me out with my warranty. I will definitely go back there for my next vehicle!

Our salesperson was Jalonda Boulton and she was accommodating. She listened to all of our questions and requests regarding the type of car we wished to have and found us the exact vehicle we wanted. Her manner was courteous and professional; she made our leasing experience pleasant and comfortable.
