Highly recommend Gray-Daniels Toyota. I bought a new 4Runner from them remotely and the entire transaction was super easy, efficient and fair. Hats off to Bo, Dwayne and Toshia for making this a win-win.

Being out of state (Michigan) car trouble is definitely the last thing one wants. But unfortunately it does. Gray-Daniels Chevy was the right dealership to stop at. Took care of our problem for a safe trip home. Thanks Julie for great service. Dwight n Jody Dodge.

Bought a truck on the 5th. On the 18th the starter went out. Come to find out it never got inspected when they took it in. So they got it on the 18th and diagnosed the starter bad. Parts were available. Sales rep and sales manager have poor communication, I had to reach out if I had any questions or checking the status. Not once did they contact me with an update. They changed the oil and only filled it halfway. Do not recommend the used sales building to anyone. Highly recommend the Ford building.

I just bought the perfect used truck here. I had them looking for a hard to find used truck and they came up with the perfect one. Great salesman (Lee) and the entire staff were awesome.Highly recommend!

Spare yourself the loss of a lot of $$ if you're looking for a "good used, CERTIFIED GOLD vehicle"...it just might be fraudulently certified gold but in reality have FRAME DAMAGE that they fail to disclose even after asking that specific question.Update: tried calling on 10/3/22 as requested. Was transfered to Gail Gibbs voicemail. As of 10/7/22 no return call. If your management team would like to reach me, I'm in your system or you can get my contact info from Casey Pasqua or Taylor Neill. I am currently seeking legal representation and plan to file a complaint with office of the Attorney General.

Bought my 2nd vehicle from Gray Daniels and everyone has been great. More than accommodating. Very friendly. Will go out of their way to please. I drive 2 hours from Waynesboro to use them. Highly recommend!!!
