Was on my way into town today when a rock flew up and hit my windshield. Safelite couldn t get me in until Monday, called Glass by Daughtry and they called me and said bring it in and we ll file it under insurance for you! Super nice and friendly people.

Great people & excellent service.I have used Glass by Daughtry for several years as my go-to glass company for chip repair. Always a pleasure, value & great overall experience. I recently had them install a Gorilla Glass Windshield in my Jeep Wrangler and am very happy with the results. After an unexpected misadventures last weekend I had the immense pleasure of getting glass help from Glass by Daughtry. They were able to replace both front and back windshields of my 2019 Honda Pilot with the minimum of wait time. Their work was so exact that my front sensors required NO recalibration! Not only was my vehicle ready before promised time, but the interior was detailed to the point I felt like I was driving a new car. Excellent work. A pleasure to work with and able to answer all my questions. If you need glass work I highly recommend Glass by Daughtry.

Owner was very friendly and professional, I dropped the car off about 8:30 am, I was told it would only take 2 1/2 hours by receptionist ,not that it would take all day. She did not have a good attitude that morning, but was quite friendly when I pick it up later. No complaints about the quality of the work done. We'll done.

Easily the best glass shop around. I ve used them twice to fix the windshield on separate cars. Always in and out quickly. The price is way better than safelite or any other competitors and the quality of the work is far superior.

I ve been getting glass work done here for many years. They do great work and take pride in what they do. They are locally owned and operated.I had 2 rock pecks in my windshield repaired the other day. Before the repair, both pecks had small runs. Afterwards, the runs were invisible. I was very impressed with their work.

Best customer service in town. John was very helpful and let me know my options for fixing my windshield. I had a large chip in my windshield and he was able to quickly fix it where it was barely noticeable. Will definitely use them again.

They are very friendly and don t rush you thru the process like the national companies do. Very satisfied, replaced windshield in 2016 Lexus RX350. The cost was actually $16.00 less than what I was quoted ! Will definitely be back when needed. I have had several windshild replacements completed by this team. They are very helpful and speedy. They will work with you on any glass repair situation. They have reasonable pricing and friendly service. I would refer my mother to these people. They even work on camper shells and can use alternate materials if possible.

Excellent service, friendly, helpful. Was willing to do the research and find out what my insurance would pay. Unlike the other glass company's. They advised that I needed to look into the endorsement myself. Guess they have enough business. Fine! Not surprised.

Brought a SUV to this business on 9/24/2020, the original date for completion was 9/24/2020. My husband called to ask how much longer would be, Rebecca, answered the phone, and was extremely rude.We had to wait until 9/25, to pick the truck up. Even then, Rebecca acted like we knew nothing about new windshields.We did not appreciate the rudeness!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Was talking to the lady on the phone, and she hung up on me during our conversation. (I was asking her if they would come out to where my husband worked b/c we live an hour away, but he works 10 mins. from them). We have done business with them in the past, but not anymore! I will not recommend them to anyone either. I understand it is a Monday morning, but hanging up on customers is not nice!

I use Glass by Daughtry for all my glass repair and replacement needs. They are the best in service and excellence by far! They are also very competitive with pricing. I highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

i took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced and over the years I have had to do this 4 other times each time I go there I not only get outstanding service in a timely matter they take the time to answer any questions I have. I can't recommend a better place to get glass work done then at Glass by Daugherty.

John Daughtry is one knowledgeable (and personable guy). He's handled more than one snaffu on my behalf with ease and graciousness. Rebecca makes the insurance claim a snap, too. I'm impressed. Definitely trust them with future work.

I went up to Glass by Daughtry around 10am on a Tuesday. Explain to me why they weren t open? There hours say Monday-Friday 8am-5pm so explain to me why I had to waist my gas for nothing? I will not be returning again.
