Terrible customer service straight con man will con u out your money and still try and get money out of you I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey from them spent almost 3 Grand and it has had nothing but problems and smoking engine with in 3 months do not buy a vehicle from these people unless you just got money that you want to throw away cuz that's what you're basically doing and the thing that really was hilarious to me the fact that they still try to say that they're doing me a favor cuz I told them to come just repossess it at this point because they refuse to do anything to reimburse so either way there is no point to keep in the vehicle the amount of money that I would have to do to get it completely fixed back up I might as well buy a new car that isn't going to break down on me in 3 months for that price but anyways what he said they're not charging me the last 1,000 for it what a joke that is illegal

Terrible cars, don t last long at all, a few weeks at best. Any good review given is by a fake profile lol this business should be shut down they have very poor customer service

Had a great experience I have had my car 1 1\2 years and haven't had any real problems..I tell everyone about double D's and I will continue to do business and send anyone I can y'all's way thank y'all !!

I have never had a problem with my cars and I bought 2 from them but there is one and I think he s the owner he is super rude other than that no problems on my end

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT..I REPEAT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! If I could go back..I will just say the lack of .... customer service!!! This is by far the WORST place I have ever done business with..the manager is a JOKE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE THAT JOB!!! I believe the mechanic or helper (whomever answered phone 1st time I called..had to figure out how to send payment bc they don't take auto pay also explained how back door won't open and windows are stuck) is the best person there. Took for granted my husband spoke to them about the vehicle I purchased..in and out service was great..then realizing that never happened and the quick service was just to get us out of there... nothing but problems and sinking money into the vehicle..now putting in 5,000$ transmission and haven't had this thing 5 months...not to mention the radiator leak, and so many other things they covered up...THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIAN..hey Billy, GOD DOESN'T SLEEP!!! So your lack of interest, condescending tone and lack of empathy with all these people's issues,(bad reviews) doesn't go unnoticed!

They had somewhat of a good selection of vehicles however, I wish they could have sold me the truck I wanted instead of telling me they refuse to. They stated the truck was in repair and I had to go for my second option. They're only concerned with making money and rushing the deal.

This owner is poor business. Purchase a car from them within 6months the car stop going in reverse. They refused to fix but they hassle you about paying on time.... I advise no one not to go to this company. Poor business!!!!! They don't do trade in just in case you purchase a vehicle from them & something happened to a vehicle. They will not fix your vehicle if something happens to it regardless if its within 30days

I WILL NEVER GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I had my vehicle for a month and then it started to mess up on me. I wouldn t recommend anyone to get a car from this place ever the place need to be shut down.

Got a Acura from them broke down first day with oil leak second day the engine computer module went out they were very rude and un professional wouldn't let me swap it out or get another car told me that I could go somewhere else to get a car

Very bad business! I spent 1800 on a down payment February 26 2020 , on March 30th I was on the side of the road he told me to find a mechanic!!! Stay away!!!!

Bad cars!!CHECK EVERYTHING???STEER AWAY IF POSSIBLE.THEY WILL OFFER TO FIXS SMALL THINGS BUT IF U FIND SOMETHING THEY WILL GIVE DISCOUNT BUT IF NOT AND U FIND OUT LATER UR SCREWED..BRING A MACHNIC
