I just had a terrible exp. my work was turned down simply because I used to take my car to a different shop (as if people dont switch mechanics in life). So in another words if you have moved into the area, or are new to the state - forget it. I've been told they wont work on cars that have been worked on by other shops. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.

Does great work, you get your ride back in a very reasonable time. They'll let you know what the problem is before they do anything to see if that's what you want to do. Very friendly people. I just love Carla, she's a hoot. And Rick's a great guy. You'll luv him also.

I brought my service van in due to no air blowing and the same morning it was ready... Excellent service...Very professional...Very knowledgeable... Very prompt...Very fair on the price...I would definately, highly recommend this team of experts to tackle anything auto electric in the future...

These guys are awesome! Everyone that works there is super nice, knowledgeable, honest & helpful. They do great work & are reasonable. They were recommended by a friend & I will be using them from now on.

Wonderful service. I consistently get my oil changed here, and anything else my outback needs. I don't trust anyone else with my car. Love supporting this local mechanic vs. large corporation chains that will lie, and do anything to get an extra dollar in their pockets. My husband grew up with this family, and they are absolutely amazing people.

We've been taking our vehicles to Darrell's for over 11years. They've always done a great job! They explain their work, costs are fair and the turnaround time is pretty quick. My only wish is that they were open on Saturdays. Their hours are Mon - Fri 7am to 5pm. I definitely recommend Darrell's!

I have used Darrell's on multiple occasions to fix our vehicles. They have been upfront, honest and way less expensive than other repair shops. I once had my car towed to the dealership by mistake. Their quote was $1600 to replace one part and another $2200 for another fix. I called Darrell's asking for an estimate. They gave me a ballpark over the phone, $1000 and $1400 respectively. They towed my car to their shop, inspected the work, and lowered their initial quote by nearly $200!!!! They have always been willing to discuss options, new vs rebuilt, and the pros and cons. I felt I was a part of the decision which is important when making investments in cars that you may not be keeping for much longer...

I have trusted Darrell's for years. They find the problem and fix it, no upsales and no feelings of did I really need that. If a repair isn't needed immediately, they give you time frames and walk thru any potential risks.

Had 1400$ worth done to my car. They broke the trim on my shifter and told me it's my cheap Chinese plastic and they aren't fixing it. Hung up on me twice and had a cussing match. Do not use these dishonest mechanics!

Told me today that they don't work on cars only electrical. Had issue with them before but was giving them another chance. I was right STAY AWAY> past 5 years service has gone --totally gone. If you need to know what happened send me a message and Ill be happy to explain.

Tow truck driver told me to get my truck fixed here and I'm glad he did they had it fixed the next day. Excellent service. Would strongly recommend them.
