This location of Autozone was the absolute BEST! Ms. Doris was such a delight and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

Alex jones is a manager in training at this store and he was the associate that assisted me today with a battery test. When I first entered the store there was no greeting or exercise in drop stop 30/30 due to there being another customer that walked in at the same time as me. The store was not overly busy, but there was a gentleman changing a battery outside and another stocking the shelves. The customer in front of me was denied purchasing an alternator due to no associate knew how to check the gentleman out under his commercial account and was asked to come back the following day. I then was assisted by Alex in which I asked if I could have my battery tested. He informed me that he could not leave the counter unattended which is understandable, but gave no effort in trying to have the associate stocking shelves to assist me or man the counter. In the mean time I asked Alex to go ahead and look up the battery for the car to see if they had one in stock. He did this correctly. We eventually were able to go check the battery, charging system, and starter. Which all tested good twice. Alex insisted it was a alternator issue due to the test taking a little longer than expected. On the second test he noticed the engine going under load. He then doubled down that it was a alternator issue. I had my ac on and it was the compressor putting a load on the engine at idle. Alex also failed to noticed I had a duralast battery installed in the car and that there was a manufacture date sticker on the side for 7/19. This means that regardless of when I purchased the battery it was at least almost 5 years old. None the less, he went inside and I removed the battery from the car and brought it inside where I was immediately welcomed with I am not gonna replace your battery meaning he assumed I was trying to warranty the battery when I was simply just gonna replace it because of the age of the battery. When checking out I was not offered any wittdtjr products like silicone grease or battery washer. I understand Alex is a manager in training and I don t know if he was having a bad day. I understand the parts sales business can be a grueling and relentless job, but it takes more than just leadership skills to be a manager in a parts store. The entire blame can not be placed on Alex because with proper training from the store, district, and regional managers a lot of these issues could be avoided. Unfortunately for Alex the company has let him down and therefore not put the customer first. I would love to give this store another fair shot along with Alex, but there needs to be some serious consideration on training for the better of the employees and future customers.

Worst customer service of all time. Came in to get some brake pads and rotors. Lady employee would not get off the phone to help, it also sounded like a personal call. Then when she finally was going to help was on the store phone and playing around on her personal phone, she had to ask me three different times what kind of car and what part I needed. It finalllllly appeared that she found the part then got back on the phone and did go look for it. After about 5 more mins of waiting I walked out in front of her with her saying nothing else to me. Great way to LOSE BUSINESS with this employee @autozone

Went in to get my check engine light diagnosed. 2 super nice ladies were working the counter, and both of them were super busy. After waiting a while to talk to one, they informed me they didn't have the machine anymore. I counted half the sign posted and said something about checking the engine light. Get rid of that signage if you aren't going to offer that to your customers.

Ceri @Autozone in Oxford MS on University Avenue is AMAZING!! . My husband and I needed to check my truck out around 930pm on a Monday evening (they close at 10pm) and she was so very professional with us! She was very knowledgeable and came right out to help us determine if my battery or alternator was bad. Not only is she professional, she is very nice and friendly and did not hesitate to help us or complain about how late it was in the evening! She is an excellent example of what customer service is all about and we need more Ceri s in this world! Thanks so much Ceri for helping us out on a Monday night in the middle of the MS Summer Heat! We are so very thankful for you! Many Blessings To You,The HolleysAndy & Christy

Your web site sucks. Go to look up auto parts and you try to sell me everything except auto parts. You suck.

I don't know how I can fully express my gratitude to the store manager and staff at Brandon, Mississippi. I was stranded due to a broken down truck. It was a very stressful situation, and the staff was so helpful, welcoming, and comforting. They really went above and beyond by helping figure out the problem and offering a place to sit while waiting for the mechanic. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I am skilled mechanic & technician who has used this store for years. I've watched it sink progressively lower in service over that time, but never have I felt compelled to comment. Sadly the truly competent, knowledgeable & efficient don't last for any length of time at this location & their replacements fall farther in terms of customer service with the majority of them. If I as customer go to the trouble to look up my part, determine that it is supposedly available locally, write down part #, stock #, part description, manufacturer, and place it on the counter, then ALL that is required for the employee to do is locate, retrieve, verify with me that it is correct & check me out. If I have a question or concern over the application, I will ask. What I don't need is to be LIED to that the employee "Can't look it up" without make/model etc. Then, to be told to get out of the store, because I've become upset that the employee will not simply do as I asked is beyond the pale. I wouldn't dream of asking for an apology or corrective action. Pointless. The other employees there know this is acceptable & the standard for customer service that they too can fall back on as needed. Good luck. There's always another company right down the street or on the web.

The only problem I've ever had is with my last visit. I understand some are all about the masks but a couple of their employees were down right rude and a little disrespectful about it. I had forgotten mine because not all places require it or enforce it. So they told me I had to leave or order online. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but if I'm greeted in that manner again I can and will.

The manager here will not look up warranty if you don t have receipt. And the employees act like you are an inconvenience walking in their store

Great place. Always helpful ,always stocked and easy access in and out. Safe open parking lot for ladies such as myself that may have to stop by with a small problem. The staff greet you as you come in and Thank you as you exit. To me that is service in it self. It shows they appreciate and acknowledge we took the effort to shop with them!

I went into this store on 11/2/21 to ask for help with replacing the dome light in my car. I waited behind another customer who was being helped and when he was finished, I stepped up to the counter. I waited while the employee finished what he was doing on the computer and when he finished, he walked away to another station and said he could take the next person (which was me). Not once did this guy make eye contact with me or acknowledge me until I followed him to the new register. When I asked for help with the light problem, he just said no, he didn't know what it would take and completely dismissed me, looking over my shoulder to the next person. I would drive to the next county for auto parts before EVER using this store again.

Service was awful. I went in for a replacement bulb for my head light. Unsure what part I needed I went to the front and waited for assistance. There was a gentleman assisting another customer and one person checking out. While waiting for someone to become available another fella comes in and once the person is open he got right in front of me never skipped a beat. Mind you thw people behind the counter saw me waiting there. When I made it to the counter with my question the gentleman acted as if I were a nuisance to him. Mind you all he did for me was put my vehicle in the system and tell me my part number. I left here and went up the street to ORiliey's and they greeted me with smile and were so helpful.

Everytime I go in there the employee's are always very nice and very helpful. I actually live closer to the Brandon store but, drive further for the awesome customer service! Thanks autozone. Update, I have been trying for a month to get ball joints and control arms for my truck. The first two times I was given the wrong parts after waiting for them. The third time I was very patient with the guy talking to a guy (about him being fired from Walmart and Koch foods) for atleast 20 minutes. When I did get helped I tried telling him about the parts being wrong and tried showing him the right parts on my phone he went straight to his computer and ignored me. Finally he asked me to see the correct part number and said that he ordered it( knowing it was on backorder) and said it would be there in about 3 days. When I tried to pick up the part no one knows where it is so after 30 minutes of the management looking into it it was found never shipped but payed in full. A week later and I went in today there was only 2 customers in the store and 4 employees. I waiting again for several minutes while 3 women employees were in the back talking while the other one was doing all she could to help the other customers. What is the problem with these so called employees? Save time and money and shop on Amazon!!! I will never spend a dime with Autozone ever again.

Steven and Jonathan were some very polite individuals but what killed it for me was Doris. I asked one question to her and she right away gave me an attitude making me feel very uncomfortable. Her whole vibe or energy was off and she directed it my way like im not an important customer. All I wanted was a newer version of my item because I could tell that the only one left was a returned item. The box was very beat up and the items in the box were very unorganized. Shouldn't have gotten the energy i received just because I didn't want any items that someone else had. I didn't want my grandfather being around contaminated items, especially during a pandemic.

If you order online and see next day shipping don't believe it. I did and got the order 3 days later and after I needed to get the parts. Call them up and no help at all.

Will was wonderful. I called ahead of time with the item I needed and he knew exactly what to look up and had it ready when I got there. He even installed the battery for me. He was very kind and respectful. Autozone needs to promote him or use him as a trainer for customer service.

I was experiencing some trouble shifting between gears. Needed to get a part to help keep the gear shift working properly. The representative was helpful in getting me what I needed, and the price was affordable. My mechanic was able to get me fixed up in the parking lot, and I was on my way.

I am a daily customer for over ten years. Their is a particular black woman recently that has terrible customer service and treats you like the scum of the earth. Also I applied for a job and was assured by the manager that he has a job for me and made me very optimistic of getting the job. Promising that he would call me on multiple occasions which he never did. I am very capable and knowledge about the job, but the day before he hired a high school kid with knowledge as he admitted himself. That will quit in a matter of time. This uneducated and unfriendly Brandon store will never get my business again.

Autozone is good, but when I buy a part and 1 week later it's gotta be replaced, I have a problem with. Get rid of the remanufactured parts.
