I think the young kids need to realize that not everyone can drive a new vehicle. Some of us still have a 10 - 15 year old vehicle.They didn't know how to program a key fob after selling me the battery. They did put it in the key fob for me. And very courteous. But they need to be schooled on how to do that. Other than that, all is well. Thanks.

Bradford is an angel! Super extra miler! I had a flat tire and he helped me so much with getting the equipment back to my car. This man deserves a million good days and at the very least a hefty raise. Thanks so much Bradford!! You re the best. Thanks for being my angel for the day.

I went to Iuka, Ms. AutoZone to check on the price of Brake Pads for my Vehicle. The person who helped me asked some questions (which I answered) to make sure I was given the price of the correct pads. I told them I would probably be back the next day or day after & left.I ended up coming back just before closing that same day & not only did they remember me and ask me if I came for the brake pads? But also had them ready (including putting front & rear on the box so I didn t confuse them) to go almost as soon as I said yes to the question. I definitely recommend them if you are in the area.

Told me I needed a new alternator & wanted to charge me almost $500 for it. Turns out, the alternator was fine & I needed a new battery. I m not sure if they thought they could get extra money out of me cause I m a woman but they were wrong.

Great service and excellent parts, customer service is 10/10 they try there hardest for each and every person that comes in & they always make sure I have everything I need. Management is great and so is the part time guys, They go the extra mile for customers everyday, def my favorite autozone in the area!!

The man that works in here name of Jessie is the most rude man I've ever dealt with! If I'm down to walking or having to deal with him to get my car going, I'm walking! Yall need to get rid of him or put him in a position where he doesn't deal with customers.

Walked in with the broken parts showed it to the helpful guy behind the counter. He told me the parts I needed to keep off of it which I didn't know and showed how to put it back together! Awesome service friendly staff very helpful thank you very much!

This crew goes above and beyond to help you out. On a cold rainy day, Bradford is out showing me how to plug a tire. He used his own tools and was happy to help me get back going. Thank you Bradford. And thank you to Megan, the manager. Get in the Zone people!!!

Friendly staff and decent prices. Helpful staff if you are having car issues. They will check your engine codes for free.

Possibly under new management, it seems they have replaced the rude useless employees with capable friendly people. They are usually the cheapest in town as of June 2021 this has not always been the case in years past.

I was just at the Auto Zone in Booneville MS 38829. I was told that I could not enter or get service without wearing a mask. The city of Booneville does not have a mask ordinance, and even if they do it is not a law. The guy allowed me to make a purchase while remaining outside. Funny that he had no problem handling my debit card with no gloves. How much of this ignorance are you people going to take? %99.9 survival rate for COVID, but these people are shutting our economy down? PLANDEMIC! I'll never shop at another Auto Zone zombie establishment again. You better hope you gave me the right part.
