I broke down on the freeway and ended up there by miracle and God. A hose came off and there was smoke everywhere. Plastic clips needed replacing, they all needed to be redone. The coolant just kept dumping on the motor so it had to be steam cleaned as well. The job was done in a half hour and I was out of there inside of an hour. Priced right. Kevin asked me if I could hear that sound and I said yeah that sound drives me crazy. Well it turned out I came back a week later and needed a belt replaced but the timing belt was put on wrong not replaced with the original in November and it was tearing up everything. Again, Kevin fixed all of that and the price was right.I believe God intervened and sent me there and I am very grateful.MonaThank you to Kevin and the Worrell's

Pulled out my entire emergency brake because it was rusting and didn t bother to replace it. Took weeks for just a normal brake replacement and yet they were squeaking immediately when I drove off. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have all new brakes put on less than 10k miles later. Charged an exponential amount only for me to have to go somewhere else to have their shoddy work fixed anyway. I received a call saying my car was ready to be picked up, but when I showed up less than an hour later, the shop wasn t even open. I had to wait in the parking lot for 25 minutes before he came back and said oh sorry I had to pick up my kids. ??? Then why tell me to come get it if you re not going to be there? Just terrible service overall and would never recommend.

Over charged me for services and the worker broke my sensors in my car and couldn't fix them! My sensors were working when I dropped my car off but weren't working when I picked my car back up!!

At first I thought I'd never get my car back! Then Kevin, began making "updating" calls, keeping me informed on exactly what was going on with my car, parts, cost and answered any questions I had, oftentimes before I ask lol! I got my car, WOW!! The air conditioning system is amazing! It WORKS truly!! Exercise patience...it was worth the wait. Keep in mind your vehicle isn't the only one there! GREAT JOB! These guys are the best! I have been using them now since 2014 and they have always been very kind and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a mechanic, they truly treat you like family! They are not out to just make a quick buck they truly want to get you back up and running properly. To my women out there if you are tired of being told ridiculous prices and or other issues due to you being a women, these are the guys for you! They are truly a blessing!

Started by overcharging me for what they did do. And kept trying to add stuff to drive up the price. Had to drop it back off cause they didn't fix the issue and they tried to charge me again. Poor service. Brought in a vehicle to check on brakes and patch a tire. He couldn t figure out what was wrong with brakes and still charged me $77. Not to mention I had to call to find out my vehicle was finally ready for pick up. When they say auto places will get out on you this is what they mean.AND I JUST REALIZED HE DIDNT EVEN PATCH THE TIRE UP. HE SAWED THE NAIL DOWN. DONT GO HERE. IVE NEVER FELT SO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IN MY LIFE.

They have 2 mechanics that I've worked with. One of them really stood out but both are good. Doug is a great mechanic and the one that's cared for my vehicle for a while now. The attention to detail is what I like the most!

I took my car in to have the air conditioning service everyone was very polite even though I was a woman in a man's place of business I didn't feel out of place unwanted or that I was wasting their time it was a pleasant experience all around.

Very honest and fair priced. We were heading home (Texas) and our windshield wiper broke. We pulled in, told them what we needed and they replaced them immediately!! I would estimate it took 15 minutes total, from pulling in to driving out!Great service!

This place is horrible . Read the yelp reviews and also yellow pages review . I had my sons truck fixed there and they replaced a pinion seal but didn't add gear oil when finished causing catastrophic rear end damage.. And so so many other problems with their maniac owner that doesn't stand behind their work. They will replace your wiper blade and ruin your transmission . Read the indepth review of my experience on yelp. When you pass this shop speed up and don't even glance over at it .

The best employees!!! Run very well by Mike and Lisa when you need your car looked at and fixed up this is the place to bring it!! The mechanics Kevin and Doug are great and will help you understand what your vehicle needs without trying to trick you into getting expensive things you don't need.

Best Auto service experience ever. Alternator went while on a road trip, and couldn't have been luckier to find Worrell Auto Service. They had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Amazing service and very reasonably priced. Thanks for the help.

I have been a regular customer since the late 1990's. They have always been friendly and professional and have never steered me wrong! They explain/show me when they find a problem that needs to be fixed. Best of all they never assume I know nothing about cars because I am a woman. I won't use anyone else for major repairs.

After I dropped car off at 7:30am I was told "sorry we couldnt get to it" by 1pm. I was just getting car diagnosed, but it didnt happen. Gee i was told it would get done today! I sure hope my car is safe to drive!!! Back to dealer for me. No hassle but more expensive. Oh well! Their loss.

Absolutely terrible! Brought my truck there for a blown out spark plug. Needed to get heli coil done, and they not only put in the wrong size heli coil but it was a cheap one! Because it was the wrong size it was tapping my piston! Ended up having to take it to another shop and getting it redone and paying again out of pocket for it! The other shop couldn't even get the plug out for over an hour! What's worse is they had my truck for 26 days, and when it was done I couldn't even drive it home I had to have it towed! The guy was quick to try to sell me on piston and engine work when it was their fault it was tapping to begin with. Once the heli coil was repaired properly there is no tapping! I have tried to call them several times over the last month and a half and they have never called me back! I have everything documented from them and the other shop. And I don't even wanna get started on my ECM he said I had to replace also but never even showed me verification mine was bad. I never seen it or anything. By the time my truck was done it was already thrown out. Going to be reporting them to the BBB and NAPA if I can. Absolutely ridiculous! Invoice # is 19983.

I have used this shop twice now. I have a 1999 Grand Cherokee and they have always treated me fair and honest. I will definitely come back and would recommend that anyone else do as well!

this place is trash!!!!!!! i took my car to here so they could time my car i knew what was wrong and told them that was the problem. a day latter they call and tell me its my exhaust header, not the timeing. so i paid them for looking at my car it cost about 100 bucks, and still timing was off! i went to pick up my car and they boke my hood latch under dash! they did not tell me about this and i paid for them to break my car. After all of that i decided to get a second oppinion i took it to another mechanic and told them the problem...... guess what?!?!?! they fixed it within the hour, it was the timing just like i said!.... DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!!

They were paid in advance to replace my daughters motor, 4 weeks later we had to have her car towed to another shop to be finished...on a long distance phone call the owner "Mike" told me they never had the car and became rude, loud and walked over me with sarcasm when I was trying to talk.Explaining that he was to buisy to finish her car...He took the job...took the money..Never completed the car..It was towed to a different shop at her cost...she is still walking to work after 4 weeks and paying somebody else to finish what this shop was already paid to do.

My wife and I arrived in Biloxi MS enroute to Seattle WA in our Diesel truck pulling a 5th wheel trailer. Our transmission was failing and we consulted a local friend who recommended Worrell Automotive. Boy did we get LUCKY! The bad luck: our transmission was shot. The good luck: the Worrell team had us on the road again in TWO days once the new transmission arrived. While waiting for that arrival they took care of several upgrades and repairs I'd been putting off. Not only am I completely satisfied with all the work they performed, and the price, both myself and my wife feel we have made new friends in Biloxi. I and my wife unconditionally recommend this business. If you have an automotive problem Mike Worrell and his staff are honest professionals you can trust!

My car broke down while visiting Biloxi and needed replacement parts. He overpriced, argued with my husband when he asked a question and when we got home, it broke again. He had given us used parts at a new price.Edit-This was years ago. But we have since moved down here. Also, it wasn t done under my name so them claiming to not find my information is deflecting their poor performance. Added a photo for proof as well.

My parents came down to visit me and unfortunately their trucks A/C compressor seized. We went to a specialist a/c shop and they didn't have the parts to do the repairs. We went here because it was nearby and they had the part and also installed it same day. In less than 3 hours. They were a lifesaver.
