It was in the middle of a horrific storm, just got off work, my truck was saying "change the oil soon",and I knew it needed to be done.I had some of the supplies with me these guy's pulled me in, I never had to get out of my car! they did an amazing job, the price was great and now I feel much more comfortable driving mu ole' Chevy truck, but I really was impressed by their professionalism and their eagerness to get the job done! so I'll be back again, those guys are worth it

Need to make sure their new hires do a good job. He let the air out the back tire instead of adding air. I told me husband the guy didn t know what he was doing probably just need air. Husband had to bring the air to fix the flat.

I cannot a say enough good about my experience! I am a full time RVer and it is always a task finding the right place to get my oil change in the truck. I called and made contact with Chad who gave a professional image on the phone and assured me I would be pleased with their service. Upon arrival contact was made with Gabby who was extremely polite and professional. I felt I got the best service possible for a fair price and while I was waiting I found I was also eligible for a 25% veteran discount! I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Great Customer service I been coming here for a long time yes people may complain is pricey,but they have great coupons available, Also they check your tires pressure, filter, fluid levels ask if you would like to change wipers will offer but won't push it. Change your car oil on the comfort of your seat while you seat on a cold water which they provide you I mean they are the top of my list everytime someone ask me for a recommendation.

Best place for an oil change. They don't push wipers, or fuel additives. They ask, and leave it alone. They will have my business for as long as I'm driving. Tye (been there for years) has always been the best tech I've interacted with, but overall, everyone on the team deserves so much. You can tell that they're passionate about vehicle care, and their trade. Bar none, 6/5 stars if I could give it.

Great, great staff. Tye, Chad and Quentin were very helpful, polite and professional. Couldn't have picked a better place. They explained everything and consulted with me. I will always use this store for oil changes. I trust these people. Plus, tye thought to ask me if I was a veteran and I am. So, got a discount. Which I am grateful for as no one at any place ever has asked me if I'm a veteran because I'm a woman.

Take five in Biloxi has always been a great place for me to take my car. The workers are extremely friendly and efficient. They greet you with a bottle of water while you wait, and are very polite. They are honest in giving you information about what your car needs, without pressure, and the prices are affordable.

Dylan and James were both very attentive and informative! They were polite and friendly! Service was quick and efficient. I have gotten my oil changed here for years now and will continue to do so. They even offered us water and gave my daughter juice and fruit snacks. Sweetest people ever! Never had a less than excellent experience! Keep it up! Thank you guys so much for making this a quick and great experience!

Mr Dylan the asst. Manger Was great in explaining the process every step of the process and Miss Gabby was excellent attendee she was knowledgeable and friendly about my needs of my car!! I was impressed and grateful for the fast friendly service!! Therefore I would like to also thank Brady and Terrence whom was part of the team who serviced my car!! You guys are AWESOME please keep up the good work!!

Gabby , Quintin and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Seriously I have never had my oil changed by such a professional crew. They worked together called out what they were doing to each other as to not make mistakes. With the four man crew they had me in and out in 15 minutes and that included giving me a jump because my battery died because I left the lights on. Excellent service will return!!

These people take service to a different level. From offering a cold bottle of water when they greet, to actually showing you the filter, to checking my tires and all the fluids. I appreciate not being treated like a dumb woman!

I stopped into Take 5 this evening with little time to spare and the gentlemen there were exceptionally helpful and considerate. Dillon and James both worked excellently well as a team in getting me to see the need for my high mileage oil change and advisement for future servicing, with a cautionary note. I was ever so grateful for their remarkable kindness and legendary guest service. Thank you Dillon, James and the rest of the crew! Job well done up until the very last minute. I ll of course be going back! Highly recommended. 10 out of 10. Thanks!

I was Lucky to Deal with Ms. Devin, as she showed me she had knowledge on the matter at hand. I was also glad she hit me with the upscale on my cabin filter it was full of pine straws and dirt. She has great communication skills and a people person. As for a team work environment the shop did really well. The guys was fast on my oil change and did all routine checks as needed. As a shop owner myself just passing through I notice and see everything and this shop is nice and organized keep up the good work everyone.Silverado guy @bluoosted

The staff was friendly and respectful. They seemed knowledgeable and were very professional and thorough. I've only been to the one on the coast, but feel the local "Take 5" is just as professional. I recommend the company.

Exceptional service. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. We were new to the area and basing our service selection solely on Google reviews. The reviews are legit. Amazing service! Everything was so smooth and so fast. Extremely convenient. I love how I never had to leave my vehicle and wait around for an hour. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Good spirted team especially for working during a tornado.. greeted me with water, and treats for the dog. They also had juice for kids! All they didnt have was a margarita machine for themselves! Quick and efficient work, very deserving of a cold marg.

Amazing staff! They're always fast and helpful.#1 Oil Change service on the coast! I drive all the way from Long Beach, MS and it's still worth the drive because I don't have to wait and the crew has amazing customer service.Keep up the good work

It s very professional and took care of my vehicles need to include letting me know I needed an alignment and new tires! But what I must say is how they were all talking with one another, and it was a very positive experience with everyone being friendly with me, and with each other! I did not feel like I was a bother but rather I received excellent customer service A++++++ I will definitely return!! Thank you!

Tacked on a service fee on top of the expensive oil change. Didn t have the oil to give me a less expensive oil change which would have been $20 less. The tech fumbled around trying to remove the cabin air filter and I had to tell him to just leave it alone. My freshly washed white car was left with black smudge prints on my hood and oil residue on my bumper under each front lights.

My first time using Take 5. Tye and his team were great and professional.5 star service!!Tye thoroughly explained all the options. Did not try to sell me something I didn t need. They didn t carry my engine filter but he told me where to get it at someplace where they would install it.I will never go anywhere else!!

Quick, efficient and so very friendly. It may sound strange, but I look forward to my car's oil changes. Cannot recommend Take 5 on Pass Rd in Biloxi highly enough.

First time at Take 5 Oil Change on Pass Road in Biloxi...but it won't be the last. Devin and the crew were awesome. She informed me of everything they did during the oil change, made suggestions about filters and wipers. And everyone was so friendly. 10/10 will be back and 10/10 will recommend!
