They went above and beyond to fix my brand new car that was wrecked within 24 hrs of owning it. James communicated with me through the whole process and the whole staff was extremely friendly. The paint job was a 10/10 spot on color match and looked like it came from the factory! I d recommend this shop over and over again. I m so glad I picked Steeds. Outstanding finished product

I had a great experience with Steed s repairing my Tesla Model X. I was very happy to find a repair center close to where I live. Ryan and Tammy were great to work with. I was very impressed with their professionalism and helpful attitudes. They seemed very concerned about following all of the procedures required by Tesla, which gave me confidence the job was being done correctly. I would highly recommend Steed s for your Tesla repair.

We needed to get our Jeep Wrangler repaired and decided to choose Steeds Collision as our shop to do the repairs, and boy are we glad we did. We worked with Steeds to schedule our time to bring the Jeep into their shop for the work and at the same time scheduled to have the rental car company meet us at the location and get us in a car to drive while repairs were being done. The morning of our appointment came, and we drove over to the shop, and we got the paperwork done and were outside waiting on the rental company and James the owner just happened to be walking by. He asked us if we were waiting on the rental car company, and we told him we were indeed. Without hesitation he offered to take us down the road in his personal vehicle to get the car so we would not have to wait. This is the act of an owner who cares. During the time that the Jeep was in the shop we were updated and kept aware of exactly what was being done on the vehicle and when they reached milestones along the way. The day came when we were to pick up our Jeep and when we got to the shop we were very happy to see our beloved Jeep parked right out in front of the shop sparkling like a diamond! We went inside and got the paperwork completed and went back outside to find that they had detailed the vehicle and cleaned it inside and out. Upon climbing into the drivers seat we discovered a note from Steeds thanking us for trusting them for doing the work. We now have our Jeep home and it s great to know it has been repaired right with all of the necessary tests and calibrations and safety items addressed by professionals who care as Steeds does. I don t know the names of all the people who made the efforts to get our Jeep back together, but I want to say a big Thank You! for taking such good care of us. James, Peanut, Kevin, Brian, and all the rest of them are top notch and I m happy to highly recommend Steeds to others. They do business like it used to be done when your word means a lot and trust is front line priority.Service: Painting

I purchased a used car that was in perfect condition except for scratches across the hood. I started shopping around and I was told by other body shops that the scratches were too deep to buff out and repairs would cost between $600 and $650. Steeds came highly recommended so I decided to go by and get a quote for repair. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by James Steed. He looked at the hood and told me he believed at least 70% of the scratches would buff out, and if I did not like the outcome it would be no charge. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and they took me right in, no waiting. After only 30 minutes they were done. 100% of the scratches buffed out and the hood looks brand new. James could have been like the other shops and quoted me hundreds for a repaint but because of his work ethic and honesty he saved me hundreds. I would recommend Steeds to anyone needing repairs no matter how large or small. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. THANK YOU!

Ryan was absolutely fantastic to work with. He kept in touch every step of the way and went above and beyond to meet my needs! My car came out of the shop looking even better than prior to the accident! 10/10 recommend the service and the quality of service!

Very professional staff! I would not go anywhere else. I was driving on a Thursday afternoon and a deer ran out damaging my vehicle. After reporting the claim to my insurance company I brought my vehicle to Steed's Collision Center. They took my car in right away and gave me a ride to Enterprise to pick up my rental. Steed's dealt directly with my adjuster. Unfortunately, my car was a Total but dealing with Steed's made the process very easy and the claim was settled in two days. Thanks to the staff at Steed's for the great job and professionalism!

James and his staff did an excellent job on my vehicle. They repaired the paint on my SUV where it was scratched and replaced my windshield. The front office staff was very personable and so pleasant to talk with. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing auto repair.

Great customer service and quality repair work. My car was damage in a hit and run, brought it straight to Ryan at Steed's. He handled everything between quotes, insurance, and ordering parts to have my car back within a week. Highly recommended to anyone looking for vehicle repair work.

No one ever wants to deal with a damaged vehicle, but if you have to, you ve got to call Steed s. I had a tree branch fall on my 4Runner recently, and James made sure the process to fix it was seamless and painless. Everyone at Steed s Collision is professional, friendly, and helpful. If I ever have the unfortunate luck again, I ll definitely trust Steed s with any and every vehicle repair.

This review is LONG overdue. Every time I d walk out to my car I d think to myself damn this looks good! I need to write a review but then inevitably I would start driving and forget. This went on for four more months until I was sadly rear ended. However, the service was so incredible and despite me no longer having the car I must still share with others not only the outstanding workmanship Steed s provides but also their remarkable customer service. Brace yourself because this review is going to be a little lengthy . I had moved to Mississippi after living 3 years in Okinawa, Japan and not familiar with the area at all. While stationed in Japan my car was kept in storage and was damaged in the storage facility. When I picked it up and drove to Mississippi I was googling collision centers and nervous because I had my car custom-built and it was my precious baby. After reading reviews I landed on Steed s and felt pretty confident I made the right choice.James and Kevin immediately reaffirmed that decision for me with their knowledge and helpfulness during the preliminary estimates. The storage facility made an amendment to the estimate and in that edit they forgot to recalculate the taxes. After finally finding a place to live I took my car into Steed s to get the work done. They said it would probably take 10-14 days due to the holiday and were super helpful with car rental information. FFW and it only took 5 days! Also, out of their kindness in their hearts they didn t charge me the tax that the storage company forgot to add in and instead wrote it off and thanked me for my service to the country. ALL ACTIVE DUTY in search for a collision shop must go here! It s rare to feel so valued for the sacrifices we make and being stationed in a place where we don t know anyone they made me feel like old friends/family.Let me get out of my feels and back to my car. Steed s had such great attention to detail that my baby looked gorgeous and better than what I can remember. Unfortunately less than 4 months later I was rear ended. I IMMEDIATELY knew where I wanted to tow my car to despite the insurance company saying it was a total loss. Even while the car was being towed away the police officers commented that that was one beautiful car as they were staring at the rear panel that Steed s beautifully worked on. Steed s actually remembered my car when it was dragged in on the tow truck (this is how awesome they are!) and it was only when Steed s said it was a total loss that I finally learned to let my car go. Their word was bond. Last week a friend of mine got hit on base, I told them to stop messing around with the collision shop they were working with and take it to Steed s which triggered me needing to still write this review. I hope this was helpful because honestly they helped me so much and I will never forget their awesomeness!

Steed's Collision Center is incredibly professional and sent me text messages updates about my car during the entire process. The paint match was perfect, and the staff dealt with the adjustors when additional repairs were needed. I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do, I know I will be using Steed's.

I brought my Tesla in after it had a truck tire thrown into the front bumper on the highway. The damage seemed minor but had broken several small pieces and parts behind the bumper, the bumper, headlight and side camera. They did a great job itemizing the damage and helping me negotiate with the insurance company to get it taken care of. The parts order was terrible, but that's on...pretty much everyone in Washington. The car looks great, seams and paint match just like they should. Great shop, doing the mechanics and the business right!

I picked up my vehicle from Steed s Collision Center today. To say I have been impressed with the whole process, is an understatement. Not only was the work performed on my vehicle impeccable, I received continuous text updates as they worked on my car and dealt directly with my insurance company, their professionalism was top notch, and they made sure my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Hopefully I am not in a position to need collision work again, but if I do, I will definitely be back to Steed s and will put my trust in James and his team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Steed s is a great place to go! This is the second time they have taken care of me. They are fast and efficient, the office staff is friendly, and they give great advice. They will take care of you through and through! My first accident the insurance company was giving me the run around and James talked and walked me through everything to make sure it was taken care of. I will always give them my business and refer anyone requiring services to them. Hands down the best experience!

Wonderful and friendly customer service! They were detailed in letting me know the process and what to expect. It was painless for me. They did all the lift with working with the insurance adjuster. It s a great benefit that they are able to partner with Rich Hardy to provide amazing hail repair work via PDR. I crossed state lines to have this repair done and I m so super pleased with the result!

I had my car fixed here last week and they did a fantastic job! It was a quick turnaround, and my favorite part was showing up to get my car and seeing that it had been completely detailed, inside and out! As a mom of two kids, my car stays messy. It was so nice of them to do that! The Thank You note in my car was such a nice touch, too. I would absolutely choose Steed s over anywhere else, 100%

I cannot thank this shop enough for all the help they provided my family! My vehicle came in with damages that appeared minor, but ended up being extreme enough underneath the exterior to total the vehicle. The insurance company we went through (the person s who was at fault) was side stepping and trying any which way to prolong the process and was making it extremely stressful, we had less than 4 weeks until we were moving out of state. The insurance company had been wanting to do sub par work but Steed s truly cares about putting their name on quality work and made sure that not only the insurance company knew that, but they made sure we knew that as well. They put up with my consistent calling for updates with so much compassion and advice, we ended up submitting a claim through our own insurance and they spoke to someone they knew could help facilitate a speedier ending. They took great care of us and I will highly recommend to those who are in need.
