These folks were very helpful and friendly in getting my Tesla model Y continental Pro contact RX tires patched quickly and efficiently. The folks at Firestone near the Academy called my tires oddball and sent me here, and I m glad they did! Thanks for your quick help.

I bring my 2002 E450 motorhome, and both of my daily vehicles here for all service. The front office staff and mechanics are complete professionals, and I truly get the sense that they aren t trying to charge customers to death.I came in a few weeks ago to get a tire plugged, and just wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Davenport. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected from STM. Customer service and dedication to doing the right thing, is the reason I would return for service in the future. Thank you again Eric!You get what you pay for, and good work is hard to find. If you want it done right the first time, come to STM.

This place is great! I m thankful there is a spot that is open on Saturdays and lets you make appointments. I was having issues with a positive camber on my truck and Duck, the tech who worked on it, was fantastic. Got it straightened out and took me for a ride to check it with him. Thanks Duck!!

These guys know what they are doing. Thanks to Patrick and Travis. Not many people know how to mess with my setup but these guys knocked it out without a problem. Highly recommend these guys to handle your high end wheels. Very Satisfied!!

We had a nail in one of the tires in our travel trailer. I contacted this store as it was on our way just off I-10. We had tried to get the tire repaired before we left home but the best we could do was have someone put the spare on as we were leaving the next morning. This store was amazing! They fixed our tire, removed the spare, put the original tire back on the camper and mounted the spare back on the bumper mount. The work was completed in about 1/2 hour! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs tire work done! Thanks from a very happy customer! The price was great too!

Absolutely amazing!! They helped my momma get her tires on her car when Walmart tire center turned her away and said they couldn t get the tires off to change them. I wish I could give these lovely folks more than 5 stars! They 100% deserve it!! They were so extremely kind and understanding and they got her in and fixed up super quick!!

Staff was very friendly and efficient..was having a hard time and was late for a appt..they got me right in..had issue getting car started after and the guys were so patient in helping me out..would recommend them anytime..

While on vacation, we had a flat and found ourselves without a jack. My roadside service wanted to tow us with a two and a half hour wait but I got a hold of Southern Tire Mart in Biloxi and they had someone out in an hour with a real tire so we could be on our way. The technician and everyone I talked to on the phone was super helpful and friendly and worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We were highly impressed with the excellent customer service this company provided.

My wife and I were preparing to leave a nearby campground for our next leg of our trip westward. One of our trailer's tires had a slow leak and we had a very long drive ahead. I called Southern Tire and talked with Eric. He said bring it on by though he had a couple customers ahead of me. I pulled the trailer in and he asked me to take it around back to wait for a repair stall. I waited, but not long. So I wouldn't have to wait, he had Mike bring his repair truck around, who removed and repaired the tire right in the parking area. And what did Eric and Mike bill me? Well, let's just say it was the cheapest tire repair I've ever had! It's obvious that these folks are customer-oriented. If I lived here, they'd have all my tire business because I trust them. Thanks Eric, Mike and the friendly desk lady who checked me in.

I was traveling through in my 17 lifted f250 experiencing an issue with a shake . Called and was dispatched to this location these fellas were helpful right away with an awesome shops top of the line equipment multiple guys worked together to diagnose my issue . Then DIDN'T CHARGE ME ! Southern hospitality son. I asked if I could pay the mechanic who worked on my rig and they said kool. Super knowlegable folks here down to earth test drove with me to diagnose. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks y'all in glad I stopped here.

I went to Walmart and purchased 4 new tires then was going to have them put them on for me. They came out and said they couldn t get the lug nuts off and they couldn t do it. I called southern tire mart and they had me come on over they removed them easily and got me in immediately to change the tires out for me. An amazing place and I will never go anywhere else.

The service here is great. All associates I've dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The commercial side (my company pays for) gets me in and out quickly and always treats their customers like top priority. The private customer side is considerably more expensive than most local shops, but the service is awesome and the saved time you spend in the waiting room might be worth the added cost.

I had a blowout on my trailer on I-10 near the Mart. I was able to slowly drive along the emergency lane to the mart which was closed or closing however the manager Mike Scott got Eric to let me in to purchase a tire, and while Eric was helping me with my paperwork, Mike himself removed the tire from my trailer and mounted and balanced the new tire!! I am so grateful that they didn t turn me away and went the extra mile to get me back on the highway!!! They definitely will get more of my business even though I don t live near there!!

I rarely leave Bad reviews about places but this is gonna be one of the worst tire shops on the gulf coast that I have ever been to for one, they have no idea what's going on two, they're very unprofessional three, The wait is way to long for anything even if you come here to get air in your tire you're going to be waiting an hour. This place is ridiculous and I will never come here again, not even if my life depended on it.

We were camping at Biloxi RV in Biloxi, Miss this past weekend and my husband noticed two of our tires were low and losing air on the camper. He called Southern Tire in Biloxi and they sent out a guy who looked over all of our tires and highly suggested we get 4 new tires - It was HOT, Noon on a Saturday - The 3 guys that assisted were Tommy, Jeremy and Matt - they could have just put fix a flat and gone home and sent us on our way early Sunday Morning back to Youngsville, La and have us take a chance we would make it home in time for our daughters Baby Shower - But instead they did what was right and safe and changed all 4 tires on our Camper. We are VERY grateful for this type of Customer Service!! THANK YOU!!! Pam and Wayne Begnaud

Had an unexpected blowout on the I10. Limped the SUV off the exit and called Southern. They had the tire I needed in stock. And that wasn't easy as they are 22" and size range has been hard to find in stock at most tire places. Managed to get the truck to their shop. They were above and beyond to get my kids and I back on the road. I believe they moved me in front of several jobs ahead of me due to my urgent situation. The installer was so thorough that he pointed out a hairline fracture in my rim and supplied me a telephone number where to get it fixed. And this crack has obviously been missed by 2 previous installers. Great job Southern. We will use u again. Thank you

Great hospitality, caring staff, and good service. I really appreciate the shuttle service they provide so I could wait at my home instead of the lobby while my car was being serviced and then when my car was ready they came and picked me up! The driver was a very sweet older gentleman. So far, I have not been disappointed by their services!

Back in 2016 heading back home to RI from Cal. I had a dual steer tire emergency. Both tires had failed and were down to the steel cords. Found these guys on line and called them. They were fantastic. Understood my situation but were booked up pretty solid for the next day. They rearranged the schedule for ME gave me a great price for two tires installed and by mid morning had the tires mounted balanced installed!! Who does that!? These guys literally saved our lives! Could not be happier. Highly recommend this shop if you need tires! Plus they were so polite. KUDOS to all that helped us.

The tire on my truck was put on at the dealership where I bought the truck at. The tire was purchased from STM. Shortly after the new tire was put on. It started to leak. The dealership would not back the work. Southern tire mart backed the work and tire even though it was not installed there. They fixed it at no charge to me. Ryan was my technician. So thank you very much to southern tire mart. Especially Ryan. That s customer service. WELL DONE.

I went there for almost ten years. I started noticing my tires were off. I realized my tire bolts had been stripped. Told office- had to make a special trip EARLY to have fixed. It kept happening. Then I noticed my keys were broken after they had been with the mechanics. Told the manager- couldn t do anything about it. Then I finally took my car to Honda for an oil change and they told me that who ever had been charging my oil- stripped the place where you screw it in. I called STM and explained what happened and still no solution. I ve been taking my car there for ten years and I feel like I got kicked to the curb when all these problems started happening. It really broke my heart and because I trusted them for so long and now I don t have a sense of trust for mechanics anymore. It s really too bad.
