I arrived at 12:30pm on a Monday for a tire rotation and balance since I purchased the tires from them I wanted them to do the work again. After arrival I was told roughly a hour wait I said ok and sat down. At 2:30pm they finally pulled my vehicle inside and into a bay and informed me that I needed a front end alignment which I had done when I had the tires installed so I didn't understand why I needed it again. Either they didn't do it right or I was being lied to so they could make money. Then at 3:30pm they informed me that they couldn't do the tire rotation and balance due to the vehicle needing a font end alignment so I said to put the vehicle down and I left. I do not recommend this store for any work. They are not trust worthy to me. After waiting 3 hours on service nothing got done.

Great Service Susan and John Keith and Crew are very honest helpful!!! And doesn't try to get you to do anything unnecessary to your vehicle not required but will let you know what they suggest but you don't have to do it but it can be the factor that keeps you and others safe on the dangerous highway! Susan is very sweet and Compassionate! They have my business!

I have not experienced this level of customer service much on the Gulf Coast. They are experts and are very kind and very competitive on pricing. They make me feel like I am the most important customer that they have. I suppose this is how they treat everyone. Susan is AMAZING! I ordered some special ordered Tesla tires and they expedited them and got them next day. A couple of months later, I had a blowout in Biloxi and they had my car transported and ordered a new tire and put it on the next morning. They are excellent communicators and far exceed anyone else in the tire/maintenance industry on the Coast.

Pep Boys in Biloxi is the only place I will trust with my vehicles! They picked up things with my trucks that even the dealership missed. They are knowledgeable, the prices are very reasonable, and most important, they're honest! Susan and her crew are simply the best!!

After several attempts to get my wife's car in for simple warranted service(rotate and balance)from new tires we bought a bit agoI was able to drop the car off on a Friday and pick up on Saturday. I noticed otw the shop, while following the car a brake light was out, not a big deal but pep boys never noticed...I also knew about a noise in my wife's stearing and thought the tech would easily notice it upon inspection or when they moved it....again nothing. Was told everything seemed fine. I was indeed tried to sold cabin filter, air filter and a brake job. When I went to pick up car, salesman handed me my paperwork and never said a word, I had to ask a few questions and even then were given very short answers. Not really any explanation about what was on the printout. In addition the paperwork was very short with lots of white space, not really the 100+ point inspection report I was expecting.In closing, i would go some where else.

I converted an old short bus into an RV and had to do an oil service while stopping over in Biloxi. It's an odd vehicle so I was nervous about letting a shop due work on it. I called ahead by a few days and talked with Cooper who assured me they could service my vehicle. The technician, Tyrone, took a lot of care backing in the bus and getting it up on the lift. Everything went smoothly and it was done at a price I'm not unhappy about. Overall it was a great experience!

Stopped by the day before and spoke to Susan. She recommended the best tires for me. Price was very reasonable so I called this morning and she was able to get the tires and have them installed. I don t think I spent an hour there. I will definitely come back

We needed a patch for a screw in my tire:(They were super friendly and quick!When it was time to pay, they wouldn t let us! Said Merry Christmas and insisted no payment.Highly recommend!!!

John and Cooper have renewed my faith in Pep Boys. After a few bad experiences with Pep Boys in Mobile off Airport I am glad to receive great service again. I recommend this location for your car care needs. Call and talk with John or Cooper. In and out and got a full check on my 4Runner.Returned with my Lexus the manager was there and took great care of the vehicle.I highly recommend this establishment for your vehicle service needs.

We needed a new alternator so we took it in, after their diagnostic they determined our fuel pump was completely gone! Not only did they work with us closely, their price was $300 less than the other garages around. Overall we are extremely happy with the work, they also cleaned the van and ended up not charging us for the diagnostic. Pep Boys is now our go to place!

All of my cars have pep boy tires. (5). They have the best tires with the best price. Their service prices r a bit high but they by far have best tires service/price on tires

I am taking the time to write a review of the Pep Boys Biloxi location on Beach Blvd because it was truly remarkable. I was in town and had to have a major repair done. Not only was the repair done correctly, the price was more than fair. I was so relieved that I wasn't going to get laid away or have to take it to a dealer. I read some of the reviews online before I brought it in to get an idea of what to expect. This played a key role in my decision to bring it to Pep Boys. I wasn't sure if there were objective/genuine reviews posted, but the treatment received WAS fair, honest and so RARE to come by these days in business. I had to fly out the next morning and Mr. Cooper and John were phenomenal! John and the competent mechanics STAYED to work on the vehicle with the new part until late night just so that I could make my morning flight out of NO. Where would you ever have that happen? I was expecting. "Sorry, but we are closing for the night." For people that are leaving reviews about waiting, I can genuinely tell you that I would gladly wait for the competent mechanics, great price and customer service I received. Great Job and thank you all for going above and beyond! You are a hidden jewel on the Gulf Coast and I hope this helps someone looking for trustworthy service.

Fast service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, affordable prices I definitely recommend this location for women because the staff actually explain things to you without making you feel slow If you are visiting Biloxi and find yourself in need of car repair service, I definitely recommend this location

UPDATE 11/8/2023Appointment scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Great service. Friendly staff. Jason my service consultant did a great job. I was in and out within a reasonable length of time. I felt like it was thorough and done properly.I met some great people to chill with while waiting. No stress at all. I will be back.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~They were busy but very accommodating and done quickly. I needed a new battery. Checked into Auto Zone and Advance Auto parts. All places were pretty consistent price wise but I was concerned about someone at an auto parts store trying to change my battery. My Dad was a mechanic, I can't help it. They did include a complimentary inspection of car. Even though they thought I could use an alignment they didn't try to upsell me. I certainly appreciate that. They have an online appointment service and will answer call in questions.

Went for new tires. They put on the tires but did not align them. They bumbled around messing with my fluids and light bulbs for a simple tire replacement but couldn't align them. No thanks good tires bad service

I recently went in for an oil change and was informed that there was a minor leak in my coolant reservoir. The mechanic quoted me $500 to replace it. However, after leaving the shop, I noticed that all the coolant had leaked out of my car. It turns out that they had intentionally pulled back the reservoir hose, causing it to break. Interestingly, they conveniently forgot to take pictures of this particular area during their inspection, likely because they knew I would dispute their claim. I ended up replacing the reservoir myself for only $140. Due to the lack of integrity displayed by this shop, I will never let them touch my car again.

I took my car to my favorite Pep Boys shop for my regular oil change/tire rotation maintenance as usual. It was a peculiarly stressful week all around for some reason, maybe the blue super moon was at fault, and even the technicians working on my car were not immune. They re only human after all. Mistakes were made that required my car to be towed back to the shop after I had picked it up and driven it home. The next morning my car was fully inspected and maintenance work completed properly plus a couple bonus items taken care of at no additional charge. They definitely made things right and will continue to have my business.

They took great care of me and my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised. Sent a vehicle report of my vehicle. Did not try to upswell or hassle for additional services. I recommend. Pep boys performed an oil change, transmission fluid change, and 4 new tires.

Initial impression was great. They got me in last minute, were super nice, the place was clean. I brought my car in because my brakes were making noise. I was told the brakes look fine and they weren't hearing any noises and I wasn't charged for anything. They pulled my car back around and I headed home. The way home, the noise was worse; in next view days it was horrendous. Got my car into a different shop and long story short.... The original noise I was hearing was my ABS ... BUT Pep Boys didn't put one of the brake pads back on or they didn't secure it well enough and it fell off which lead to metal on metal. I spent around hundreds of dollars for new pads, rotors, and calipers. All the mechanics at the new shop were astonished with the damage from Pep Boys' neglect.

We are here on a work trip from Ky. Pep Boys fixed our flat tire for free!!!!! Excellent Customer Service. And the view is beautiful while you wait!!!!

We had traveled from out of town and our air conditioning went out towards the end of the drive. Pep Boys got us in and fixed it the next day! Could have been a miserable drive back home in over 90 degree weather but they saved the day, fixed the AC and another problem that we weren't even aware of but also could have been a big problem during a 12 hour drive. They were friendly and helpful and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I cannot express more my gratitude for this place. I was out of town in a bind. Not only did they get my Tahoe fixed quickly but they didn t try to convince me to pay for anything unnecessary. The communication and respect was outstanding. From now on I will continue to use Pep Boys. True to their values that is stated in the lobby.
