I had to make a couple of trips to the store and the staff was kind, patient and very helpful! The guy tested my alternator and even though it was in perfect condition, he ran through several other possible issues. When I came back to the store, Wendy assisted me with choosing the right products for my needs! And just like that I m back on the road! Thank you all soo much!!

I will now lump ALL part stores together and thank them for forcing me to shop online by them price checking each other . Charging to much and the manager insulting people by telling them bs as to why its 20$ for something that was 10$ and still is 10$ online. IF THE COST WENT UP IT WILL ALSO GO UP ONLINE.

I stopped by your Biloxi, MS store at Cedar Lake to have a code pulled on a Chevy Traverse I was working on and a man I believed to be the assistant manager refused stating that if there was no light on the dash that there were no codes. This vehicle did indeed have stored codes when I stopped at a competitors store to have it checked.Today I stopped at this location to get some Dot 3 brake fluid for a car I'm building. When I got to the counter a young lady answered the phone and began helping a customer on the phone while I was standing in front of her, I metioned to her how wrong that was when she got off the phone. The employee then proceded to ring me up I noticed that the terminal showed a total purchase of over $1000 dollars, I explained that something was wrong and she turns her monitor around to show me what it was showing. At this point the phone rings and she starts helping the customer on the phone.

O'Reilly's at cedarlake in biloxi has a small store front but most of the time if they don't have what you need they ether have it in the back or they can order it. Very seldom do they not have it at all. I am always treated far & polite from the hole staff but there is one employee that tries his best to help & if he dose not no something that you asked about he dose his best to help you figure it out. The man knows his stuff & is the best at customer service. I believe this to be true. His name is Brandon. Thank you O'Reilly's for having employees like Brandon!

Very rude employees! Whoever manages this location needs to clean house and get rid of the a-holes! Especially one named Randy! I ve never encountered such a jerk salesperson in my life until him. I stopped going there because of that jerk! Most of the other people there are just as bad but he s probably the worst. They need retraining and an emphasis on customer service!!!!!!

I go in this location very frequently and it seems tbere only 2 employees that know anything that is the manager and Alex. But I love the store and you can almost always count on the manger to be there , he is always there when I go in and answers my questions. Very much appreciated TY

Bunch of lefties that are so obsessed with covid restrictions but are not being helpful with car parts! Waste of my time! Didn t let me in the back, which is fine, but refused to bring at least the stuff to show me!! Ughh!! Management needs to clean these brainwashed people and focus on business! And btw the guy didn t have his mask up. Nose wasn t covered. Typical leftist hypocrite!

956 Cedar Lake Rd, Biloxi, MS 39532We stopped in this store with what we believed to be a fuse problem. The elder gentleman behind the counter said "I cannot spend that much time on a fuse problem." So he would not help 4 women heading from Biloxi MS to Houston TX with a fuse problem to keep an oxygen machine running for a 74 year old lady with lung problems!! He could not spend that much time on a fuse sale because he might miss a larger sale while helping us. We go thru there every 6 months on our way to Nashville to a Lung institute. We will never stop there again.

Over priced and rude, arrogant, very dry - I think I m s Master mechanic and you re an idiot because I work at a parts house. I am ASE certified and an actual master mechanic with 25+ years of professional automotive experience and these know it alls want to argue with me and talk down to me because they think they re mechanics. It s irritating and funny.Just because your computer says this or that doesn t mean it s always right! I know from physically doing it and from learning it! So don t argue with me about something I know and something you re just assuming because your computer says so!Just because your computer says a GM 4L60E transmission only fits one year doesn t mean that s accurate, so if I tell you I know for a fact it will fit other years because I ve literally put in over 200 of the damn things - listen to me and don t try to talk to me like I m stupid!You people are a damn joke to REAL mechanics and I constantly hear you guys giving bad advice and information to people who don t know any better. I ve heard things that make me laugh and want to tell the customer to just ignore what you just said because it s completely wrong!To the customers: these guys are not mechanics so please stop asking them mechanical repair questions! They ll just make up stuff to sound like they know what they re doing.And O reilly employees stop being so rude and arrogant! You aren t the only choice on the coast to buy parts and fluids from! Tell Michael to get a damn personality and stop being so damn dry and ignoring people!
