We had such a great experience at Mississippi Gulf Coast Harley Davidson today! This is by far our favorite Harley store! Everyone is so nice, so knowledgeable they make you feel like family! JP & Trey are definitely your guys to talk to and Doc is your service guy! Fantastic experience, if your looking to upgrade your current bike, buy for the first time or just need some Harley parts or gear make the trip to Ms Gulf Coast you will not be disappointed!

I bought my 17 road glide back in the fall and I m very pleased. Ms. Faye is the most awesome person I ve meet. She really made the experience go smoothly for me. I went in today looking for a jacket and was helped by Ms. Megan. She helped me back when I got my bike with helmets and today. She really knows her stuff. She helped me get the best deals and has always been so helpful. Mr. Jerry helped me with a little maintenance and education on my bike. The staff really made owning my first Harley worth it. I ll definitely buy my next one from here. Shop local!

I am not sure what happened when I first came in last week, but I just went ahead and left feeling unsure about coming back. Then, less than 24 hours later, Trey responded to my review. He asked me to come back in. I'm glad I did. They were a great help to me today.And everyone that I dealt with showed the utmost respect.Which means a great deal to me. I want to thank Tery and his crew. For making me feel welcomed, they (3) took the time to understand what I wanted to do with my bike, even going outside looking at other bikes to help to understand Exactly what I was wanting to do and what it would take to do it. Again, thank you, Trey, and the rest of the people who helped me today. It was much appreciated. God bless

I'm here to tell you first hand MGCHD is the place to purchase your HD. Because of my work I purchased my 2023 HD Nightster mostly from an online standpoint and dealing with Ms. Fay was first class all the way NO PRESSURE and available to help with any of my needs. I was off on Friday and showed up at 10 am and was treated like I was a member of the family, was taken around and introduced to the team which can handle any requests from me for my new HD. Ms. Jodi was impeccable with her service and attended to our every need and want. Met Mr. Randy to go over the formals and again service was top notch.Overall would give a score of 15 on a scale of 1-10. Thank you everyone see y'all on Bike Nights.

I would like to let you all know what a great team they have there and easy they make the process of purchasing a bike. JB and John are two awesome guys that walked me right through the process and insured me that I would get the best deal from them and I did. Very friendly dealership at every level. The space is clean, modern, inviting with scooters everywhere. All staff are engaging without being pushy but if you need assistance or a question answered, you will get assistance promptly. I ve had quite a bit of service done recently and they communicated with me from drop-off to finish. No surprises. This is the Harley shop you expect to find whether you re a local or passing through. They ll somehow find a way to fit you in for service if you re motoring through and have that emergency. And they ve got motorcycles. A bunch of them. Start here if you re trying to purchase.

I came to MGCHD to look at a pre-owned Electra Glide, and JP was extremely helpful in steering me towards a bike that is in my price range and that I am comfortable on. Jodi got me set up and took me on multiple test rides to help me decide. I want to thank John for steering my financing and explaining all the options in a straightforward manner. Randy was instrumental in getting me out the door with the paperwork and different options for warranties that are available. This team is incredible and they provide an amazing buying experience, you guys rock!

I have visited this Harley Davidson Dealership several times. I have called around for certain job's I've needed done to my Trike and have not been afraid to travel far and wide to save a dollar. In the long run I have purchased a few things from this Dealership and had a couple of jobs done. I can't complain about the work they have preformed. And I've driven all the way up to The north end of the state to get work done. I would really love to see my local Dealership compete with the other Dealerships on some pricing and keep our money spent here locally. Hopefully they will work on conducting the kinda deals all of us Harley owners are looking for. Time will tell.

I purchase my beautiful 24 Street Glide earlier this month. From the beginning, starting with Ms. Faye, she stayed in contact always willing to assist with scheduling and availability. Then comes in Shane. Talk about a man who is enthusiastic about his job. He worked his butt off to make the deal could happen. And of course let s not forget about Trey! Then I went straight to Travis to get the parts I needed to make this bike my own! The entire staff is always helpful and polite. It s like the Chic-Fil-A of Harley shops, always a pleasure. I have recommended them and will continue to for all Harley inquiries.

Staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my interests. They advocated for finding something that I was comfortable and happy with over just trying to sell the newest models. Will definitely be coming back for my next motorcycle, service, and accessories.

Purchased a 23 SG ST from them recently. Shane, Jacob, and Fay were all awesome to work with. The staff has all been very friendly after the purchase as well. Wouldnt hesitate recommending buying from them.

I stopped in to check on some parts for my '21 Police Road King late on a Saturday afternoon. They all know me in there, and Shane told me he could make me a helluva good deal on the Road Glide Special Anniversary Edition that they had there. I wasn't in the market for a new bike at the time, but we had a discussion and they gave me a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on the Road Glide. A few hours later I was riding out of there on a brand new bike!

Just came off my route to this establishment during its OPEN hours to be rudely told they were closed with no explaination besides him looking at me like i was stupid for even trying to open a locked door... i pointed at the sign with the hours... he said I KNOW.... then continued staring at me. I explained all i wanted was a poker chip and that i collect them, he still did not care to help me remotely. This really isnt harley davidson level of service at all. If you have a choice, go somewhere that they care about their customers.

JP at MS Gulf Coast Harley Davidson, by far, sets the standard by which all other FIT specialist should be measured. My Beautiful Bride of 20 years could not be happier with our 2018 CVO Ultra Limited. Just when we thought there was no way, JP and Trey found a way and made it happen. Thanks guys.

Big thanks to Andreas in parts and service for the great job getting my reverse starter for my 2019 TRI glide and at no cost to me Very cool brother from another mother & To Jacob for not only getting my new front tire for my 05 Sportster put on ,but on the way my front rocker box seal blew and he had it in stock and changed it while I waited drinking red bull

I ride a victory Cross Country tour but I had a problem on a long road trip with my front tire. I pulled into Gulf Coast Harley-Davidson and was greeted by very knowledgeable and helpful service folks. They were able to change my front tire for me and even had to go purchase a special 15 mm hex socket to pull my front axle out. I live near Colorado Springs Colorado and I needed my motorcycle functioning at Peak Performance. These guys really took care of me.

Mandy took the time with us to find what we wanted, was very friendly and personable. Shane worked his magic with the numbers and got us in our comfort zone with prices. Compared to other dealerships we have been to this was by far the best experience we have had.

Went to the Harley shop with a friend of mine, Shane came out and showed the inventory, found a bike I wanted, and Shane made the deal happen with ease! Financing was an absolute breeze, very friendly staff on hand, customer service is a solid 10/10. The happiest place on earth? Hmm well argueably so. There were bolts of selections to choose from and the sales man very low pressure. I went into the show and tell day they showed up ( beautiful machines) but none to tell you haw much or enchant with a back story. So quite contemplation and troops of the imagination.
