Worthless, are we spending govt money on this? Called to ask if he had specific tools for a job I need to do, and he didn't care to look or even guess if he had them. Why is this shop only open 2 days a week? I guess that's okay of these are part time employees, but how useless is this place the other 5 days a week. And even then they don't open until noon. Man, I need to wake up and start wrenching, because I need to get this job done before the sun goes down. Shut this place down, or open it up with some full time employees. It's literally easier for me to wrench in the street, or an AutoZone parking lot lot. Because they have FREE loaner tools, are always open, and can answer a question. You get none of that here. And it's probably costing us $200k/year.

Yes they're only open two days a week and thus you will have to wait a bit for a bay, but you will find the most friendly and helpful people here! Changed subaru spark plugs (an absolute pain), and the gentleman who was staffing the shop and even other customers could not have been more patient and kind.

One star is being generous. Access to the lifts a bonus of using this Auto Hobby Shop, however, it's by far the worse one of any installation I've ever been on. Tools and the area are disorganize and you literally have to beg the attendant to let you use one of the tools. Workers are more concerned with being on their cells phones continuously than with anything else. They don't and won't offer any advice or will barely help you operate the lyft and they'll straight up tell you that they are afraid of liability. The front desk rep is 100% clueless of anything that has to do with cars, tools, or mechanics. Thats just fine at a regular auto shop but when the employees only comprise of two people and one is clueless and the other is, well I'm not exactly sure what is issue is but he's difintely not very helpful at all, it makes the place a tough sell. The hours are completely horrible too. The place has lots of potential but seems to be operating as if COVID, the Spanish Flu, and the Zeka virus is in full effect around it. Very disappointed in this Auto hobby shop!

What is a good business, if it is only open 2 days a week? Give the soldiers/veterans a good place time to work on their car, without having to travel off base. Sad

Great place for DIY car care with the option to use a car lift, which I did use. You have access to all kinds of tools, as well as getting help if you're stuck. Definitely recommend if you wanna do the work yourself!
