I brought a single 18inch wheel and tire in to be mounted and balanced. I picked up the wheel and tire in a hurry due to having to pick up kids from school. Got home to find the inside of my wheel had been gouged in multiple spots. This was a brand new wheel out of the box. It has spots all the way around the wheel.

A week 1/2 ago I took my car in to be serviced also TPMRS light was on. I was told that the senor was bad and need to be replace. I had it replace got in my car and drove a short distant and the light came back on so I called right back and ask the guy if I need to turn around and come back cause I was 2min from the shop. He told me no just keep driving and the light will go off. Well it didn't ( I don't live in Biloxi) so I took it back a week later and they did something but it didn't work. The light is back on. I feel like the didn't replace the senor but charged me for it and that's why the light keep coming on. I will not be going back there again .

Had a small tire leak that was causing my tire pressure light to come so I used this location as it was close to my office. The customer service is great, especially James, and the prices to repair were awesome! My tech, Breland, made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Would use again in the future!

Always helpful, they offer a first responder and a military discount. Not as pricey as you think, much more affordable than the dealership.

My husband needed tires on his f150 supercrew and the tires we got are nice threaded tires, they happened to be on sale so we are happy with our purchase, Plus if my tires are low on any of our cars I just stop by and they air up my tires, no appointment needed

I was super impressed with their service! My mother-in-law had a flat and needed some battery work They got her in and out quickly and with a very fair price. I ll definitely go here again!

I would highly recommend this place I broke down I was out of town my gas gauge was off I ran out of gas had to Get it towed although it was super embarrassing I was relieved that he was so honest I picked my car up all I was charged was the price of gas no charge for anything no even time or diagnostic it was $17 and some change I was so thankful that Mr Jeffery was such a super nice guy from the time I talked to him on the phone til I walked in it was a laugh for all of us but he recommended I stop and put gas in my car if I ever break down in that town again I know who to call !!! Thanku Jeffery and Thanku for the Lyft driver Titiania for recommending me so much appreciated !!!

I scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday AM service. It didn't transfer over to the store apparently. But, Mark was nice and fit me in. They were able to complete the diagnostic and oil change. Took about an hour. Decently priced and quick service.

We were visiting Biloxi for my wife's work with the V.A. and lost a chunk a of tire on the interstate. Managed to get some air in it enough to make it to this store. I knew the tires weren't great, but the deal they gave us for a whole new set was unbeatable. Sent us to a Cafe up the street and in under 2 hours they were done and we were heading back home to Pensacola. Awesome service.

Got a good oil change rather quickly. Should have gotten the tires rotated tho, didn't know that was included in the deal until after I had paid. Overall great service and would recommend.

Very professional and got me and out fairly quickly. I recommend you make an appointment online. Mike who works there is informative and made me feel comfortable leaving my car and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. He did advise me of a few things, but said they can wait for awhile. They also offer no touch drop off where they come out in a mask and gloves, you drop your key in a bag they open for you and return your key in another bag when they're finished. You also have the option to pay over the phone. I'll be back for future maintenance.

Came in twice for two different things a few months apart. Both visits were terrible. The man who is always up front for check ins (glasses and tattoos) was extremely rude & condescending. He spoke to me like I had no experience with my vehicle & made several rude remarks to me. I don t know how he stays employed. But I will not give them my business again.

Mike and his crew treated me right today. Rear tire was going flat after I ran over a screw, and this team removed the screw and repaired the tire FOR FREE. They even fit me into their busy schedule instead of asking me to wait or come back later. Great customer service. I'll keep Goodyear in mind for all of my future auto repair needs.

I never had a bad service here. The people here know what their doing and doing the best they can. What people on google need to learn is that even though they are doing the best they can, they are still bind by Goodyear Business Policy and Prices. They will help out the best they can but like I said they can't over step Policy. The Goodyear Business Policy is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. People wise they deserve a 5 star rating.

I submitted an edit, but Google had the wrong hours***This place is just as professional and awesome in their service delivery as the location on hwy 49 in Gulfport. They were super busy Friday afternoon when I came by to get my tire fixed and said I could come back at 8am. He put me in the computer, I showed up at 8 and he literally had the paper ready for me to sign when I walked in at 8am.

Great guys and customer service. Clean sitting area. Fast service. I was only in there for about 30 - minutes. New tires on the front and wheel alignment. They might have a little challenge if you need to use more than one card.

They saved my vacation! At the end of the first day of a 2 week road trip we hit a nail on the road. I brought my car into their shop on a rainy day at 5:45 and they removed the nail, patched the tired, and got my family back on the road. And all at no cost. Amazing guys! The manager even let my two young kids roll tires around in the shop and hide in them as they were bored from the road trip. It turned what could have been a disaster into a a great experience with a great team. Can't recommend them enough!

Last week I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been having a slow leak in one of my tires, which has required having to put air in weekly. I asked them to check my tires while rotating and explained about having to fill it so often. When we went to pick up my car I was told they couldn't find a leak. They said it must be pin sized and that's why they couldn't find it. Today my tire pressure light came back on. I had a mechanic at my job check my tires. He said it was dangerously low and searched my tire. He found a nail in the tire. I dont know how Goodyear missed it. This has happened more than once with this company. They are playing with my safety. I will not be back!!

After a horrible experience with Firestone right down the road, the mechanics and manager at Goodyear came to our rescue. We needed a full brake job! Pads, rotors and calipers in all the way around on our Ford F-150. The team was able to drive us back to our RV to relax while they worked together to get our truck done same day. Service and work ethic was EXCELLENT! Definitely choose Goodyear rather than wasting your time and money at the Firestone down the road!

This place is great! Won t take my cars any where else. Give military discount and always hook us up with a good deal! Other places prices don t compare. Great customer service. Thank you! will recommend to everyone we know!

The service was excellent I had a blow out on the interstate so I called Goodyear on pass road. The store was closing but, the manager said bring it in so I made it by and was greeted with pleasant service. The guys in service were also wonderful. Thank You, Goodyear. pass road

I'd give them a zero if I could. These guys are con artists. Do not give them your business. They gave me a $980.00 quote to replace a fuel pump and said that the cheapest part around was $600.00. I immediately checked at autozone and it was $325.00 and cheaper with a veterans discount. They said that everyone around was charging the same thing. Another visit I left there after getting a new tire and I drove 1 hour and a half and my tire pressure gauge came on. Took it to a shop in Nola and they said all 3 of my other tires needed air. The mechanic asked how the hell I managed that. Take it there at your own risk. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I brought my car in for a routine oil change after a road trip home to the coast from Fort Bragg and on the way back to NC experienced a leak from a faulty rubber ring on the new oil filter through no fault of the mechanic. I contacted Mike while I was on the road in GA and he routed me to a Goodyear in Conyers, GA. The Goodyear in GA changed the oil filter and replaced the oil that had leaked out and cleaned off my engine at no cost to me. This could have been disastrous for my engine, but was caught in time and I'm so thankful for the assistance I received from Mike in Biloxi and Terry at the Goodyear in Conyers. They and all the employees at Goodyear are so helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks so much again for getting me back on the road safely. I can't thank y'all enough!!!

Amazing company. Fast and great service!!!! Had a screw in my tire, and they we super friendly and it cost NOTHING! If I'm ever back in town and need car repair, I'm going back to Goodyear!!!! Thanks Mike and Mark! Y'all rock!!!! :)

I just sat for over an hour for a scheduled oil change. I asked before and after to please fill up my washer fluid. I even asked the technician as I paid. Guess what. No washer fluid. You guys are a bunch of lazy fat boys. Go here if you support medicrocy.

$66 for an oil change for Hyundai! The cheapest passenger car tire $150!. The staff is friendly, but the prices are unreasonable. They charge more than dealerships on some of their services. I hate to see the local business actually go out of business...but the vacant lot, most of the time, shows they aren't competative.
